I will point out a flaw in that logic. Hydrapple is a slow and mostly defensive 'Mon. Dragapult is a fast and frail attacking 'Mon. Dragapult is dropping the Dracos that Hydrapple has to eat. The two mons have very different roles and can't be compared like that.
