There already there as Quark Drive/Protosynthesis is equal to x1.5 on speed wich is the same as 1 boost

Would Quark Drive/Protosynthesis mons with Speed boost be too difficult to add? Iron Valiant in particular would be helpful, but Sandy Shocks, Iron Treads, Great Tusk, and Roaring Moon would all likely run Booster Energy with Speed boosts.

I see what you mean, I think Electric terrain isn't really standard but I will surely add those mons like Scarf / +1 Tusk in Sun by tonight

Added Ceruledge, Tusk would need max HP and max Speed for boost in Speed and it is already there at +2 which can include booster + spin or spin + spin

Wake reaches various different speed tiers atm
