[SET COMMENTS]
Venipede's ability to outspeed common entry hazard removers and match up well against common leads, such as Mienfoo and Abra, give it a niche in LC as a Spikes setter on hyper offense. Pin Missile and Endeavor provide further utility and let Venipede weaken foes for its teammates. The EVs allow Venipede to outspeed the unboosted metagame at +1 Speed while surviving some powerful attacks, such as Natu's Psychic. Strong attackers like Abra, Carvanha, and Ponyta benefit from Spikes wearing down their checks such as Ferroseed and Mareanie. Partners such as Pawniard and Staryu, which can pressure Natu, are also very useful to have.

Hi itsallyellow! congrats on your first analysis. This will require some pretty significant revision before it's ready. See my notes below:
Venipedes ability to outspeed hazard control and use pin missile to pressure Pokémon such as Abra, Grookey and Slowpoke allows it to have a niche in Little Cup.
You're gonna have to rewrite this whole sentence. Venipede's niche is a suicide Spikes lead on hyper offense that has a good matchup against common leads like Mienfoo and Abra. It doesn't really do any wallbreaking with Pin Missile, especially since it has no Attack inventment. It does let it threaten certain foes like Focus Sash Abra and Grookey, so feel free to talk about that in a separate sentence.

The 140 speed allows for it to protect and after one speed boost, outrun every non-boosted or scarfed Pokémon in the tier, outrunning max speed diglett and tying scarfed porygon, while the 204 Special Defensive makes Download Porygon gain an attack boost instead of a special attack boost when switching in while also tanking one Psychic from Porygon.
The section about Speed is mostly fine, although be sure to specify 140 Speed EVs. You can also remove the clause about Diglett and Porygon, as it's redundant with the previous clause. The HP and Special Defense investment on this set let Venipede survive a Psychic from non-Life Orb Abra from full health; talk about that instead of Porygon here.

Endeavor can be used to get a Pokémon to low hp so Venipede can kill them with Pin Missile, which is also used to beat Sturdy and Focus Sash Abra.
Spin the Pin Missile section off into a separate sentence as discussed above. Endeavor is really to let Venipede bring whatever's in front of it down to low health before dying, putting it in range for a stronger teammate. It can occasionally get a kill with Endeavor+Pin Missile, but it's not the main point of the move.

Strong attackers like Abra, Ponyta, and Carvanha benefit from the set spikes by Venipede, as it breaks Sturdy and helps wear down their checks.
This is mostly fine, although talking about Sturdy isn't necessary as it's not especially relevant in the current meta. Do specify some checks to the strong attackers here (Ferroseed and Mareanie would be good examples).

Trappers like Diglett and Trapinch also enjoy the spikes laid down, as 1 layer of spikes allows them to guaranty OHKOs on threats, such as Standard Ponyta, most Onix sets, and with 3 layers it can guaranty the OHKO on defensive Mareanie. Pawniard is a useful partner aswell, as its ability Defiant punishes defog attempts. Ghost types like Frillish are also good partners, as they block Rapid Spin attempts from Pokémon such as Staryu.
You can remove this whole section. The hyper offense teams that Venipede is used on don't usually run a trapper or a spinblocker (Rapid Spin is uncommon on Staryu, its only relevant user) and instead rely on offensive pressure to keep hazards up. Pawniard loses to the most common Defogger in Timburr. Instead, you need to talk about Natu and counterplay to it. Natu is Venipede's most common and consistent counter, as it blocks Spikes, takes little from Pin Missile, and can threaten Venipede with either of its attacks, so you need teammates which can check it (Pawniard or Staryu for example).
We talked on discord about this, but please give the Spelling and Grammar Standards another read-over; there are still a few things that need fixing. Tag me when this is implemented and I'll stamp it. The QC team has decided this will need 2 checks as well.

[SET COMMENTS]
Venipedes ability to outspeed hazard control allows it to have a niche in Little Cup. (This doesn't really explain what venipede does; it's a Spikes lead on hyper offense that can reliably set hazards due to a favorable matchup against other common leads like Mienfoo.) Pin Missile is used to beat Psychic types, such as Abra, or to beat Study Pokemon such as Onix or Magnemite. (Mention Grookey in this sentence and delete the references to Sturdy mons, pin missile does not beat either of those) The 140 Speed EVs allows for it to protect and after one speed boost, outrun every non-boosted or scarfed Pokemon in the tier, while the 116 HP EVs and 204 Special Defensive EVs allow for Venipede to live one non-Life Orb Psychic from Abra. (This is a bit wordy; you don't need to list the specific EVs here, just what they do: allow Venipede to outspeed the entire unboosted meta at +1 and live powerful attacks like Natu's Psychic [this is a better example than Abra imo]) Endeavor can be used to get a Pokemon to low HP so a stronger partner Pokemon can faint the foe deal heavy damage to a foe when Venipede is at low health. (Reworded for clarity; make this the third sentence as well) Strong attackers like Abra, Ponyta, and Carvanha benefit from the set spikes by Venipede, as the spikes helps wear down their checks, wearing down checks such as Ferroseed and Mareanie. Due to Natu Magic Bouncing away Venipedes Spikes and countering Venipede, (Unnecessary) Partners such as Pawniard and Staryu who can check Natu and beat Natu are also very useful to have.

Pin Missile and Endeavor provide further utility and let Venipede weaken foes for its teammates.(I rewrote the first sentence for you because it is filled with various GP errors. The second sentence is just dex info; we should be specifying how both attacks help Venipede accrue damage on foes.) The EVs invested allow Venipede to outspeed the unboosted metagame at +1 Speed while also allowing to survive powerful attacks, such as Natu's Psychic. Strong attackers like Abra, Ponyta, and Carvanha Abra, Carvanha, and Ponyta benefit from the set spikes by Venipede,(remove comma) Spikes wearing down their checks such as Ferroseed and Mareanie.(The listed Pokemon should align with the checks) Partners such as Pawniard and Staryu,(add comma) who can check which can pressure Natu,(add comma) are also very useful to have. (Calling Staryu a Natu check is inaccurate)
