I remember doing quite a few checks in a single day. Go perfect those 2 checks! Quality>quantity. If you perfect them, probably you'll get 2 stamps for them :)

No, no, no. You're overthinking this and confusing yourself. You don't say "a Choice Specs" you just say Choice Specs. As a singular item, you'd say Choice Specs is an option, and as a plural, Choice Specs are items.
Singular: Choice Specs makes Celebi powerful, just like a fez makes Celebi look cute.
Plural: Choice Specs make Celebi powerful, a pair of Choice Specs makes Celebi powerful, a pair of Choice Specs make Celebi powerful (either is acceptable).
Guys, don't sync your GP apps. It makes you look like you rely on others to help you with GP checks. As well, bojangles and Great Sage might think you guys are trying to collaborate on the test or something.
