but to answer your question, i can't nickname it due to the way emerald shiny breeding works without migrating it to gen 4 and using an AR code to rename anything.

Well through testing being done right now, it's being found out which games can it be done on now, and which can't. I tested for my Black and for now, I can't get results for Calibration :[
