Not that ORAS is bad or anything, I have just been enjoying DPP more recently. Consider this my gift to you guys. I tried my best to make these teams at the very least reasonably solid, besides the last joke team, but feel free to leave suggestions. I have one more team that is incomplete that I would like to add to this before new years, but this is it pretty much it for this year. I hope you enjoy these as much I enjoyed building and playing with them.

This is my most recent team. I decided to experiment with mew a bit and it turned out far better than I initially thought. Mew makes Stealth Rock setting pretty easy so Rayquaza doesn't come in as often as it would like to on Kyogre and Jirachi can aptly deal with the rare but extremely dangerous Dragon Dance variants. You use Spikes + Palkia to do a bunch of damage to more balanced or bulky offense teams due to Dialga running less and less SpD as time goes on. Lustrous Palkia also gets you passed Blissey in a pinch which is always nice on an offensive team such as this. Once Palkia (and possibly gira) is done trashing the team, Kyogre or Jirachi should be able to remove the rest pretty easy. Skarmory is the pivot to absorb random Dragon moves that are thrown around and also gets Spikes vs Garchomp who has seen a bit of usage recently. You can even win games by Whirlwinding a team around and then trashing the rest with Palkia- pick you poison wisely.

This Spikes Lustkia team has a more direct approach than the other one due to Forre being a lead. Lugia serves as a Dragon sponge and Rayquaza check which is very nice considering it can also win games based on what Palkia trashes / brings in. Kyogre is a bit more offensive this time around thanks to Blissey being a bigger problem. Thunder Jirachi ensures Skarmory will get no more than one Spike against it and also weakens it so even Gira can smash the bird with Aqua Tail in the rain. The Idea is very simple, use Gira and Palkia (+hazards) to trash things and have Lugia and Kyogre seal it from there depending on which trades better and which has the best odds of winning.

And here is the mandatory DD Ray team. Use Wobbufet and Scizor to terrorize Rayquaza's checks but do make sure Wobbuffet trades with something decent otherwise you lose the game 9 times out of 10. Use Encore to set up Ray if you can because Ray can tear apart just about anything once the opponent's revenge killer / Lugia / Bronzong is down. This is the way you punish Forretress since Giratina-O is no where to be found here. Use Dialga to set of rocks and hopefully trade itself for crucial damage. Trading efficiently is the only way to make Scarf Palkia and DD Rayquaza clean up the game properly. It's a bit harder to use because it's extreme HO, but I do like it mostly because it uses Wob and Ray who are rarer than they probably should be at this point.

This one has some issues with niche Toxic Spikes users and Blissey but other than that is pretty solid. Giratina-O is running Outrage because of miss fat and pink . Use Dialga, Giratina, and Tyranitar to trade with things so Darkrai or Scarf Palkia have a shot at winning. Skarmory stops sub Salac Garchomp from running the team over and also gets you hazards whenever Palkia forces in another Steel-type / non-Thunder Blissey. I have considered running Bulk Up Dialga and SR on TTar which may be worth a shot if you're so inclined.

Latios was fun to build with due to the challenge of need a bazillion ways to handle Kyogre. Latios itself doesn't take on Scarf Kyogre very well at all, so now we have a Scarf Garchomp, Darkrai, Defensive Kyogre, and Specially Defensive Dialga. Latios murders everything with its stupid powerful Draco Meteor and Thunder and can become 1.5x stronger than the Hiroshima bomb with a CM up. Use Kyogre or Garchomp to finish off the few survivors. Seriously, this guy OHKOes scarf Jirachi with a crit Draco Meteor after rocks... Latios does not care.

This version is less restricted vs stall due to the mixed power of Lustrous Orb Palkia. It also gives you a better tradable option in Giratina, but you need to have Kyogre do the end game heavy lifting if Darkrai isn't saved. You also have a bit more trouble vs Rayquaza- especially DD variants.

Kabutops was fun to work with but it left this team a nasty Rayquaza weakness since you can't let it set up at all. Garchomp, Jirachi, and Giratina are your mons you will trade most often as Kabutops Kyogre and CM Latias can win games pretty easily with the correct set up from those three. Kabutops can sometimes win games on its own due to its rarity making it less prepared for. Iris ended up making another Kabutops team that is superior, but this one is by no means "bad" and is rather fun to use when it gets going. Shoutouts to absdaddy for motivating me to build more DPP and being the primary reason this team exists.

Sun HO is a very fun archetype to play, especially when you get to use Garchomp and Fire Blast Groudon. Use these two to win and everything else to set it up so the combination of them can win. It's a very simple team to use.

I was looking through the archives of the Stark Mountain Ubers forum about 2 months ago when I came across mentions of a lead Focus Sash DD Ray. It instantly caught my attention about 15 minutes before a weekend tour started. I figured it would work well with Scarf Dialga, but then I realized I was running out of time so I just tacked on bullshit that seemed worked. This somehow won the said weekend tour so I figure I should post it- even though it is more of a joke team than anything.

I will definitely be building more DPP in the near future. Expect one more team for here like I said, but also expect teams I build to not be posted here as I would like to keep some for myself. I hope you like your little gift from me. User faint sorta turned me off from shoutouts, but you should all know I love this community and just about everyone in it. Let's continue having a fun ride for what is left of this year and what is to come in the next. I will say again suggestions for any of the teams are always welcome so long as they are in the interest of making them better.

Banned deucer.
I told you everything I had to say about these teams before on PS or even earlier, when some of these were under development. Thanks for the shoutout, these squads are indeed a good work - can confirm they're solid enough as I've tested some of them and played against them many times. Had lots of fun playing against you or just talking about gen4 and I hope it'll stay that way. Stay strong friend!

@ edit

Kabutops team with "absdaddy Kabu" scored a win against Dilwar so it has to be good...
Glad i could be of any help!

these are pretty cool. there are small things i would change

the cm lugia jirachi should be 32 speed and because forretress can't handle ttar leads. it should also keep attack ivs.

Cm latios probably wants surf over thunder and take away brave bird. if taunt just go to like 20

and you can consider ice beam on darkrai for dd ray. i don't think youll miss trick on that team

i hope you do more with different things though. just a quick look shows the same pokemon over and over again. its not really a bad thing, but it might be more fun for you to experiment with different pokemon.

These suggestions are all fantastic, they shall be implemented. I honestly dont remember why Brave Bird was there. I might have just gotten owned by a colo or something. I have yet to use trick with either of those incarnations.

I personally see it as a bad thing. A function of dumping these is to force adaptation in my teambuilding since I noticed this when reviewing my teambuilder. The hope, dream, and belief is that this should make the tier more fun for me and makes me a stronger opponent. We shall see if it works out or not.

Mixing it up is a great thing. Try building teams around some UU and OU pokemon in Ubers. It makes things a lot more interesting. A few choices I've built teams with in the past:

Steelix, Kingdra, Kabutops, Salamence, Lucario, Ludicolo.

In the end I've found that Kyogre is simply the best pokemon in this generation and you should abuse it at all costs. The entire tier is built around him.
