A cool bhuu set i thought of, basically normalize gengar but with the slightly slower, but much harder hitting blace which can effectively utilize revdance unlike gengar

I was using normal gengar it does not do nearly as well for many reasons but that was before this thing was a thing I completely forgot about it also I would suggest boom burst or psystrike as revelation dance lets you be hit if you are impostered which defeats the whole point of having normalize if I remember correctly anyway

this is incorrect; revelation dance on blace is fire type, so imposter fails to do much damage with it while blacephalon can blow it back in return with spooky plate judgment.

If you run Revelation Dance, you can't run Shell Smash:

It follows the precedent of all the other usage based tiers. If you want to know why they do it the way they do you'll probably have to look in one of the policy decisions places or one of the early threads about usage stats.
