Growing proportion of UK graduates ending up in low-skilled jobs, where they experience lower levels of job and life satisfaction:
  • 36% of UK graduates are overqualified for their roles, with a rising proportion ending up stuck in low-skilled jobs, according to new research from the CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development
Survey of 191,810 UK-domiciled first-degree graduates since the pandemic:
  • The majority of graduates (57.3%) were in full-time work 15 months after graduating, while 11.4% were in part-time employment
  • Of those graduates in work, 74% were in professional-level employment
