Scarf chandy is pretty good against this team. Noivern is the fastest Pokemon, no Scarf user, etc. Starmie is pretty good here too—only outsped by Noivern, able to harass/KO the team easily with a Life Orb AoA set. Hard to switch in against a healthy Golurk, but these two together can easily wear it down.

This team was built around Life Orb 4 Attacks Starmie, the ultimate prediction-heavy balance smasher. I decided to add Sticky Web support so that it wouldn't be as bothered by Choice Scarf users, and Ribombee also doubles as a revenge killer to Noivern. Occa Thunder Wave Cobalion also helps with Noivern on that front, allowing Starmie to easily beat it. Obstagoon is a great wallbreaker on webs capable of checking the things Starmie can't, like Umbreon and Chansey, while Chandelure fulfills a setup role and helps break past UU's various bulky Psychics, as well as Sylveon.

In addition to being faster than the whole team, which has no way of boosting its speed, or even no priority, Talonflame is capable of destroying the entire opposing team after an SD. He just has to watch out for cobalion occa berry and t-wave.
Rotom-Wash scarf is an excellent cleaner, capable of easily killing any weakened pokemon at the end of the game.It can also put a lot of pressure in the middle of the game with volt-switch power.
