Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 116 HP / 252 Atk / 140 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rock Slide

Meh. Standard. Seems to work well.

Sceptile (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Overgrow
EVs: 28 HP / 228 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Leaf Blade
- Leech Seed
- Substitute

Seriously considering replacing this for Tyraniboah, seeing as how it's never really helped me much.

Dugtrio (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Arena Trap
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rock Slide

Does what its supposed to, but I wish its defenses didn't suck so hard.

Metagross @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Agility
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Meteor Mash

Again, standard. Explosion has won matches for me several times.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Counter
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled

People say Counter sucks, but it's 100% orgasmic. Has also helped me win battles. For the record, Blissey HAS countered a CB Hi Jump Kick from Medicham, with some HP left over.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Spd / 248 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Roar
- Surf

I'm seriously considering making it faster. Suggestions?

244 Speed on Cune, more defense, less special attack since you will Calm Mind up you dont really need that.

3x ice weakness?

And switching to tyraniboah, it is a jugling act between sandstream.

Otherwise quite nice :)

3x ice weakness?
Also, 3x Ice resistance. (taking Blissey into account)

No necessity for Tyranitar since Blissey/Cune don't like losing their Lefties. You don't have a TSS team anyways. If you were to put T-tar > Scpetile, I'd go Swampert > Suicune for the bulky water position.

skarmory makes this a pain since you have nothing that can hit it with an SE attack. tyraniboah might not be the way to go with this one, but you could always go with gengar or dragonite or even magneton. magneton is, of course, a near 100% counter for skarmory (except for subskarm and cbskarm). Sub/Thunderbolt/Twave/HP Grass to beat swamperts; etc.

Karrot

is a Past WCoP Champion
The team itself is quite versatile, and you will find switching a few pokes around won't effect the team's sturdiness too much. The synergy is great, too, as your pokemon of choice work great together. However, there is still a lot of room for improvement.

For example, don't have much to handle Skarmory. This is where the Magneton Judgement mentioned comes in handy. It simply clears away another Metagross counter, and helps Salamence set up. It can also possibly rid the only p-hazer your opponent has, giving Suicune an easier time setting up. What I really recommend though is some sort of spikes support, as your team just cries for it. Suicune and Sceptile are at an advantage with spikes on the field, while Dugtrio has an easier time ridding the field of Blissey with the lack of Adamant. (Try Beat Up over Rock Slide with nicknames, as it 2HKOs Blissey far easier than Earthquake if your team is in good condition.) Salamence sweeps much easier with water types weakening as they appear on the field, or are already dead due to Metagross' explosion. And with Skarmory out of the way, you are on a one-way ticket to sweeping.

Great Sage

Banned deucer.
Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 116 HP / 252 Atk / 140 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rock Slide

Consider Adamant and taking a bit out of Attack to put into HP so you have 368.

Sceptile (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Overgrow
EVs: 28 HP / 228 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Leaf Blade
- Leech Seed
- Substitute

Standard.

Dugtrio (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Arena Trap
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rock Slide

Standard.

Metagross @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Agility
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Meteor Mash

I like to have circa 201 Speed to outspeed stuff that likes to hang around at 198.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Counter
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled

What are you talking about? CBHJK from Medicham always OHKOs Blissey.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Spd / 248 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Roar
- Surf

Use Ice Beam, because you need this to counter DDMence and you don't have Spikes down...

Maybe that HJK wasn't CB'd then. *shrugs*

Trait: Pressure
EVs: 79 HP / 112 Def / 244 Spd / 75 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Roar
- Surf

I know I need Ice Beam, but I don't know where to put it. Suicune just seems.... too perfect to bother. Calm Mind up, Rest and resist incoming Tbolts, wake up and sweep. Roar is for other Calm Minders/Swords Dancers.

EDIT: Just had a battle. Sceptile with Sub and Leech Seed, paired with Gengar and 3 layers of spikes. After Salamence and Metagross went down, I had no effective way of dealing with it. Suggestions?
