I'm against this proposal by default, as I told macle yesterday on IRC. Earlier we allowed LonelyNess to write a series of sorts in a similar fashion (which bombed completely), but disregarding earlier bad examples, I dislike articles that only serve to give certain users free room to complain UNLESS they also treat the subject seriously by also including sound reasoning or cold facts. Even if we've allowed this in the past, we shouldn't continue doing so now imo, despite the entertainment label this article would ultimately receive.

With that said, feel free to write a sample.

as far as I know, people use pivot to mean using some defensive characteristics of a pokemon to often switch into attacks, often on offensive teams

for example, assault vest slowbro would be a pivot for offensive team, as it can frequently switch into attacks that offensive pokemon cannot handle, and then the team can proceed from there (probably switching again)

seems like the perfect use to me ?_?
