Moves
========
Swampert's combination of STAB moves and Ice Punch hits hard and threatens Defoggers like Rotom-H, Gligar, and Hydreigon. Additionally, Ice Punch covers more Pokemon that would otherwise bother Swampert like Latias and Celebi.

Set Details
========
The EVs provided allow Swampert to outpace Pokemon with uninvested base 80 Speed like defensive Mega Altaria. Life Orb gives Swampert a significant boost, letting it OHKO Cobalion with Earthquake. Life Orb's recoil helps activate Torrent to make Waterfall OHKO Hippowdon and offensive Scizor after Spikes.

Usage Tips
========
Swampert sets up Stealth Rock easily by forcing out common Pokemon like Mega Manectric lacking Hidden Power Grass, Cobalion, and Hippowdon. To keep Stealth Rock up, it should aggressively call out switches and stay-ins as its coverage for common entry hazard removers like Empoleon and Tentacruel is strong. It can also lure Pokemon like Mega Altaria and Celebi in and nail them with Ice Punch. While Swampert has a good defensive typing, it should switch into Pokemon like Mega Aerodactyl and offensive Rotom-H sparingly due to its lack of investment in bulk.

Team Options
========
Offensive Swampert fits nicely into teams that value its wallbreaking potential as a Stealth Rock setter and its good defensive typing to check foes like Mega Aerodactyl. On entry hazard-stacking teams, Klefki and Froslass provide Spikes and appreciate Swampert beating hazard removers Rotom-H and Gligar. Spikes also helps Swampert remove Amoonguss with Ice Punch and facilitates a sweep from Pokemon like Mega Sharpedo and Swords Dance Mimikyu. Swampert itself supports Mega Sharpedo and Mimikyu by heavily damaging bulky Pokemon like Mega Aggron and Mega Steelix. Other sweepers like Dragon Dance Mega Altaria and Swords Dance Scizor are also more threatening with hazard support. In return, Mega Altaria and Scizor are adequate answers for Grass-types like Celebi and Rotom-C. Bisharp makes for a strong Defog deterrent and capitalizes on Swampert checking Pokemon like Cobalion and Mega Aerodactyl. Both Scizor and Bisharp appreciate Swampert answering Rotom-H. Swampert is unable to get past bulky Water-types like Slowbro and Alolmomola, so Pokemon like Mega Manectric and Calm Mind Latias are helpful.

The provided EVs allow Swampert to outpace uninvested Scizor and Modest Primarina to land an attack before a U-turn or Scald respectively. uhh does it? this is creeping prims that creep uninvested malt/togekiss which isn't allowed. i'd either just go 164 speed and say it's for uninvested base 80s or go right up to faster than adamant crawdaunt which also gets the jump on gligar and crocune. Life Orb recoil puts Swampert into Torrent range even faster than it already is worn down, but comes with a stronger Waterfall. this is sort of weirdly worded? you make it sound like life orb recoil is good but then follow up with it immediately being bad. feels like you're missing a "but" here.

Usage Tips
========
Swampert sets up Stealth Rock easily as it can force out common Pokemon like Mega Manectric lacking hp grass, Cobalion, and Hippowdon. Swampert should be played aggressively to keep Stealth Rock up as it has the coverage for common entry hazard removers like Empoleon maybe add another example here like tenta or smth. It is important to capitalize on its power and coverage as it can lure Pokemon like Mega? Altaria (it's not technically wrong but malt is a lot more relevant since it typically megas asap) and Celebi with Ice Punch. While Swampert has good defensive typing, it should be used to pivot into Pokemon like Mega Aerodactyl and Rotom-H sparingly due to the lack of investment in bulk.

Team Options
========
Offensive Swampert fits best on fast-paced builds that do not need to rely on it to take hits frequently as a breaker. Though, it still serves nicely as an Electric-type immunity as it is more durable than Krookodile. On hazard stacking teams, Klefki and Froslass are able to provide Spikes and appreciate Swampert beating Rotom-H and Gligar. Spikes also help Swampert remove Amoonguss with Ice Punch and help facilitate a sweep from Pokemon like Mega Sharpedo or Swords Dance Mimikyu if you can fit it somewhere a point on pert being a great pivot into / threat to stuff like maggron and lix would be good. Other sweepers like Dragon Dance Mega Altaria and Swords Dance Scizor are more threatening with hazard support and appreciate Swampert not giving room for removal worded a bit weirdly maybe, "being able to threaten hazard removers" would be better. In return, Mega Altaria and Scizor are adequate answers for Grass-types like Celebi and Rotom-C. Scizor as well as Bisharp appreciate Swampert answering Rotom-H. Bisharp makes for a strong Defog deterrent and capitalizes on Swampert checking Pokemon like Cobalion and Mega Aerodactyl for it. Swampert is unable to get past bulky Water-types like Slowbro and Alolmomola, so Pokemon like Mega Manectric and Calm Mind Latias are helpful. With how easily worn down Swampert is, it can benefit from Healing Wish support from Choice Scarf Latias on hyper offense. not sure if i'd keep this bc pert's generally not your best hwish target but it is reasonable i guess so do whatever you'd prefer here

The provided EVs allow Swampert to outpace uninvested base 80s like defensive Mega Altaria. Life Orb recoil wears down Swampert into Torrent to boost Waterfall further but can limit its defensive utility. If possible I'd find an actual calc/s that LO helps with because wearing yourself down for the sake of Torrent isn't necessarily that important when its low Speed tier is likely going to force it to trade hits anyways.

Like defensive pert is threatening rotom-h either way anyway, while gligars not touching it and gets burnt, but hydreigons a fogger ur actually scaring here.

Honestly dont think you really care about harding into rotom-h a few times.
