I have several gelatinous friends
is a Tiering Contributor Alumnus
Bunch of suggestions here. I put speeds next to the suggestions to make it easier to find them.

Corrections:
176:
Bisharp/Wo-Chien listed as 75 base speed, should be 70 base speed
180: uninvested Tsareena given 252 EVs, should have 0 EVs
221: max speed neutral Tyranitar given 0 EVs, should have 252 EVs
236: uninvested Toedscruel given 252 evs, should have 0 EVs
364: Iron Thorns shown as +2 speed, should be +1 speed
376: Gyarados shown as unboosted, should be +1 speed and the speed tier should be changed to 391

Removals:
137:
Dragalge with 52 EVs isn't a sustainable spread since as soon as it becomes meta Donphan will run 8 EVs and the creep war continues (I would generally advise against including creeps of uninvested mons that aren't pure walls)
307-308: creeping base 90s on Mence/Tink/Lucha isn't worth it when it's just a few more points to creep/tie Jolly Tinkaton
330/660: Hawlucha getting a few more points of bulk isn't worth getting outsped by Sandy Shocks and losing the speed tie
384/256/512: +1 Iron Thorns and Tsareena need to outspeed Talonflame; would either change to 220+ or remove

Additions:
269:
Heracross to neutral 85
add Gallade (including scarf and Agility)

Corrections have been edited.
Dragalge has been removed but the other will remain (at least for now). I disagree to remove the Pokemon that invest to cripple Jolly Lucario especially when crippling Tinkaton means almost a 40 EVs difference. Hawlucha's case is more debatable but definitively worth it mentionning, especially on White Herb variants which just need to CC once to activate Unburden. Tsareena will never want to outspeed Talonflame since you'll never will U-turn on it on purpose and will prefer to hard switch to prevent a Flame Body. For Iron Thorns this could be legit but chances that opponent hard switch its Talonflame on a DD Rock-type Pokémon which most of the time naturally outspeed Talonflame at +1 leads me to think it's still worth keeping like this. Heracross + Gallade have been added, thanks for the comment !

pokemonisfun

Banned deucer.
Coalossal maybe we could add?

4 sets:

+1 speed neutral nature 0 evs
+1 speed negative nature 0 evs (in case you're using rock blast + flame, this could be a thing)
+0 speed neutral nature 0 evs
+0 speed negative nature 0 evs

maybe even +2 sets as well since it's entirely possible to spin multiple times...idk if it's worth the effort to go all the way to +6 but it is a realistic thing

May’s tier shifts just came in and Greninja of all Pokemon is now UU.

Standard Greninja has
  • 252 Neutral = 343
  • 252 Positive = 377
Scarf Greninja or Battle Bond has
  • 252 Neutral = 514
  • 252 Positive = 565
Battle Bond is more relevant here as it allows Greninja to outspeed Talonflame with Water Shuriken, and also other +1 threats.

Here are some other speed spreads you could add.

32 speed Toxtricity (194) and +2 (388)
28+ speed Oricorio pom-pom (251) and+1 (376)
248 speed Enamorus-Therian (190) and +2 (380)
236+ speed Volcanionn (258) and +1 (387) (flame charge)
252+ speed quaquaval (295) and +3 (737) (outspeeding polteageist modest at plus 4)

Thank you for updating this list again!

After looking at UU stats, I can't really add the Toxtricity spread as well as Enamorus-Therian and Volcanion ones. Indeed, the purpose of the Speedlist is not to add everything possible but mostly what's common and used (to reflect what the metagame is looking like). Also since Oricorio Pom-Pom isn't ranked in the UU VR, I'll not add it to the Speedlist. Last but not least, I'm only adding +2 boosts to every Pokémon (due to setup moves, Rapid Spin etc..). They are some exceptions such as +4 Polteageist but it's because it's achievable in 1-2 turns (thanks to Shell Smash and/or Weak Armor). The purpose is to not overclock the thread. Thanks for the proposals tho !

I also added bulky Gyarados spread to the Speedlist (Adamant + 212 Speed which outspeeds Tornadus-T/Cyclizar after a DD).

A couple of speed stats for the new drops:
:ursaluna:
Min speed: 94
0 evs: 136
252 evs: 199
252 evs +1: 298 (It's not common, but I've seen a couple of trailblaze sets on ladder)
252 evs +2: 398

:hoopa-unbound:
Min speed: 148 (Not common again, but I've seen it on trick room before)
252 evs: 259
252 evs +speed nature: 284
252 evs +speed +1: 426

A couple of other minor nitpicks:
216 speed brambleghast is listed as 252 evs when it only has 0
298 speed donphan (252 evs +1) is missing the +1

Lastly, does the boost from quark drive and photosynthesis stack with other speed boosts in the same way as other stat increases? Is +1 speed with booster energy considered a +2 boost, or x2 speed, or two separate +1 boosts, or 1.5 times 1.5 = 2.25x speed? It's only really relevant for treads, which sometimes runs booster energy on it's lead sets, but it's still interesting.

Assuming the increases are separate:
+1 booster 252 evs: 699
+1 booster max speed: 769

Thank you for providing this excellent resource!

Update 11/09/2023:

Following this update of the VR, the SV UU Speedlist has been updated.
Feel free to highlight an omission of my part or to submit a spread I may have forgotten.

If anyone is wondering what is the purpose of Oricorio Pom-Pom's spread heres the explanation bellow.
Oricorio-Pom-Pom @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Dancer
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 248 HP / 200 Def / 60 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Quiver Dance
- Roost
- Revelation Dance
- Air Slash / Hurricane
  • This is an updated set of the only viable set of Oricorio Pom-Pom
  • Basically 248 HP / 200 Def allow Oricorio Pom-Pom to only be 3HKO by Choice Band Zapdos-Galar
  • Before August shifts people were running 52 Speed but with Hoopa-Unbound in the tier, I feel like reaching 260 speed isn't bad since it allows to outspeed Neutral max speed Hoopa-Unbound and it doesn't affect the calc vs CB Zapdos-Galar. This new spread also allows Oricorio Pom-Pom to outspeed Quark Drive Iron Jugulis (+1)

Thanks for the suggestions, error records and kind words.
Speed Boost based around Quark Drive and Protosynthesis are similar to regular boost. Basically a +1 boost to the stat. It doesn't stack 1.5*1.5.
If Iron Treads with Quark Drive uses Rapid Spin, it will reach +2 speed and not 1.5*1.5.

These are some great changes! It's nice to see the pre-home staples who fell off getting more accurate ranks. A few questions, though:

1. Why is Ursaluna ranked so highly? I find it to have a lot of similar problems to Hoopa, except it's even harder to fit on teams. Slow, no priority, chipped down quite easily... It definitely has potential, but through what I've experimented with and what I've seen others use, it's just too easy to overwhelm, even when running Leftovers and plenty of bulk. If you have any good teams with it, please send them, I'd love to be proven wrong here.

2. Why did Hisuian Arcanine fall?
Wrong thread, this is the Speedlist and not the VR :x
