Hmm did not now that, thanks for letting me know, this was the first time it has happened to me on any surf bubble, dust cloud and now bubble spot that I was never aware of, thanks for the info.
My new finding is changing of the IV Seed Frame before 128 steps unlike what it says on the front page for this kind of capture anyway, never happend to me on any other one before. To get the bubble spot is just finding a route that will bring it up in less than 30 steps, to have it come consistently I had to move at the same pace like I did to bring it up because if I was too slow or too fast the NPC movement messed up the bubble spot from showing because it too advances the frame. Yes I used the same seed, but I thought it only changes after 128 steps like it says on the first page, but for this abuse it always changed after 30 or more steps, I think that is where the people say its inconsistent. If you did 256 steps to get your bubble spot your seed should have changed the normal way 2 x the number of pokemon in your party, but with this finding I don't know how many if it is consistent for everyone or just me.
Oh nevermind, the cart isn't freezing anymore, but I only had enough shards for Fire Punch + Iron Head on Jirachi and Trick/Tailwind/Sucker Punch for Lati@s :P I'm going underground for more shards though, and I cleared out 6 spots in my Black PC, so I should be able to trade them to you soon.
Hey are the tutor moves necessary? I can probably get one or two but it's really difficult because I think my Platinum cart is dying (it has 968 hours on it, it's freezing randomly when I try to use it)
