I looked over the data, and I found that on Gimmick Riolu (yes, I realize it's a gimmick and thus isn't worth much discussion, but still), Eviolite is almost always not beneficial over Focus Sash. Riolu is OHKO'd by a large number of OU Pokemon even with Eviolite, and if Sandstorm or the like is your issues, then you're better off with Leftovers, silly as that sounds. Honestly, I think Eviolite should be relegated to "Other Options" and Focus Sash should take it's place.

Even in NU, a tier where it could be much more effective, the results are less than flattering:

I used the appropriately listed set for each tier, and after looking over this, I feel like Focus Sash should be the item of choice, and should definitely not be listed as "Inferior" in the NU set for "priority and staying power" because very few things with priority outspeed Riolu and it's not "staying" anywhere with such flimsy defenses.
Just seeing who agrees with me on this.
