The idea that 1hkos would introduce an unhealthy amount of rng is wrong. Slp’s only counterplay is itself or a bad Twave from the opp, Frz is a 10% ko, crits at and above 20% are common, and the 30% secondary effects on B slam and Psychic are often more impactful than the damage they put out. Either you’re wrong and 1hkos should be allowed or rng is already an issue that needs addressed.
