Overview: Is this a Black Sludge for Steel-types? Well yes, but actually no. Instead of a Leftovers effect, it has a Sitrus Berry-like effect, which has more potential in a Doubles format like VGC or DOU than a Singles-based format, but that notion might lead to some creative use for the item for more galaxy-brained players. If a Belly Drum user that happens to have the Steel-type ever comes around, this is a strictly superior choice over a mere Sitrus Berry, and does not require the user to have a niche Ability like Gluttony like Figy Berry and its variants

Reasoning: A bulky tank with good coverage and useful Ground STAB. It's not exactly Great Tusk but I think it can get the job done. Offensive sets probably play more to its strengths in this meta. Headlong Rush helps a lot for Choice Band sets, and SubCM sets can surprise many pokemon who would want to take on CB. The typing and stats let it 1v1 a good number of attackers as well. There are enough faster Water and Fighting types, as well as levitating or Ground resistant walls like Beetilient to give this pokemon a hard time, but I think it can find good matchups and work well on the right team.
