Why we should free Mence, Chomp, and Manaphy

Now before you write me off as a "troll" or "delusional", hear me out.

For the metagame to stay balanced if one is free, then all three must be freed. As we saw in BW, Swift Swim Kingdra is a very powerful mon in rain. Kingdra and Kabutops being the only real abusers of rain in DPP makes it an inconsistent strategy (Ludicolo barely counts and is really only good in UU). Similarly in BW, we also saw DragMag become a very solid strategy, but in DPP the only beneficiaries are the newly freed Latias and Dragonite. In BW, both rain and DragMag are viable strategies, with neither being overpowered, despite having monsters like Keldeo and Thundurus, and Kyurem, Salamence, Latios, and Garchomp, on rain and DragMag, respectively. While Swift Swim was proven to be too powerful with Drizzle, the absence of Politoed in DPP means manual rain must be set up in order for Kingdra to wreak havoc. But why go through all the effort of setting up rain when Tyranitar's sand plays a part in almost every battle? That's where Manaphy comes in; a second mon to make the effort of putting up rain worth it. "But Juuce", you say, "Making rain viable doesn't justify freeing something as broken as Tail Glow Hydration Manaphy". While MiloClef has fallen out of favor for RoseTran as the go-to balanced core, Haze Milotic still completely blanks most set-up sweepers. Standard Milo can easily switch into and end a Manaphy rampage.
+3 252+ SpA Manaphy Surf vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Milotic: 146-172 (37.1 - 43.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
While Milo can't take 2 +1 Outrages from DD Kingdra, most rain teams would prefer the immediacy of Specs, which Milo also dominates.
252+ SpA Choice Specs Kingdra Draco Meteor vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Milotic: 250-295 (63.6 - 75%) -- not a KO
DD Kingdra gets walled by the same things it did before, Skarmory, Empoleon, Suicune, and of course, RestTalk Rotom. These mons are even more common than Milotic, and almost every team uses at least one.
Sand Veil does make freeing Chomp difficult to happen, but if Manaphy is free, then rain will naturally become more prominent, ending TTar's eternal sand. Ideally, there would be some way to simply remove Chomp's ability in Showdown!, but rain being able to fight sand would make the odds of unfortunate misses less likely. Even if Showdown!'s programers could just remove the ability, why should Chomp be free? It was broken regardless of Sand Veil, right? And even if, for some reason, Chomp is freed, what does it have to do with Mence? The answer to these questions can easily be found in BW- rain is fully capable of handling threats even as dangerous as Kyurem-Black. Manaphy being free justifies using rain, which naturally beats Mence and Chomp, whether it's getting walled by defensive Manaphy, or mowed over by offensive Manaphy and Kingdra. "This just shows why we shouldn't free Manaphy", you say, "If Mence and Chomp can't stop rain, how could the rest of the meta?" And to that I say, most standard teams have ways of dealing with rain, whether it be TTar or Hippo's sand, standard physical walls, or bulky waters (for rain itself, Kingdra, and Manaphy, respectively.) "Even if the meta can handle Manaphy, and rain can stop Mence and Chomp, how do non-rain teams stop them?" Mence is fairly straight forward, as you may recall, it wasn't that bad until it got Outrage in HGSS; and even then it was the Latias ban that ultimately pushed it over the edge. Scarf Latias beats every single Salamence set. Against DD sets, as long as Latias doesn't switch into Outrage, it outspeeds and OHKOS with Dragon Pulse or Draco. Against choice sets you have to figure out what move it's locked into first, but choice sets on most mons need to be handled in the same way. Chomp follows all the same rules, as well as not having Intimidate and lower physical defense therefore losing to many common priority moves.
