I would suggest vaporeon if your point is baton passing substitutes but thats your opinion. Otherwise a pretty good pokemon.(lol i see where you got the moveset)

Salamence (M) @ Leftovers ** Noburu
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 116 HP / 252 Atk / 140 Spd
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Flamethrower

Standard DDmence good sweeper with some set-up.

Skarmory (F) @ Leftovers ** Miu

EVs: 252 HP / 80 Atk / 120 Def / 56 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

Trait: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Focus Punch
- Hidden Power [Ghost]

I prefer Sleep Talk over HP ghost on CB Heracross so status isnt and issue but again thats and opinion and you can do whatever you like.

Suicune @ Leftovers ** Kasumi
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 254 HP / 176 Def / 80 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Reflect
- Rest
- Surf

Nothing wrong with this set

Regice @ Leftovers ** Yuki
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 98 SAtk / 160 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Psych Up
- Rest
- Thunderbolt

Thats a fine set too.

I see you having a lot of trouble with Gengar and also noticed you dont have a special wall if you want to continue with your attacking trend i suggest curselax otherwise standard Blissey will do.

Altogether this is a pretty good team and will beat most people if used correctly good work.

Jolteon (F) @ Petaya Berry ** Satsuki
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

I prefer HP Grass.

Salamence (M) @ Leftovers ** Noburu
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 116 HP / 252 Atk / 140 Spd
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Flying]

Go with Rock Slide or Protect over Flamethrower since you really dont have any SP.ATK EVs.

Skarmory (F) @ Leftovers ** Miu
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Atk / 120 Def / 56 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes

I would go with Whirlwind + HP Flying.

Heracross (M) @ Choice Band ** Tateoka
Trait: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Focus Punch
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide

I dont think there is anything wrong with this set but like mentioned by akumu you could consider Sleep Talk to get 1.5x from Guts aswell.

Suicune @ Leftovers ** Kasumi
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 254 HP / 176 Def / 80 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Reflect
- Rest
- Surf

Personally I wouldnt like this set, if you arent going to use Ice Beam go with Toxic or Mirror Coat.

Regice @ Leftovers ** Yuki
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 98 SAtk / 160 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Psych Up
- Rest
- Thunderbolt

You should use Sleep Talk over Psych Up because you dont really have a status taker. You have too many SDef EVs as well. You should consider some Def or Speed.

If he loses Psych Up on Regice Raikou becomes a problem. Regice has to much SDef so lose some of it for some Def and SAtk. Consider using Crocune Surf, Calm Mind, Rest, Sleep Talk or Sleep Talk Zapdos to help your status problem.

baton passing a sub to skarm from jolt will work to solve the riakou weak. ish.

it fails to break the sub with it's HP leaves, and you wirlywind it away when it breaks the sub.

but personally, I think a STalk Lax would aid you more than regice does currently.

The team is fairly standard in general. HP Grass is a good option on Jolteon, but HP Ice is still a good choice. As said earlier, Vaporeon is better at passing subs, but Jolteon is still able to do it. Dragon Dance Salamence is Standard, and Flamethrower is fine without and Special Attack EV's. Even with no EV's and a -Nature, it will still 2HKO Skarmoy and hurt Forretress and Scizor a ton (OHKO I Think). Skarmory is standard, but if you start to see Mr. Mime a lot, you could go Whirlwind/HP Flying, but Usually Drill Peck/Roar is better (for power). Heracross is fine. I dont like Sleep Talk w/ Choice Band, as when you wake up you waste a turn, ans then waste another one switching out. If you want to try it, you can, but I reccomend aginst it. Reflect Suicune is a good team player, but you may not need it to Roar with Skarmory. If you feel like changing it to Ice Beam, you could go to HP Grass on Jolteon, and have better all around type coverage. Regice, if it is going to be a Psych Upper, doesnt need as much Special Attack or Special Defense. I like to add some Physical D to Regice. I use too much (300 Stat), but it lets it handle Dragons/Gyarados/Swampert, ect better. Additionally. with Regice, a Status Move may be more useful over Rest, because, once you rest, a strong physical attacker will come in for free and fire away. Without any additional Defense, it wont last long.

no, jolteon is better at passing substitutes.

vaporeon has better things to be doing with it's time, like not being used.
