On my experiences. Based on that. Not really in any particular order outside of personal preference.

CB ARGH gets its own tier for being the funniest fucking thing in existence. I think it's legitimately better than Urshifu-RS as although it lacks the same Speed and coverage, this is quite literally the best Technician abuser I've ever seen. Surging Strikes hits like an absolute freight train, Storm Throw is just an upgrade Fight-type Wicked Blow clone, you have two options of Priority and 90 BP STAB Flip Turn feels like a war crime. Snake has shown me the truth with this set, no meme. Oh and I guess you can run/bluff Unaware as well which was already a good mon so yeah this is the best CAP for CAP STABmons.

Krill is just good in general, has great STAB options, pivots, doesn't take passive damage, can't get para'd by Static so you're good there as well. Physical coverage is a bit lame but who cares when you can throw around LO Volt Tackles for free.

Pajantom is terrifying and was already good without STAB buffs, give it Dragon Dance + brokey STABs and and you can guess what happens.

Pyroak gets Leaf Storm. I think Jungle Healing is also huge for it as you can sorta compress healing + status absorption, the healing does kinda blow but it does let you run STAB + EP.

Snaelstrom requires the most support and can have trouble breaking things depending on the set but make no mistake, Quiver Dance PHeal on a fat mon that somehow can wall a decent amount of threats is very useful.

Libra is just good, it can sorta fill the Lando-shaped-hole in the metagame and has a lot of dumb options at its disposal. If offense teams ever get knocked down a peg I expect this to be a lot better.

Miasmaw is viable. Threatens a lot of damage and yes NGas is super scary versus many things. PhysDef walls Argh lmao don't run that (until they add Heal Order back).

Astro IDK it's probably good now that it has a lot of STAB options (esp. Dragon) and its got regen and shit.

Colo is also nice I think since a lot of the better offensive Grounds are gone. Customizable and gets a lot of neat tools to abuse.

Everything below this is either largely unchanged and good, largely unchanged and bad, HO picks, or probably just outclassed/underpowered for metagame standards.

This is definitely the worst metagame I've played since PokeAAAbilities and I can't wait to do it again s/o Brambane for the tournament

A really hard meta to build for--there's just too many threats. I would like to thank my ratio squad SiTuM and Manaphy for my first tour win.

Tornadus-Therian (M) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 152 HP / 124 SpA / 232 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Aeroblast
- Heat Wave
- U-Turn / Tailwind

Pretty much some variant of this was on every team I made because the threat of Cawm was everywhere. U-Turn on fatter teams was great, I brought Tailwind on my Screens team vs. Drampa's Grandpa and on the HO vs. Snake.

:caribolt:
Caribolt @ Leftovers
Ability: Galvanize
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Substitute
- Bulk Up
- Body Slam
- Horn Leech

This singlehandedly 6-0'd both of Dragon's Master's fat builds, and all of mine without a U-Turn Buzzwole. Setting up on Pex/any Water Ground/any Ground (which run this tier because of Zera and Regieleki) and scaring out so much... while forcibly spreading para sounded amazing. What's funny is there are no moves unique to STABMons here. We will ignore it being hard-walled by Cawm and Thundy-T.

:indeedee:
Indeedee (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Boomburst
- Expanding Force
- Mystical Fire / Healing Wish
- Trick / Healing Wish

"Oh no Tapu Lele is banned." This is a monster with a lot of support options.

:syclant:
Syclant @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Taunt
- Sticky Web
- Spikes
- Blizzard

On paper I thought Syclant + AV Mamoswine + Spinblocker (for Regieleki) as an offensive lead core would be really cool. It still might be--it's just hard to gauge how reliably it is in other matchups.

:pajantom:
Pajantom @ Life Orb
Ability: Comatose
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Poltergeist
- Dragon Darts
- Earthquake

You know what it does, but it's hard to stop it from doing what it does anyway.
