Invalid what if there was a fully evolved stater format for battling

HEAR ME OUT if you go here bulbagarden and check the base stats for the fully evolved staters you'll see there at a good 530 range whats that "eevee and pikachu are at very low base stats and are just bad in general to use and there staters to" well yes i thought of that we can add the 3 original eeveelusins in the mix to as well as raichu so that they actually have a chance plus if we want we can get rid of the gen 9 starters because well there kind of busted put up against staters like Meganium or even Venusaur if there not good at pokemon

this is just an idea that i think is cool and would love to see
