• No Stealth Rock or Spikes
• You must let me set-up BellyZard
• No Light Clay or Damp Rock
• No flinching moves on Pokemon with more than 80 base Speed
• No Toxic or Poison Powder (Poison Gas is fine)
• NO SUBSTITUTE + LEECH SEED

Round 1 will be played under the Pre-HOME meta. Any player who brings a Pokemon that was not legal during the Pre-HOME meta, or brings a Pokemon with a move it did not have access to in the Pre-HOME meta will recieve an automatic loss for that game.
