You can use the seed searcher from pprng and search for those ivs on that date. Once its done, look for the one with a matching date and parameters to the seed you want. Also, that frame can be anything between 14 and 20, I don't know exactly how the advancement occurs, I just know it happens from the breeding guide.
About the trade, if you could trade right now, it would be fantastic, though if you can't trade I'll just hook up with someone from simple requests (that sounds weird LOL)

Hmmm... yeah, that might be it. I'll suggest two things. One, when doing very high PIDRNG frames, keep track and chatter on smaller chunks, like 50 at a time to avoid messing up. Two, you could try with a lower frame to avoid chattering a lot and chances of messing up.
But yeah, in this case it seems you missed chatters because you tell me you had been getting the same egg at the beginning before

So, redo from the beginning, don't forget to catch something at victory road to make sure you're hitting your seed
You probably skipped some frames there. For the chatters, just make sure the sprite loads and that you see the info (chatot's nature and stuff)
That egg seems to come from frame 49, so your beginning frame was 48, right. Because you did chatter at the beginning like I told you, right? If so, redo, but this time chatter 172 times.
