https://pokepast.es/276de3b74f7e5727

Deoxys (Speed Forme) | Pokemon GO Wiki - GamePress
is the team's suicide lead with the usual Magic Coat to prevent enemy hazards from going up while its setting its own Stealth Rock and Spikes. It also has Psycho Boost to prevent enemies from setting up on its face and to pick up a surprise KO here and there.

Tapu Lele (Pokémon) - Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia
is the team's scarfer which fits really well here because its moves are really spammable letting revenge kill / wallbreak and even sweep(Mono Dark , Mono Fighting) very easily.

Gallade (Pokémon) - Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia
with its new ability Gallade becomes a deadly sweeper. Agility + Psychic Terrain , Sharpness boosted Psycho Cuts is enough to sweep most teams and with Swords Dance it even OHKO resists. And of course we can't forget about Sacred Sword which is mostly here for Steel and Dark types but it is also a great secondary STAB to spam.

Victini (Pokémon) - Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia
A standard Z-Celebrate Victini is basically all this team needs to sweep opposing Mono Steel/Mono Bug teams with Brick Break for Heatran and Wild Charge for Mono Water.

Mega Alakazam | Pokédex | The official Pokémon Website in Singapore
is the teams Psychic Terrain abuser and set up sweeper. The plan is simple:
1. Set up the terrain
2. Switch in safely with Magic Guard
3. Click Nasty Plot and sweep with Expanding Force/Focus Blast/Shadow Ball

It gets even more insane if you Trace something like Beast Boost for an ability.

Indeedee | Pokédex
is the teams Ghost Immunity , 2nd scarfer and 2nd Psychic Terrain setter. It has Expanding Force to spam as its STAB , Mystical Fire for Steel types/Bug types , Dazziling Gleam for Dark types and Healing Wish to give a second chance to one of its teamates.

I had the female version of Indeedee in all of the replays because I thought the male one didn't have Healing Wish but I later realised that it did and that it also had higher Sp.Attk and Speed so replaced it.

I just made my mono psychic team and was about to post it, but got outsped. Regardless,
https://pokepast.es/e9e32b562bf944ee

Deoxys - S is a suicide lead which sets up stealth rocks. Taunt prevents moves like Shed Tail and opposing hazards, since no hazard setter outspeeds it.

Espathra is a wonderful sweeper with Substitute blocking status. Calm Mind enables a clear sweep in tandem with speed boost.

Latias is the team's weakness policy sweeper with agility and calm mind, which works wonderfully behind screens. Aura Sphere enables it to hit Heatran

Victini is the team's scarfer, having a great move in V-Create, it can outspeed many threats and get a KO with V-Create

Gallade-Mega is a sweeper with Swords Dance and a physical attacker.

Alakazam defeats physical set up sweepers which are threatening to Psychic like Roaring Moon with Focus Sash and Counter

View attachment 501136 is our lead most of the teams as well as our screens and rock setter. Light Screen + Reflect helps the team have an easier time to setup and makes them generally bulkier in general. Stealth Rock is self explanatory and helps put pressure on types like Flying, Bug, and Fire. Taunt. Taunt allows Deoxys to stop other opposing leads and shut down bulkier mons and setup sweepers.

1679281870617.png
is one of the new gen 9 Psychic types and can turn into a threatening sweeper with the combination of Weak Armor +Weakness Policy boosting its offenses. Flamethrower is the Fire-STAB and hits for good damage. Aura Sphere can be used to hit Dark and Steel types like Roaring Moon and Heatran. Stored Power is weak without any boosts but once it starts setting up it gets more powerful with the more stat boosts Armarouge gets. Calm Mind helps Armarouge raise it's special attack and special defense while also helping boost Stored Power's power. Iron Defense also helps Armarouge boost Stored Power while also balancing it's defense when getting hit by a physical move.

1679282426691.png
provides a nice secondary typing in Fighting which helps against the Dark and Steel MU. Swords Dance allows Mega Gallade to increase its already high Attack stat to higher levels and allowing it to easily break through a majority of teams and walls like Skarmory. Zen Headbutt allows it to deal with Fighting- and Poison-types like Great Tusks, Iron Hands, and Mega Venusaur. Close Combat helps Mega Gallade deal with Steel, Normal, Dark, and Rock types such as Ferrothorn, Porygon2, Ting-Lu, and Garganacl. Knock Off helps against opposing Psychic-types like Slowbro and Iron Leaves that resist both of Mega Gallade's STAB options while also helping with Ghost-types like Galarian Corsola and Gholdengo. Shadow Sneak can be used instead of Knock Off as a form of priority that also helps against fast Ghost- and Psychic-types like Spectrier and Choice Scarf Latias.

1679283492474.png
provides speed control for the team with the use of Choice Scarf and also provides Psychic Terrain. Psyshock is used to hit specially defensive walls like Blissey and Galarian Slowking harder. Psychic can be used to deal more damage to Poison types like Toxapex and Mega Venusaur, Moonblast targets Dark types like Mega Sableye, Mandibuzz, and Hydreigon, Focus Blast targets Steel types like Heatran and Ferrothorn, Shadow Ball hits Ghost and Psychic types like Gholdengo and Jirachi. Thunderbolt can be used to hit Celesteela and Corviknight.

1679283933062.png
is another new gen 9 mon and can also turn into a threatening sweeper once it gets going. Calm Mind allows it to boost it's special attack and special defense while also strengthening Stored Power. Stored Power gets stronger with more boosts throughout battle. Roost helps keep longevity throughout the battle and keep Espathra healthy. Dazzling Gleam is used to hit Dark types such as Roaring Moon, Mega Sableye, and Mandibuzz.

1679284517109.png
is one of the new paradox mons and helps in MU's like Ground and Water. Swords Dance boosts its attack stat even higher to allow it to blow through bulkier mons. Leaf Blade allows it to blow through Ground and Water types like Hippowdon, Ting-Lu and Rotom. Psyblade hits Poison types like Mega Venusaur, Galarian Weezing, and Toxapex. Close Combat hits Steel and Dark types like Ferrothorn, Heatran, and Hydreigon.

1679290279053.png
is the star of the show with it's being one of our 2 defensive mons as well as sporting an amazing Steel typing and also our Stealth Rocker. Stealth Rock is good to help against types like Flying, Bug, and Fire. Gigaton Hammer is the STAB move for Tinkaton which doesn't do too much damage due to it's attack stat but still does decent damage. Knock Off helps get rid of items such as Klefki's Light Clay or Slowbro's Heavy-Duty-Boots. Thunder Wave is to slow down faster opponents like Spectrier, Meowscarada, and Greninja. Encore can be used instead to lock slower passive mons into their status moves. 4 speed evs are to outspeed other Tinkaton.

1679798472539.png
forms the second part of the defensive core while also being our Mega Scizor check with Babiri Berry. Calm Mind allows Clefable to gain several boosts against pokemon that can't damage it much such as Mega Sableye, SubRoost Kyurem, and Kommo-o. Moonblast is the standard Fairy STAB and deals with Dragon and Dark types like Dragonite and Roaring Moon. Fire Blast helps deal with Steel types like Ferrothorn, Gholdengo, and Mega Scizor. Soft-Boiled helps keep Clefable healthy throughout battle and allows it to have more setup opportunities.

1679798368784.png
is our mega for the team and a great addition with things like magic bounce to deflect hazards and status moves, A wild variety of coverage to choose from, And good offensive stats paired with a good speed stat. Diamond storm is used over power gem as a way to hit Alolan muk and 2 shot it and to fish for defense boosts. Moonblast is Diancie's most spammable move and best fairy stab it gets. Earth power is used to help deal with steel types such as Heatran, Gholdengo, and Iron Treads. 32 attack evs are to help 2 shot Alolan-Muk and do more damage to Blissey. Psychic helps deal with Mega Venusaur which is a big threat to the team.

1679798409769.png
is a staple on all fairy teams and one of our setup sweepers. Swords Dance paired with Tapu Bulu's natural bulk allows it to threaten types such as water, ground, and electric for fairy teams. Horn leech deals with water and ground types such as Rotom-Wash, Slowbro, and Iron treads. High Horsepower threatens steel and poison types such as Toxapex, Clodsire, and Gholdengo. Close Combat deals with steel types like Celesteela, Ferrothorn, and Kingambit. Babiri Berry is used to lure in Excadrill and knock it out for fairy teams.

1679798428081.png
is the speed control of the team utilizing a Choice Scarf as well as a revenge killer. It's fighting type allows it to help deal with steel types teams. Moonblast is Iron Valiant's strongest Fairy STAB and allows it to hit Mega Sableye, Garchomp, and Iron Hands. Aura Sphere is the Fighting STAB and targets Steel types like Kingambit and Iron Treads. Focus Blast can be used instead for higher damage output but comes at the cost with lowered accuracy. Thunderbolt is used to hit mons like Toxapex and Corviknight. Trick can be used to cripple walls like Clodsire, Skeledirge, Toxapex, and Blissey. Shadow Ball can be used to hit Ghost types like Gholdengo and Skeledirge. Psyshock helps deal with Clodsire which otherwise walls Iron Valiant.

1679290869602.png
is our physical wallbreaker of the team and with Choice Band it's attack is very high. Aqua Jet allows Azumarill to revenge kill mons like Iron Treads, Mega Diancie, and Volcarona. Liquidation hits mons like Skeledirge, Hippowdon, and Celesteela. Knock off allows Azumarill to items such as Galarian Corsola's Eviolite or Jirachi's Leftovers. Superpower can be used over Knock Off to hit Steel types like Ferrothorn and Kingambit super effectively which otherwise walls Azumarill. Play Rough is a Fairy STAB hitting Dark and Dragon types like Roaring Moon, Mandibuzz, and Garchomp effectively.

is the screens setter for the team and it's part Fairy typing allows it to come in on a Clangorous Soulblaze from Kommo-o. Taunt shuts down leads, defoggers, and setup sweepers like Deoxy-Speed, Rotom-Wash. and Baxcalibur. Parting Shot allows Grimmsnarl to pivot out into another teammate while also lowering both of their offenses to help the team setup easier. Thunder Wave can be used to slow down fast pokemon like Iron Valiant which is a big threat to dark teams and Spirit Break can be used to prevent Grimmsnarl from being passive.

1679293504683.png
is our hazard setter for the team and provides an Electric immunity as well. Stealth Rock + Spikes supports the team really well by creating a hazard stack core with each other. Earthquake is a reliant STAB and hits mons like Clodsire to prevent them from setting up Toxic Spikes. Heavy Slam hits Fairy types like Iron Valiant and Hatterene.

1679293953888.png
is a terrifying revenge killer and sweeper paired with Supreme Overlord. Swords Dance allows Kingambit to boost it's high attack stat to even high levels. Knock Off is the Dark-STAB and allows Kingambit to remove items from mons while doing good damage. Sucker Punch allows Kingambit to revenge kill mons like Volcarona and Iron Leaves. Iron Head hits Fairy types like Tapu Lele and Mega Diancie.

1679294260301.png
is the special setup sweeper of the team and gives the team a chance against Fighting teams. Nasty Plot allows Galarian Moltres to become a powerful wallbreaker that is able to take on defensive types like Poison and Steel and threaten physical walls such as Skeledirge, Hippowdon, Slowbro, and Toxapex. Agility allows Galarian Moltres to outspeed threats such as Sand Rush Excadrill, Mega Swampert in rain, Regieleki and Choice Scarf Great Tusks and make it threatening against other offensive teams. Fiery Wrath is Galarian Moltres's Dark STAB, especially with its chance to flinch foes, and targets Pokemon like Gholdengo, Heatran, and Corviknight. Hurricane hits Fighting and Bug types like Great Tusks, Iron Valiant, and Mega Pinsir.

1679295072371.png
is an excellent setup sweeper on Dark due to Swords Dance and its speed which lets it wreak havoc against Flying, Dragon, and Ground teams. Triple Axel breaks Mimikyu's Disguise and breaks Galarian Moltres and Kyurem's Substitute. Icicle Crash can be used instead to avoid Garchomp's Rough Skin, Ferrothorn's Iron Bards, and Zapdos's Static. Knock Off removes items like Leftovers from Celesteela and Rotom-Wash. Ice Shard is useful to pick off revenge killers such as Galarian Zapdos

1679295480707.png
provides speed control for the team with the use of Choice Scarf. Flower Trick is the STAB since it's guaranteed to always crit and helps in MU's like Water and Ground. Knock Off removes items from Celesteela and Ferrothorn. Play Rough revenge kills +1 Kommo-o which otherwise can be a big threat. U-Turn provides momentum for the team allowing to pivot out back into Grimmsnarl or Ting-Lu to setup screens or hazards again.

is great at forcing defensive and offensive teams alike as well as providing momentum for Flying teams. Hurricane deals good damage to Skeledirge, Landorus-T, and Toxapex. Defog removes Stealth Rock for the team which is important to not getting worn down. Knock Off cripples mons like Galarian Corsola and Galarian Slowking removing their items to be able to break through easier. U-Turn provides momentum for the team to pivot out into the defensive mons. The ev’s are to outspeed Iron Valiant

1679299304602.png
is good for taking Rock and Ice moves for the team. Heavy Slam is important to deal with threatening Ice, Rock, and Fairy like, Weavile, Mega Diancie, and Tapu Lele. Flamethrower is important, as it allows Celesteela to deal with Steel-types such as Ferrothorn, Gholdengo, and Mega Scizor. Leech Seed allows Celesteela to heal back health while slowly wearing down the opposing foe. Protect scouts out Choice Scard Galarian Darmanitan and Choice Specs Tapu Koko and allows to safely gain more HP from Leech Seed.

1679299797707.png
provides a nice Electric neutrality and is helpful against opposing Flying bar Gliscor. Substitute helps it avoid status and stall most Pokemon with Toxic and Roost. Toxic helps Zapdos beat defensive Pokemon like Skeledirge and Porygon2 while also putting offensive threats like Landorus-T and Tapu Koko on a timer. Discharge has a nice chance to paralyze opposing Pokemon, which makes it tougher for them to KO Zapdos, and also hits Poison- and Steel-types like Toxapex and Corviknight. Roost provides recovery and keeps Zapdos healthy throughout battle.

1679300139737.png
is the Electric immunity of the team and Stealth Rocker too. Earthquake targets Electric and Poison types like Tapu Koko and Clodsire. Roost keeps Gliscor healthy throughout battle which allows it to constantly swap in into weak attacks. Knock off allows Gliscor to get rid of items such as Celesteela's leftobers. The evs are to outspeed Nidoking.

1679300396669.png
provides a Water immunity as well as being able to check Fire moves. Scald is used to cripple physical attackers like Dragonite and weaken them. Defog is used as a secondary means of hazard removal. Roost allows Mantine to stay healthy throughout battle to have more chances to Defog away Stealth Rock. Haze takes care of setup sweepers like Hatterene, Azumarill, and Volcarona.

1679300600304.png
is out stallbreaker of the team as well as our wincon against bulkier teams. Nasty Plot allows Galarian Moltres to become a powerful wallbreaker that is able to take on defensive types like Poison and Steel and threaten physical walls such as Skeledirge, Hippowdon, Slowbro, and Mega Venusaur. Taunt allows Galarian Moltres to stallbreak and shut down passive and bulky mons like Toxapex. Fiery Wrath is Galarian Moltres's Dark STAB, especially with its chance to flinch foes, and targets Pokemon like Gholdengo, Heatran, and Corviknight. Hurricane hits mons like Kommo-o and Tapu Bulu effectively.

Short Description:-
This team is based on trick room set up by bronzong and Stakataka and can counter any kind of teams. Specs heatran Eruption is enough to kill any offensive mons + it can protect the team from Fire types. It is kinda weak to fighting types though but after getting trick room up it is enough to sweep through any Pokemon. The older version of the team was better though but the newer team works too. Some changes in this team works good too like using aegislash but this is better. Scizor can set up sweep though anything + priority sweeps. It beats fighting / psychic pokemons + it's strong defensively. After all this team works on the basis of trick room so it needs set up but still it contains some defensive mons too so we can easily believe it this team. But the main problem with this team is the mawile-mega ban, after the ban I tried using scizor-mega and it's working fine and i hope it will be helpful

Iron Hands: The special defense tank of the group. It's one of the only way fighting has a chance against several types such as Bug, Fairy, Psychic, and Double Dance Gmolt Dark, and in general has a great typing to sponge strong attacks from special threats sprinkled on all types.

Urshifu R-S: The Physical set up sweeper of the bunch. HP investment is key for surviving strong neutral attacks and even better increasing the odds of surviving SE ones. Swords dance can end games when other teammates can clear out the mons that can take its stabs + ice spinner.

Great Tusk: Hazards + Control. It removes, sets hazards, punishes most hazard setters on other types with earthquake/headlong rush. It also knocks off items. This prehistoric donphan is the utility mon of the group.

Kommo: The Z user and the game cleaner: Kommo is the primary set up sweeper of the group. With Clang Z it can do massive damage and get an omi boost. With it's stabs + taunt to shut down status users and beat steel users with flamethrower. It's the wincon in many situations.

Iron valiant: The special attacker of the group. It's a special sweeper that handles physical walls and punishes AV users and mons it can't kill with any move via knock off.

Flamigo: No this is not new toy syndrome, Flamigo is one of the best revenge killers fighting has access to. Being able to hit ghost types with fighting stab allows it to revenge kill many pokemon that maybe problematic for fighting to deal with on its own. Biggest offender being Mega Sab and the ghost/steel options.

Balanced Ghost
no ceruledge gif

Here is my take on Balanced Ghost. while it struggles against most water mons, elec terrain, and most normal mons if done well it can give dark a run for its money, and send fairy teams, dragon teams, and most poison mons for the hills

Support/Defense line

Sableye works as a anti-setup with magic bounce and a lot of health, a good switch from your other tanks if you feel a toxic incoming, its a good first out mon if the enemy has a set up mon to set burn with prankster before it mega evolves, or mega evolve and use knock off to get rid of a mons item if they are SPA, or you could put toxic and stall out with recover. foul play helps out with any mon thats buffing their attack with moves such as bulk up

Corsola-galar is the eviolite tank and status move spammer of the team with enough bulk to survive most choice item users and strength sap to replenish the health back, and with cursed body you can punish any single move they use, bonus points on a choice item user by disabling the only move they can use which forces a switch out allowing you to set a free stealth rock. and with will-o miss-wisp can help you take even ess damage from physical attackers. Of course with all the bulk corsola has no attack so night shade gives it some offensive ability

Skeledirge chomps in tanking hits while singing a death shanty(spamming torch song) and yawning in public. dirge's bulk and hidden ability unaware makes him a perfect counter to any calm mind or sword dance set up mons. and with his signature move torch song being a sound move hitting behind sub makes no mon safe from his +1 spa every time he uses torch song. even bulky mons such as toxapex or slowbro-galar arnt safe from dirge while he has access to yawn forcing a switch or making a mon sleep, along with access to slack off making him even more bulky. along with shadow ball to hit things that torch song cant

Hyper Offensive line

Mimikyu is the start of an offensive push or just a switch in to deal with foul dark types and immunity normal types. with a base atk stat of 90 and a max of 279 sword dance is your best friend for setting up to nuke anything(besides steel) with mimikium Z. drain punch helps massively with the steel mu that mimikyu faces and healing mimikyu if you took any damage. meanwhile shadow sneak is there to finish anything off that's at 20% or less

Hey you... YES YOU do you have a physical attack spamming opponent, then allow me to introduce you to Ceruledge. THE latest gen 9 fire/ghost with the weak armor ability allowing you to speed up to 538 speed after you get hit by any physical move... Call now and you can get the entire move set that comes with, Bitter Blade Ceruledge's signature move with 90 bp and you restore 50% of the damage you delt allowing you to restore the hp you lost activating weak armor. Along with sword dance to boost up your attack to 766 you can shadow claw crit your way to the tops. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL you also get Shadow Sneak to take care of those pesky priority move users

Meanwhile in UberVille Spectier is preparing to destroy a child with its monstrous base 145 spa and its 130 speed out speeds most checks such as tapu koko, weavile, meowscarada, and greninja, and with a added bonus of your choice of choice scarf/specs this mon can destroy many children with a single shadow ball. Best to be brought out while a mon is on low hp to insure a kill and get your Grimm Neigh spa buff, it can even mu most dark types with draining kiss while getting some hp back. spectier can also tank any non ghost special attack before dying possible getting in another buff and getting ready for the sweep

thanks to the Nat Dex Monotype lobby with the input at the start

:sv/toxapex: :sv/mantine: :sv/dondozo: :sv/azumarill: :sv/gastrodon: :sv/lanturn:

:toxapex: Toxapex's amazing ability in regenerator allows it to scout opposing pokemon. Toxic spikes allows it wear down opposing mons, while z-haze allows it to stop omniboost sweepers such as jirachi.

:mantine: Mantine is the team's ground immunity and defogger. It also walls a lot of annoying threats such as zard y and goltres. Its moves are pretty self explanatory.

:dondozo: Dondozo is the team's unaware wall and wincon. Curse allows it to snowball against teams that cannot do anything to it. Liquidation was chosen as the attacking move due to having no recoil. RestTalk gives dondozo a way to get recovery.

:azumarill: Azumarill is the team's grass immunity. It uses a perish trap set to take out defensive mons that would otherwise trouble the team. It can also take out offensive mons that cannot do anything to it.

:gastrodon: Gastrodon is the team's first electric immunity and stealth rocker. It can wall a lot of troublesome threats such as zeraora.

:lanturn: Lanturn is the team's cleric, making sure that its teammates are not overwhelmed by opposing status. Volt absorb also allows it to switch into opposing electric type moves. However, it doesn't have reliable recovery, so its health should be managed carefully.

Mamoswine | Pokédex
is the Ice type resistance of the team with the combination of Assault Vest + Thick Fat making it able to wall Ice types and check Fire types/special attackers. Icicle Crash allows it to break Flying types , Earthquake is a great secondary STAB and Ice Shard lets it revenge kill things very effectively.

Gastrodon | Pokédex
is an absolute must have unless you want to get destroyed by rain teams. Scald after a Storm Drain boost becomes pretty much as strong as if it was coming by a Keldeo , Earthquake allows it to hit Heatran a little harder , Toxic helps against mono Ghost's Corsola and of course set up sweepers and Recover for healing.

Nidoking Pokédex: stats, moves, evolution & locations | Pokémon Database
is here to spam its glorious attacks against almost anything that threatens this team.
Sludge Wave for Grass/Fairy types.
Earth Power for destroying advatageous matchups.
Flamethrower for Ice/Bug types.
Ice Beam or Blizzard for Flying types.

You can also add Thunderbolt if you like instead of something else.

Excadrill Pokédex: stats, moves, evolution & locations | Pokémon Database
is the teams Stealth Rock setter with Rapid Spin to clear hazards and of course its common STABS (EQ/Iron Head). It helps against mono Grass/Ice defensively and threatens a lot of things with strong STAB damage.

Landorus Pokédex: stats, moves, evolution & locations | Pokémon Database
is here catch off guard flying teams with Gravity , set up Substitute and Bulk up to sweep teams and help out the team defensively with its Ability+typing. 48 speed EVs allows outspeed things like Victini post V-create and Scizor and a lot of the slower pokemon in general.

Mega Garchomp | Pokemon GO Wiki - GamePress
is the teams sweeper with Scale Shot to fix its speed before and after mega evolving. Its typing also helps out defensively and of course Swords Dance + Fire Fang to outplay and kill Celasteela.

Shed Tail Hazard stack offence: https://pokepast.es/8f1012b386a828b4
Ghold, Tran and Orm Is immune to every one of steel's weaknesses, making it generally safe to pivot and allowing better chances to set up
Ferrothorn: Necessary water switch in, set up hazards and wear out threats, run rocky helmet if you want more switch in pressure otherwise leftovers

Ghold, complimentary defog and rapid spin blocker, eject pack to do damage and pivot according to what they bring in after presumably blocking a defog or spin

Heatran, mandatory fire switch in, outputs less pressure than orm or thorn as a flash fire boost doesn't mean that much, protect to scout out ground moves on sun mons. item can easily be air balloon but i find the existence of orthworm prevents most teams from just clicking ground moves at will.

Excadrill, both stealth rock user and spinner, can be substituted for a more offensive mon (mega scizor for example) as steel really isn't as weak to hazards as other playstyles, it just outputs better results i find (Also i dont see alot of mold breaker excadrills but if you do remember to replace item with air balloon otherwise you will get 6-0ed)

Orthworm, star of the team and eats ground attacks that would 6-0 your team, walls opposing sand rush exca. Switch in and shed tail out. Spikes can be replaced with rocks if you decide to get rid of excadrill.

Kingambit, take advantage of a free sub and swords dance, can clean up most late game threats with an sd up. Also very easily replaced with M-scizor if you want more defence. I find most of the time if you get two swords dance up along with hazards you just win. Black glasses instead of life orb because....because

Team can easily play around most playstyles, struggles against water and gets completely dominated by fighting (but tbh you wont see that alot)

https://pokepast.es/a9e92205eae0ba4e

Alright the point of this team is to have a 50/50 split of offense and stalling defense with poison. The idea is you lead one of the 3 offensive pokemon (most of the time glimmora but if there is a situation that calls for something different than not always) and start a sweep. If by chance it is paused by threat of a priotiry ko or outspeeding than you can pivot into toxapex or clodsire for pure bulk in which case if glimmora wasnt able to get hazards up or said hazards were removed you can start stalling them using the natural defense of both pokemon. Adittionaly if it calls for and you can get a good switch in with venausaur you can start a passive stall with leech seed and synthesis while also having two powerful stab moves to deal extra damage.

1680403783748.png
Venusaur-mega's main goal is to be able to deal damage while also take damage. Due to it's bulk along with 3 healing moves (Maybe redundant but still moves are not set in stone and can be replaced) it can regain any health its lost quickly with its added speed when mega evolving. This pokemon combines the teams main aspects and puts it into one pokemon.

1680404622040.png
Iron Moth and its job is to outspeed with scarf and start spamming fiery dances. Due to its high special and added speed it can easily pick up ko's with all of its moves while also taking advantage of the 50% chance of a special attack raise when using fiery dance. When you look at it this just Volcarona with extra steps but more killing opportunities (along with trading a 4* rock weakness for a 4* ground weakness). If this pokemon can sweep than perfect, but if not it can pave the way for the defensive pokemon to make their moves and have better chances winning.

1680404606817.png
Glimmora's job is flat out simple. Toxic Spikes. That's partly a joke but it is true. Hazards play big roles in Pokemon and can invalidate Focus Sashes and Pokemon with ability sturdy. But Glimmora's not useless as due to its fast speed and high special attack it can pick up ko's on pokemon that would otherwise be difficult for your defensive teamates to deal with. Even without setting up spikes Glimmora is a force to be messed with gaining you the lead in a fight you otherwise wouldnt have.

1680404071324.png
Nihilegho is extremely similar to Iron Moth and plays very similar roles when it comes down to it however the combination of Meteor Beam and Power Herb along with Beast Boost can leave Nihilego with 2* Sp Atk if played Correctly. Due to the sheer power of this Ultra Beast its able to play Iron Moth's job but arguably better.

1680404230533.png
1680404254145.png
(imagine its clodsire) These two play similar roles but in different ways. Toxapex focuses on Baneful bunker for physical attackers, poisoning the special attackers with toxic and alternating between bunker for passive leftovers and recover for the times you really need it. Clodsire's main focus is using curse and recover making all physical attackers obselete. Because of Water absorb this pokemon is in a position where it only worrys are critical hits (always play around the crit) and psychic types. Ground types while threating, the best ground types are physical attackers and even if you still have venusuar to deal with it. Due to the nerf of healing moves in gen 9 both of these pokemon aren't nearly at their full potential but even still they are able to due the best thing Poison types are known for ands that being incredibly annoying by using recover.

:Gastrodon:
Gastrodon is an absolutely vital part of this team as it checks Water-types like Mega Swampert, Barraskewda, and Mega Sharpedo, sets up entry hazards for the team's wallbreakers (Great Tusk, Landorus, Mamoswine), and wears down the opponent's defensive core with Toxic. Scald threatens a burn against threats such as Dragonite, Mega Scizor, and Mimikyu. Stealth Rock withers down the opponent's team to ease the job of the aforementioned wallbreakers. Toxic is essential to remove Gastrodon's passivity and cripple Pokemon like Rotom-W, Landorus-T, and Ting-Lu.

:Great-Tusk:
Great Tusk is a ferocious wallbreaker due to it's mesmerizing Attack stat and physical bulk. Close Combat paired with a Z-Move and boosted by Bulk Up breaks past Mandibuzz, Corviknight, and Porygon2. Headlong Rush and Earthquake are interchangeable but Earthquake is fine due to Bulk Up boosts. Rapid Spin is Great Tusk's secondary role, allthough, not as effective as Excadrill or Iron Treads, Mega Steelix and Heavy-Duty Boots Gastrodon don't require too much hazard control.

:Landorus:
This beast has immense wallbreaking power and sets up Gravity for abusers like Mamoswine, Great Tusk, and itself. Sludge Wave hits Grass-types such as Whimsicott, Celebi, and Zarude. Rock Slide is for Volcarona which can be scary agains this team, can be changed for Rock Polish or Nasty Plot though.

:Mamoswine:
Team's speed control and checks Ice-types like Kyurem and Alolan Ninetales. Icicle Crash is great for Flying-types like Gliscor, Galarian Moltres, and Thundrus-T. Superpower is great for Mega Lopunny and Hydreigon thinking they are faster. Knock Off cripples Galarian Corsola and Porygon2 as well as removing Leftovers from checks such as Rotom-W and Gastrodon.

:Ting-Lu:
Ting-Lu's bulk and phazing ability really benefits the wallbreakers and withers down teams considerably. Ruination is great for quickly wearing down walls like opposing Ting-Lu, Swampert, and Celesteela. Body Press allows Ting-Lu to threaten Ice-types like Weavile, Kyurem, and Baxcalibur in a pinch.

:Steelix-Mega:
Mega Steelix is the star of the team and is a great wincon vs types like Fairy and Ice. Heavy Slam takes advantage of Steelix being so heavy, so it nearly always has a base power of 120, hits threats like Tapu Lele, Alolan Ninetales, and Kyurem. Curse allows Mega Steelix to snowball teams quite fast if they are unprepared for it (If they think Steelix is using Stealth Rock + STABs). RestTalk is a deadly combination, allowing Steelix to shrug of burn and regenerate it's HP. Impish survives a +6 Aqua Jet from Azumarill.

Garchomp is the team’s hazard setter and your lead for most matchups. Stealth rock is essential for any team and it helps break opponents down throughout the match. Now for the moves. Earthquake is a Stab that provides good damage, Rock Tomb is used to hit Flying and Levitate pokemon such as Zapdos, Tornadus-T, and Rotom-Heat, Lastly, Swords dance allows Garchomp to raise it’s attack stat to boost its power to help quickly deal with defensive mons such as Mega Venusaur. This set runs focus sash to live many moves that would OHKO Garchomp. This way, we either get a guaranteed opportunity to set up rocks or deal damage to break down an opponents offense, potentially granting an early kill.

C5C85092-9D2E-4E67-849D-2D9C84DFFC0F.png
Kommo-O is the main late game sweeper for the team as well as a Steel breaker. Clanging Scales is the Dragon Stab since it is required to activate its signature Z move. Drain Punch is the Fighting Stab since it provides recovery for Kommo-o to help keep it healthy throughout battle. Flamethrower allows Kommo-o to hit Steel types like Skarmory and Gholdengo since they aren’t bothered by Drain Punch. Finally, Taunt is used to shut down mons such as Hippowdon and Toxapex from Whirlwinding and Hazing Kommo-O’s stat boosts. Soundproof is the ability to prevent Ditto from taking advantage of Kommo-o’s stats and revenge killing it by using clanging scales itself.

91B989FF-9208-4A79-AE07-E38B1371721A.png
Mega Altaria is the Mega for the team and allows the team to deal with threats like Roaring Moon, Kommo-O, and Iron Hands with its fairy typing upon mega evolution. Dragon Dance boosts Altaria’s attack and speed and makes matchups like Electric and opposing Dragon teams Easier. Stab Pixilate-Frustration checks the mentioned Dragon types as well as Mega Sableye, Ting-Lu, and Great Tusk. Frustration is run instead of return to prevent max happiness ditto from taking advantage of a boosted return. Earthquake is a good coverage move used to hit Steel types like Gholdengo and Heatran as well as to help make Electric and Dark matchups easier. Finally, Roost allows Mega Altaria to increase its longevity/survivability throughout battle and have more opportunities to set up Dragon Dance.

44833D5C-5B8E-44CE-9E46-4380B487B869.png
Latias is the scarfer for the team and helps in the Fighting matchup against threats like iron Valiant and outspeeding +1 Kommo-O. Draco Meteor is the dragon Stab of choice as it allows Latias to revenge kill mons such as Greninja after Stealth Rock damage, and Kyurem. Psychic is a reliable Stab move that does good damage to mons such as Mega Lopunny, Galarian Weezing, and Mega Venusaur. Psyshock can be used instead to hit mons like Volcarona better with its ability to hit a Mon based off of defense rather than special defense. Defog provides entry hazard removal and increases the team’s longevity. Healing Wish allows Latias to heal a weakened teammate that is still needed such as Mega-Altaria in the Dark matchup.

E78D3D42-373B-4671-8755-8EDDDF2BACA8.png
Kyurem is the special wallbreaker for the team and beats threats to Dragon teams such as Toxapex and Mamoswine. Draco Meteor is its Dragon Stab and Kyurem’s strongest move as it allows for it to nuke switchins such as Mega Sableye. Dragon Pulse can be used instead if one doesn’t like the special attack stat drop from Draco Meteor. Freeze Dry helps in the water matchup by answering mons that would normally check it like Gastrodon, Slowking, and Mantine. Ice Beam is a stronger Stab than Freeze Dry and allows Kyurem to 2HKO mons like Corviknight, Physically Defensive Celesteela, and Ferrothorn if chosen to be run rather than freeze dry. Flash Cannon can be used to hit Fairy and Ice types. For example, Clefable and Alolan Ninetales. Earth Power hits Poison and Steel types like Alolan Muk, Galarian Slowking, Heatran, and Gholdengo while Focus Blast helps deal with dark type matchups. Choice specs are utilized to give Kyurem greater damage output.

D432C9F7-EA79-494B-93FD-7391F0B06799.png
Roaring Moon is a setup sweeper who helps in the Ghost and Psychic matchup. Dragon Dance boosts its attack and speed to higher levels and makes Roaring Moon more threatening to opposing teams. Crunch is the Dark Stab of choice as it also helps in the mentioned Ghost and Psychic matchups. Earthquake is a coverage move that provides damage against mons like Toxapex, Alolan Muk, Klefki, and Heatran. Iron Head is coverage for fairies such as Mega Diancie, Tapu Bulu, and Iron Valiant. Black glasses are equipped to increase damage output with crunch even without a dragon dance setup.

- Giga Drain
1683957375356.png
Is the screens setter of the team. Light screen and reflect helps our friends take hits from both physical and special attacks, and with the light clay, both have increased duration, giving out teammates more opportunities to setup. Volt switch is there to provide very much important momentum. Defog is there to provide a way to remove hazards. 248 hp evs are there to minimze stealth rock damage.

1683957444646.png
compresses a lot of different roles for the team such as being our rocks setter, secondary hazard removal, and sun setter with its ability drought. Heat rock is used to increase the duration of the sun but heavy-duty-boots can also work instead. Lava plume is the fire stab of choice due to it having a good chance to burn your opponent. Body Press can be used instead to hit targets like Heatran and Tyranitar. Stealth rock is essential for any team in my opinion and this one is no different. Rapid spin is there as a secondary means of removing hazards. Yawn is used to stop opposing setup sweepers and give more opportunities for our own teammates to setup.

1683957575995.png
is our first setup sweeper for the team and our mega. Supported by Torkoal and Rotom-Heat, Mega charizard-X has the ability to wipe out many balance teams. Dragon Dance is important in order to sweep in the late game. Dragon Claw is our consistent dragon type stab. Blaze kick is our fire stab of choice and it pairs really well with tough claws. Flare blitz can be used over this if you don't mind the recoil. Earthquake is our coverage option to hit Heatran and Toxapex. Thunder Punch can be used instead to help deal with Pelipper and Tapu Fini better.

1683957480712.png
is our speed control and revenge killer of the team. Fire blast is the fire stab of choice which lets it do a lot of damage under the sun even to mons that resist fire. Sludge Wave is Iron Moth's most spammable Poison type attack and it's helpful in matchups such as Fairy. Energy Ball is their to hit Water grounds like Mega Swampert under rain and Gastrodon which can be annoying for this team to deal with besides Volcarona. Finally Dazzling Gleam is used for the Dragon matchup to revenge kill +1 Kommo-O.

1683957500459.png
is our 2nd setup sweeper. Ceruledge is a terrifying sweeper once it's gets going and paired with screens it becomes even more threatening. Swords dance is there to boost Ceruledge's attack to sky high levels. Bitter Blade allows Ceruledge to maintain longevity throughout battle. Phantom Force can be used instead for a reliable Ghost type Stab attack. Shadow Sneak allows Ceruledge to pick off weakened mons. Close Combat hits Heatran and Tyranitar which would otherwise beat Ceruledge. Solar Blade is an option over Close Combat as to take advantage of the sun and to target Water teams better

1683957511912.png
is our last and special setup sweeper. Quiver dance is a mandatory setup move. Fire blast is the strongest stab move Volcarona has access to and it's used over fiery dance for it's immediate power. Bug Buzz helps deal with Dark and Psychic types such as Roaring Moon, Hydreigon, and Latias. Psychic helps deal with Fighting and Poison types like Urshifu-R, Crobat, and Glimmora. Giga Drain is here to allow Volcarona to deal with Water, Ground, and rock types such as Gastrodon, Rotom-Wash, Hippowdon, and Mega Diancie.

compresses a few roles for the team as it provides Stealth Rock support for the team as was as hazard removal as well and being the physically defensive mon. Earthquake is a powerful STAB move that threatens Poison-types such as Toxapex and Clodsire. Knock off removes items such as Rotom-Wash's Leftovers and Galarian Corsola's Eviolite.

1683954076304.png
is the specially defensive mon of the team and helps in the Flying matchup. Drain Punch provides recovery and increases longevity for Iron Hands. Thunder Punch is the Electric STAB of choice as to avoid recoil from Wild Charge, Ice Punch hits Flying and Dragon types such as Landorus, Gliscor, and Garchomp. Heavy Slam hits Fairy types like Mega Diancie and Iron Valiant.

1683954468831.png
is the special wallbreaker of the team and helps in the opposing Fighting matchup as well as Dragon. Moonblast is a spammable Fairy type STAB and hits Fighting and Dragon types like Great Tusk and Mega Altaria. Aura Sphere is a reliable Fighting type STAB and hits for good damage too. Energy Ball is used for Water and Ground types like Gastrodon and Hippowdon. Trick is used to cripple passive mons like Toxapex and Clodsire

1686001385756.png
is the scarfer for the team and helps deal with Fairy types like Tapu Lele which is a huge threat to the team. Close Combat targets neutral targets such as Rotom-Wash and Rock resisting mons like Iron Treads and Ferrothorn. Dire claw is used as it has a 50% to put the target to sleep, poison, and paralyze said target. Toxic Spikes is helpful for the Fairy MU and forms a hazard stacking core with Great Tusk's Stealth Rock. U-turn provides momentum for the team as well as give offensive pressure.

1683955893398.png
is the mega for the team and helps in the Poison type matchup dealing with Mega Venusaur and Toxapex. Swords Dance allows Mega Gallade to boost it's already high attack stat to higher levels and help it break more easily. Zen Headbutt targets the mentioned Poison types as welll as Galarian Weezing. Close Combat is Mega Gallade's strongest STAB move and hits for very high damage. Knock Off hits Ghost and Psychic types as well as remove's the opposing mon's item. Triple Axel can be used to hit Ground types such as Garchomp, Landorus, and Gliscor

1683956412585.png
is the z move user of the team as well as functioning as a Steel breaker and helping in the Dragon and Flying matchups. Clanging Scales is required in order to use Kommo-o's signature z move. Drain Punch is the Fighting STAB as it prevents Kommo-o from getting worn down and gives it some passive recovery. Flamethrower deals with Steel types like Mega Scizor, Ferrothorn, and Corviknight. Taunt is used to deny whirlwind from the likes of Hippowdon and Skarmory and Toxapex's Haze.

Normal Webs Hyper Offense
https://pokepast.es/be6907b85d92a426

M-Lopunny is used mainly as a pivot and sweeper using triple axel to hit ground and rock types the hardest and CC everyone else.

Porygon-Z uses its z conversion set for ghost for spin blocking and sweeping. The omni boost lets it outspeed everything and the webs let it set up and block spinners like Tusk and drill. Ghost is used for being mostly unresisted but electric is a good choice as well due to all the dark types running around.

Ditto is Ditto. The main strength ditto has is being able to use Smeargle's passiveness to bait people into setting up.

Smeargle sets webs and has nuzzle and spore for utility. Not much to say it sets webs and leaves ideally giving at least one other mon the chance to set up. Destiny bond can force set ups for Ditto to take advantage of or a free switch.

Maushold functions as a late game sweeper and hazard control using Tidy up to outspeed everything and hitting hard with either pop bomb or bite.

Horoark is the main sweeper of this team being able to bluff Porygon with shadow ball and can put the holes by bluffing Smeargle in the lead against common muti hitters like Melmetal with focus blast or flamethrower.

Defensive STEEL MONO (Paste Here) Melo_From3

1685044026597.png
1685044056622.png

FERROTHORN is arguably one of the best utility/defensive stall mons in the meta. Use Protect for strategy, Stealth Rock to tax fire on switches, Leech Seed for health, and Gyro Ball for dragon dancers & speedy sweepers. Iron Barbs ability for tax damage on physical attackers.

HEATRAN is a must for steel with its Flash Fire ability for fire immunity + air balloon for temporary ground immunity. Use Roar + Stealth Rock combo to tax damage on force switches & stop setups, Earth Power for fire, and Magma Storm for STAB & strategic traps (i.e., Klefki, Volcarona, Zapdos, Indeedee-M, etc).

AEGISLASH gives the team its first fighting immunity while boasting its versatility as both a stall mon & a mixed attacker with Stance Change ability. King's Shield for strategy protect, Toxic to break stalls, Shadow Sneak for STAB priority, and Shadow Ball for STAB.

CORVIKNIGHT gives the team a solid ground immunity + a fighting counter as a flying type. Roost + Brave Bird combo for fighting types & healing, & Bulk Up + Body Press combo for using its great defense as coverage offense. Pressure ability + Rocky Helmet for strategic stalling physical attacking threats.

GHOLDENGO is the team's second fighting immunity and its primary SpATK scarf sweeper. Its ghost typing + Good as Gold ability stops stealth rock removals (Rapid Spin & Defog) needed for fire. Power Gem for fire, Shadow Ball for STAB, Focus Blast for normal/steel coverage (Mega Lopunny & Heatran especially), and STAB Make It Rain.

IRON TREADS is the team's primary ATK scarf sweeper. Ice Spinner for ground, Zen Headbutt for fighting, Stone Edge for fire with ground immunity, and Earthquake for STAB against fire.

- THIS TEAM UTILIZES STEEL TYPE'S MAIN ADVANTAGES AGAINST THE META, WHICH IS ITS DEFENSIVE VERSATILITY, DEPTH OF GREAT MONS & MULTIPLE RESISTANCES. SINCE STEEL CANNOT BE TOXIC w/o SALAZZLE and STEALTH ROCKS BARELY DAMAGES IT, THE TEAM DOESN'T NEED HAZARD REMOVERS. EVEN WITHOUT A MEGA, THIS TEAM CAN POSE A THREAT TO ANYONE. ALSO, BEING THAT THIS TEAM CHECKS OFF ALL ITS BOXES IN TERMS OF ADDRESSING WEAKESSES, YOU CAN STRATEGIZE TO YOUR ADVANTAGE EVEN AGAINST THREATS -

* Will update examples until the team defeats viable teams from all types twice *

is the scarfer for the team and can help in the Dark matchup against mons like Hydreigon which would otherwise be scary for the team. Close Combat targets neutral targets such as Rotom-Wash and Rock resisting mons like Iron Treads and Ferrothorn. Dire claw is used as it has a 50% to put the target to sleep, poison, and paralyze said target. U-turn provides momentum for the team and allows for sneasler to go into defensive teammates to take a hit. Rock Slide is used to hit Fire types like Mega Charizard Y and Volcarona.

1686005972006.png
is the physically defensive wall of the team that provides a Fire and Water resist. Toxic puts your opponent on a timer and cripples them to slowly take them down. Toxic Spikes can be used instead as a way of spreading poison faster against the opponents team but comes at the cost of not being able to poison Flying types. Scald is used to burn physical attackers that may threaten the team while also burning mons that can't be poisoned for residual damage. Haze is used to stop setup sweepers and paired with Icium-Z allows Toxapex to restore it's health back to full while also getting off a Haze. Recover provides recovery for Toxapex to keep it healthy against the threats it helps deal with for the team.

1686006974218.png
is the mega of the team as well as another water resist and ground neutrality. Giga Drain is used to handle Water and Ground types like Mega Swampert and Hippowdon while also gaining back recovery in the process. Synthesis is important to provide more recovery in the case Giga Drain doesn't. Sludge Bomb is the Poison stab as to allow Venusaur to poison it's opponents and pressuring mons like Kyurem. Leech Seed can be used instead to punish switch ins that Mega Venusaur can force and provide recovery support for the rest of it's teammates. Hidden Power Fire is used to hit Steel types like Ferrothorn and Mega Scizor that otherwise wall out it's stab attacks. The given ev spread is used to outspeed Adamant Azumarill.

1686008792022.png
is the ground immunity and can be used to play around mons like Choice Band Excadrill. Toxic puts the opponent on a timer and paired with Infiltrator allows to deal with Substitute Hydreigon and Substitute Kyurem respectively. Defog is the last move to remove hazards for the team to prevent them from getting chipped and worn down which in tandem with Heavy-Duty-Boots. Roost provides it the longevity to last and keep checking these threats and retain it's role as a ground immunity. Brave Bird is the stab of choice as it allows Crobat to pressure Mega Gallade which is a huge threat to the team and can do good damage to frailer mons such as Cinderace and non-scarf Greninja. The ev spread is used to outspeed fast mons like Tornadus-T, Cinderace, and non-scarf Greninja while putting the rest into HP and special defense to allow to deal with mons like Hydreigon better.

1686009334324.png
is the special wallbreaker of the team to prevent it from being too passive as well as the respective Steel breaker. Earth Power helps dent opposing Poison, Steel, and Fire teams while also doing good damage to neutral targets. Ice Beam hits Ground, Flying, and Dragon types such as Hippowdon, Gliscor, and Roaring Moon for good damage. Flamethrower is used to pressure Steel types that aren't bothered by Earth Power such as Skarmory and Ferrothorn. Thunderbolt is used to hit Water types like Mantine and forms a BoltBeam coverage combination to help deal better with Flying teams. Stealth Rock can be used instead to provide support for the team and to pressure the opposing team.

1686010044381.png
is the specially defensive wall of the team as well as the Psychic immunity. Poison Jab is a spammable stab which has a good chance to poison paired with Poison Touch. Knock off is the Dark type as it allows to hit Psychic types and remove their items. Pursuit is used to trap the specially offensive mons that are threatening to the team such as Tapu Lele and Mega Alakazam. Clear Smog is used to help A-Muk be less passive and prevent mons from using it as setup fodder. Shadow Sneak can be used to revenge kill a threat such as Mega Gallade.

is part of the defensive core and the mixed wall as well as the Stealth Rock user. Leech Seed provides Ferrothorn recovery and allows it to regain health throughout the match and stay healthy. Gyro Ball helps check Ice and Fairy types like Kyurem, Alolan Ninetales, Tapu Lele, and Mega Diancie. Stealth Rock provides support for Ferrothorn's teammates and allows the offensive mons on the teams to break better, Protect is used to scout out Choice locked users and to extend recovery from Leftovers and Leech Seed.

1686014349689.png
is the scarfer of the team. Flower Trick is the stab of choice as it always crits and can help deal with mons like Tapu Lele and Great Tusk. U-turn allows Meowscarada to switch out of bad situations and provide some momentum for the team. Play Rough is used to deal with mons like Galarian Zapdos and +1 Kommo-o which can be scary for the team. Thunder Punch can be used instead as a way to hit Celesteela and Corviknight better. Knock off helps deal with Psychic and Ghost types and remove items from bulkier mons such as Porygon2's Eviolite and Ferrothorn's Leftovers

1686014867452.png
is the mega of the the team as well as another part of the defensive core. Mega Venusaur provides a much needed Ice and Fire resist for the team as well. Leech Seed can be used instead to punish switch ins that Mega Venusaur can force and provide recovery support for the rest of it's teammates. Synthesis is important to provide more and instant recovery than Leech Seed. Sludge Bomb is the Poison stab as to allow Venusaur to poison it's opponents and pressuring mons like Kyurem. Hidden Power Fire is used to hit Steel types like Ferrothorn and Mega Scizor that otherwise wall out it's stab attacks.

1686015387701.png
is the special oriented utility attacker of the team as well as providing a Dragon immunity from Kommo-o's Clangerous Soulblaze. Moonblast is the Stab of choice to deal with Dark, Fighting, and Dragon pokemon such as Hydreigon, Mega Gallade, and Kyurem. Encore locks passive and setup mons like Toxapex and Volcarona into their status moves to allow its teammates to take advantage of them. Knock Off provides utility and removes items from mons like Corviknight and Toxapex. Stun Spore can be used to cripple threats like Volcarona to make it easier for its teammates to handle. Tailwind is used to support its teammates before it goes down if one doesn't like the accuracy of Stun Spore. U-Turn is used to bring in teammates on a mon Whimsicott can force out. Pixie Plate is used to boost Moonblast's power

1686022512545.png
is the physical attacker of the team and can help in matchups like Flying and Dragon with Ice Spinner + Close Combat. Sleep Powder is used to put the target asleep to allow H-Lilligant to set up with Victory Dance safely. Leaf Blade can be used as a grass Stab option. Close Combat is the Fighting stab that hits really hard combined with Hustle. Victory Dance boosts H-Lilligant's Attack, Defense, and Speed to allow it to have an easier time sweeping teams. Ice Spinner is used for Flying and Dragon types such as Gliscor and Dragonite.

1686065704846.png
fills in the last slot of the defensive core as well as being the hazard remover and providing an Electric immunity. Earth Power helps deal with Steel and Poison types like Gholdengo, Heatran, and Glimmora. Spikes is used to pressure the opposing team and forms a hazard stack core with Ferrothorn's Stealth Rock. Spore puts targets to sleep and allows for Toedscruel's teammates to take advantage of the opposing mon. Rapid Spin provides hazard removal. The given ev spread is used to outspeed Gholdengo and Glimmora while also having enough special attack to knockout Heatran.

is the mega for the team and makes for an excellent late game sweeper. Swords Dance allows for Pinsir to boost its attack stat and allow it to be a good setup sweeper. Frustration is Pinsir's main stab and hits Grass, Fighting, and Bug types like Mega Venusaur, Kommo-o, and Volcarona. Quick Attack is Pinsir's priority move that revenge kills mons like Mega Gallade and Keldeo. Earthquake is used to hit Steel types like Gholdengo and Aegislash. Close Combat can be used instead to hit Ferrothorn better.

1686071389822.png
is the wallbreaker of the team and can help in the Fire and Flying matchup. X Scissor is the stab since it is boosted by Sharpness and hits for really good damage on neutral targets. U-Turn can be used instead as a way to provide momentum and to use against forced switches. Stone Axe is the Rock stab since not only is it boosted by sharpness but sets Stealth Rock on the opposing side of the field. Close Combat is used to hit mons like Ferrothorn and Porygon2 better. Night Slash is used to hit Ghost types like Gholdengo and Aegislash.

1686071605151.png
Is our special tank of the team and main check to fire type moves with its ability and good bulk. Scald is there to fish for burns on physical attackers and to provide residual damage against Ferrothorn and Toxapex which wall Araquanid. Sticky web is to help our teammates outspeed the opposing team. Toxic is their to cripple walls that aren't bothered by scald or are just bulky in general. Magic Coat can be used to bounce back status moves such as Taunt to allow Araquanid to set up Sticky Web. Mirror coat is to deal with special attackers that threaten the team.

1686071848041.png
Is the scarfer of the team and an amazing revenge killer and late game cleaner having a great ability in beast boost raising attack after a knockout and having a great attack stat. Close Combat is the Fighting stab as it hits for really high damage and paired with Beast Boost allows Buzzwole to do more damage with it. Ice Punch is used to hit Dragon and Flying types like Garchomp and Gliscor. Earthquake is used to hit Poison and Steel types like Toxapex and Gholdengo. Darkest Lariat can be used to hit Ghost types like Spectrier. Leech Life can be used as another stab that does damage while also healing Buzzwole. Stone Edge paired with Earthquake forms an EdgeQuake combination that deals with all Fire type pokemon.

1686072084242.png
is the physically defense mon and our teams hazard removal and secondary hazard setter in Rapid Spin + Spikes. It forms a defensive core with araquanid where as Forretress takes care of the flying and rock moves while araquanid takes care of dealing with fire moves. Spikes is used over Stealth Rock also Kleavor can set Stealth Rock when using Stone Axe. Gyro Ball is used as a mean of damaging faster opponents such as Tapu Lele and Mega Diancie. Rapid Spin provides much needed hazard removal for our teammates to prevent them from being worn down by hazards
Volt switch provides momentum for the team and allows Forretress to pivot out against foes that would wall it such as Ferrothorn, Toxapex, and Mega Sableye.

1686072651559.png
Is the special attacking mon of the team and a staple on all Bug teams . Quiver dance is Volcarona's setup move allowing it to act as another sweeper for the team. Flamethrower is the stab of choice as it's used for consistency and has more power than Fiery Dance. Fire Blast can be used over Flamethrower as it has a higher damage output but comes at the cost of lowered accuracy. Giga Drain helps deal with Ground and Water types like Hippowdon and Gastrodon. Hidden Power Ground helps deal with Heatran which otherwise walls Volcarona. Firium-Z can be used over Heavy-Duty-Boots as a way to have a stronger nuke against targets.
Soon!

Would also like to make a shoutout to Ninjamage for the Toedscruel evs and also to Sunnyboi0 for giving me the idea that I free up Stealth Rock on Forretress for Spikes! :D

Ursaluna
Hi friends I want to update my Mega Pidgeot sample with the addition of Ursaluna coming out. It really isn't much of a change just removing Diggersby for Ursaluna. Basically as I've said before Staraptor is here for Intimidate pressure and overall physical bulk along with Bewear who provides a lot of physical pressure due to using sub and bulk up a hard set to break. Mega Pidgeot makes your hard MUs in Mega Venusaur and Grass along with Heatran and Steel much easier to deal with with access to Hurricane, Heat Wave and HP Ground. Ditto is a staple as a setup sweeper counter. Finally Ursaluna is an insane stall breaker and takes over your poison and steel MUs.

Mega Altaria is the mega of the team and helps in the Dark, Fighting, and opposing Dragon matchups. Dragon Dance turns Mega Altaria into a powerful setup sweeper. Frustration is the stab instead of Return as to 1v1 Ditto in the case it decides to copy Mega Altaria. Earthquake hits Steel and Poison types like Heatran, Gholdengo, Clodsire, and Toxapex. Roost allows Mega Altaria to have sustainability throughout battle and give it more opportunities to get off a Dragon Dance.

Garchomp is the physical tank of the team and Rocky Helmet + Rough Skin can rack up very good residual damage on physical mons. Stealth Rock supports the team to pressure opposing teams and to help the offensive mons on the team break better. Earthquake is the stab choice as it does decent damage to some neutral targets. Roar is used to phaze out your opponent. Dragon Tail can be used instead as a way to bypass Taunt but comes at the cost of 90% accuracy. Toxic puts mons like Zapdos and Rotom-Wash on a timer that would otherwise wall Garchomp. Fire Blast can be used instead to pressure Steel types like Ferrothorn and Skarmory that aren't bothered by Earthquake.

H-Goodra is the special tank of the team and can help in the Fairy matchup which Dragon usually struggles with. Heavy Slam is the stab to deal with Fairy types and hits Tapu Lele better rather than Flash Cannon. Curse turns H-Goodra into a bulky wincon against Fairy teams barring Iron Valiant and Tapu Bulu. Body Press takes advantage of Curse and can be used to hit Steel types like Ferrothorn. Rest is used to keep H-Goodra Healthy and paired with Chesto Berry it will always wake up when used once.

Kyurem is the stallbreaker for the team and can help in matchups like Ground, Flying, and Water. Freeze Dry deals with Ground and Water types like Hippowdon, Rotom-Wash, and Gastrodon. Earth Power hits Steel types like Aegislash, Gholdengo, and Heatran. Roost keeps Kyurem healthy and allows for Kyurem to PP stall attacks from G-Corsola and Blissey. Substitute allows Kyurem to evade status moves from Toxapex, G-Corsola, and Blissey. The given ev spread allows Kyurem's substitute to keep intact from G-Corsola's Night Shade and Blissey's Seismic Toss.

Lopunny can be a fantastic turn stalker with fake out, fantastic pivot with fake out and u-turn, good antilead with fake out and cc/return and just do a lot of damage with stab cc. it is able to 2HKO max def ursaluna.

Porygon-z turns into a ghost type behind shed tail and sweeps the team with high power bolt beam and stab shadow ball pretty much sweeps most of the meta. although it lacks a base 100 speed stat making it slower than notably scarf lele after boosts which kinda suck but than again blissey walls. i chose download over adaptability because most of the meta has a higher Def than SpDef.

This is a defensive set over the classic max atk flame orb sd because i wasn’t living hits i wanted too. max bulk let’s it 1v1 classic lop and ohko it with drain punch and still be at half health while still being able to abuse she’d tail with sd and the bulk to live most hits. and it can switch into burns from rotom and other will-o things and deal huge damage afterwards.
Anyways that’s the team. idky shed tail is legal it’s scary that nobody is really abusing it. you can also abuse things like linoone or maushold as sweepers.

Dragon HO

https://pokepast.es/05a55236076a74ea

This is a brainless team type, you set screens, sub to your counter and click buttons. Is a matchup fish because it's strengths are so strong but it weaknesses are also hard to overcome, but if you can fish and beat 75% other teams I would say thats quite good. Know your wincon immedietely and focus on objectives of weakening what you have to for your wincon to win, and giving it a good opportunity to setup is how to play this team well.

Cyclizar @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Regenerator
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shed Tail
- Rapid Spin
- Knock Off
- Overheat/draco meteor

Shed tail for the team. Synergizes really well with the fat pokemon on this team (dragonite, baxcalibur, goodra-h) and can give them a free sub easily. You should go hard cyclizar on opponents that are on the weaker side or rely on status to damage the foe, such as toxapex, blissey and more. Rapid spin also removes hazards but should be used sparingly because sacrificing cyclizar hp for hazard removal leading to less or even no shed tails is a bad outcome. Draco meteor is here for reliable damage, but overheat is good bait for steel types such as skarmory that pose a threat against the team. Sitrus berry is for tanking a hit on the hard switch better, with latios's screens it can even take some weak super effective attacks and shed tail out.

Dragonite @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Multiscale
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dual Wingbeat
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch

Matchup fish number 1. Matches up amazingly against bug, fighting, fire, grass, water, steel, poison(without a healthy weezing), and does well verses most HO teams. Multiscale lets dragonite retain substitute when hit by most neutral attacks, so it is easy to get a free dragon dance.

Kommo-o @ Kommonium Z
Ability: Soundproof
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Clangorous Soul
- Clanging Scales
- Flamethrower
- Drain Punch/Flash cannon

Matchup fish no 2. Does well against steel, ground, fire, dark(balance), bug, dragon(with flash), flying, normal, poison, water, and any team without a fairy type basically. If they dont have fairies, it is difficult to lose with kommo-o

Baxcalibur @ Loaded Dice
Ability: Thermal Exchange
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Icicle Spear
- Glaive Rush
- Ice Shard

Matchup fish no 3. Invalidates types without a resist (which are mainly steel types), such as poison, flying, ground, opposing dragon, grass, electric if he gets a free sub. Also has a valuable ice neutrality

Latios @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Psychic
- Memento

Screens for the team. Psycic for good neutral coverage and reliable damage, memento for a greatsetup opportunity. Memento should be used carefully and you should try to preserve latios hp as it can be valuable later in the game against pokemon that are slower. You can get two or even three times screens with this pokemon.

Goodra-Hisui @ Leftovers
Ability: Sap Sipper
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 212 Def / 40 SpD / 4 Spe
Careful Nature
- Acid Armor
- Body Press
- Heavy Slam
- Earthquake

Matchup fish no 4. Helps the team with taking fairy and ice attacks, while being quite a powerful setup sweeper itself.

Very beginner friendly team, and teaches people to figure out what "wincons" they have in each matchup.

Mono Steel Offense

https://pokepast.es/59137c1725fac267
Very fast paced / "trade heavy" Offense build that centers mostly around trading damage on / picking off targets that open up for end game SD Mega-Scizor sweeps. I wouldn't say this team is very "beginner friendly" but it'll all fall into place once you understand the kinda flow-charty playstyle and the matchups these pokemon thrive in (I'll go into details when I talk about the mons). most of my replays got lost but i pushed this team from 1100 to around the 1580s (top 40-60) (ladder alt is wave emoji)
The paste above is my preference of the team, but please feel free to try the other suggestions as they've been tested and are still good.

Excadrill @ Focus Sash
Ability: Mold Breaker
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock / Swords Dance / Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rapid Spin

Excadrill is probably the MOST important member of this team in terms of "finding value" in certain matchups (I personally think this mon is insane right now). The two main roles it serves are as a "Suicide Lead" counter or as a back pocket sash to launch a huge EQ, Iron Head, or use the sash to set up a rapid spin for an end game sweep. Through experience I like to lean more into the lead counter and run Rocks as you never really find a good SD opportunity with its eh speed tier to follow up with damage after. Unfortunately have to bite the bullet vs Hisui-Samurott and lead something else (we'll get there) as Edge into Jet always kills and running HP or Def on this is not worth it for that one mon (ive tried lol). if Excadrill is dead and your rocks are up and theirs aren't,his job is done. And just like the name suggests, if you dont know what to lead, dont even think and lead drill, its safe. And also dont be afraid to lead it and still switch out if youre slower. Remember you can always spin with Treads to keep the sash up and that the most important thing about late game drill is that you get damage off.
Valuable Matchups: Fire(Lead), Bug(Lead), Steel(Back), Electric(Back), Poison(Lead), Fairy(Lead), Rock(Back), Ghost(Back), Psychic(Lead).
Lead vs any type you aren't comfortable against

Iron Treads @ Assault Vest
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Spinner
- Volt Switch

Excadrill's partner in crime. The sole reason drill is even good on this team. Treads is your secondary spinner (for when you dont lead drill) and fringe "momentum finder" by taking weak hits and volt switching out. AV gives it solid enough bulk to find good damage trades into what you need hurt. Nothing much special about this guy, hes just here to find opening with Volt and keep hazards at bay. The very fast speed tier also helps with revenge killing / forcing switches.
Valuable Matchups: Ice, Fire, Steel, Electric, Poison, Rock, Fairy, Grass, Flying, Ground.

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 212 SpD / 44 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Taunt / Rock Tomb / Stealth Rock
- Toxic / Taunt

Wouldn't be a steel team without the goat himself here. Air Balloon serves as a backup Ground immunity and Flash Fire gives the team its only Fire immunity. Heatran's role on the team is to pick off defensive cores with Magma Storm trapping, Toxic, and Taunt to deny recovery/status pivot moves (TP, Chilly Reception). Can be pivoted into a secondary rocker if you believe in the SD Drill and Rock Tomb can be teched for other Balloon Hetran(You techincally beat other non Rock/Steel move Heatrans if you can Taunt first as they'll be forced to use attacking moves if they dont switch and you'll win the PP war. Rock Tomb is just there for an immediate answer.) Really just a solid bulky guy that checks damn near everything.
Valuable Matchups: Grass, Flying, Steel, Poison, Ice, Dragon, Bug, Psychic, Electric, Rock, Normal, Water (Stall).

Gholdengo @ Ghostium Z / Steelium Z
Ability: Good as Gold
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Make It Rain
- Recover
- Nasty Plot

Boss Hog #1 and your secondary lead. I mentioned earlier that this team was fast paced and Z Gholdengo is why. NP Recover straight up 6-0s balance and defense builds. Gholdengos sole purpose on lead is to just delete whatever defensive pokemon switches in after an NP. Due to Gholdengos natural bulk its also trades tremendously well vs bulky Stealth Rock leads. just NP and Z turn 2 and youve just deleted whats's more than likely their biggest defensive answer. +2 Z Ghost One shots basically everything that isnt max HP max SPdef AV. Volt Switch from Treads gives this thing the positioning it desperately needs. Also your Fighting immunity.
Valuable Matchups: Normal, Fighting, Flying, Water (Stall), Psychic, Ground, Rock, Electric, Grass, Ice, Fairy, Bug.

Scizor-Mega @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
Tera Type: Bug
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Knock Off / Dual Wingbeat
- Roost

Boss Hog #2 and the main "win con" of this team. I am so close to being sold that this thing is broken and unfair. If your team does not have more than one defensive Steel Resist and if Ghold/Celesteela hasn't already killed it, you lose. There is damn near nothing that isnt a STAB fire move that stops this thing from setting up. Easy Knock Off switch-in, insane bulk to just be a defensive answer to some stuff, Priority, and self sustain with Roost. What isn't there to like. EVERYTHING about this team revolves around Scizor sitting in the back just waiting for its free game ending SD.
Valuable Matchups: EVERYTHING

Celesteela @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 248 HP / 76 Def / 184 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 7 Spe
- Flamethrower
- Air Slash
- Leech Seed
- Protect

Your catch all switch in and probably your safest lead vs Samurott-H (just let him get the spikes up, kill it and spin with treads later.) This and Scizor are easily the MVPs of this team. Leech Seed + Protect is valuable recovery as most non supper effective moves are doing about 30-40% anyways and you heal that up with seeds and lefties with protect while chipping. A huge gap with this pokemon is finding the right times to leech seed / double leech seeding on switch, this thing being healthy is a necessity and a PRIORITY as its really your only true defensive switch in and only way to try and halt any advantage your opponent has. Decided to go Flying stab + flame as i have enough Steel damage and Air slash is still enough damage to break Substitues on the pokemon who use it. BTW this is PhysDef Beast Boost as you need it for Rain and Fightng on the off chance you get a kill.
THE IVS: 7 Speed IVs and Relaxed Nature allow you to always be slower than Pelliper to be able to Leech Seed after they U-Turn.

Valuable Matchups: Ground, Poison, Grass, Fighting, Normal, Ghost, Dark, Fairy, Flying, Psychic, Dragon, Steel, Water.

THE GLARING ISSUE
As you can see this team has no Ferrothorn and two ground types, so your Rain matchup is HORRIBLE. its for real about 95-5 for rain. deadass a near autoloss. I have more wins vs SUN than Rain with this team. Steel is honestly just too slow to be able to deal with it, even Ferro isnt a real answer to the style cuz Urshifu + Mega Swampert is just too much for the type to handle. Your best and really only option is to lead Celesteela on their Pelliper and get off a Leech Seed on whatever they U-turn too since you're always slower and try to chip the threats that way.

But that doesnt mean there's 0 counter play. This Celesteela spread always lives Banded Surging Strikes in the Rain at full health and Air Slash into Scizor BP always kills back. Sash Drill can sash tank a hit and put something else in range of Scizor. Treads Speed tier can land some big hits and Z Ghold can speed creep and one shot some of the Modest/Adamant sweepers.
Enjoy :)
