Introduction: This revolutionary new stall team makes use of two pokemon, Glowking and Volcarona, which have generally been seen as niche options on stall, but recently have had a hard time competing with staples such as Gliscor and Clodsire. However, this team utilizes both of them in radically new ways to create what is possibly one of the most successful stall teams in all of generation 9. The original team was created by Figment of your imaginati, and I edited some sets and EVs to arrive at the team you see here.

Proof of Peak:
Unfortunately I do not have a ladder screenshot of the peak, but here is the peak game.

Roles + Paste:
:sv/Dondozo:

Dondozo @ Life Orb
Ability: Unaware
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 Atk / 76 Def / 180 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Wave Crash
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Outrage

Dondozo is a staple on almost all stall teams, and this one is no exception. It can make use of curse to beat opposing setup sweepers such as Kingambit, and uses tera dragon to beat opposing Ogerpon-Wellspring. The tech we have here is outrage, which combined with tera dragon, enables us to beat waterpon much more effectively, and can also surprise other foes such as dragapult. Wave crash + Earthquake round out our coverage, providing strong neutral damage as well as coverage for glowking, kingambit, and gholdengo. The EVs + life orb maximize the damage output of dondozo, and the def and spdef evs are more optimal than max hp, due to dondozo's hp being extremely high.

252+ Atk Life Orb Tera Dragon Dondozo Outrage vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Ogerpon-Wellspring: 270-320 (89.7 - 106.3%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO
252 Atk Wellspring Mask Ogerpon-Wellspring Power Whip vs. 0 HP / 76 Def Tera Dragon Dondozo: 92-108 (20.8 - 24.4%) -- guaranteed 5HKO
252+ Atk Life Orb burned Tera Dragon Dondozo Outrage vs. 0 HP / 0- Def Dragapult: 329-387 (103.7 - 122%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+1 252+ Atk Life Orb Dondozo Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 16 Def Slowking-Galar: 458-541 (116.2 - 137.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+1 252+ Atk Life Orb Dondozo Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gholdengo: 406-478 (128.8 - 151.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

:sv/Blissey:

Blissey @ Scope Lens
Ability: Serene Grace
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 248 Def / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Flamethrower
- Ice Beam
- Soft-Boiled

This is a typical calm mind blissey, serving as the primary answer to pokemon such as nasty plot gholdengo or calm mind raging bolt. Tera water also allows us to beat walking wake sun. The scope lens tech rather than boots, and serene grace over natural cure, enable blissey to be far more crit resilient against raging bolt. Normally, they would have many turns to get a possibly game ending crit, but with serene grace ice beam combined with the 12.5% chance of us getting a crit, the odds are extremely in our favor. Ice beam and flamethrower are excellent coverage options, hitting pokemon such as great tusk, kingambit, gholdengo, raging bolt, and gliscor for super effective damage, and possibly burning/freezing them.

252+ SpA Blissey Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Great Tusk: 248-294 (57.1 - 67.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Blissey Ice Beam vs. 244 HP / 16 SpD Gliscor: 372-440 (105.6 - 125%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Blissey Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Dragapult: 190-224 (59.9 - 70.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
244 SpA Choice Specs Tera Water Walking Wake Hydro Steam vs. 0 HP / 8 SpD Tera Water Blissey in Sun: 146-172 (22.4 - 26.4%) -- 16.4% chance to 4HKO

:sv/Alomomola:

Alomomola @ Choice Band
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 Atk / 112 Def / 144 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Liquidation
- Play Rough
- Aqua Jet
- Flip Turn

This is a pretty standard alomomola set, forming a regenerator core along with glowking, and providing a regenerator pivot through flip turn, as well as priority with aqua jet. It serves as the primary heatran answer with flip turn, and can also revenge foes such as volcarona if they manage to crit through blissey. Tera fairy boosts the power of play rough, which is a great coverage move useful against raging bolt, roaring moon, dragapult, and walking wake, as well as providing neutral damage against waterpon. Many opponents may think that dragapult has a free switch into mola, but the choice band enables us to ohko them. The choice band makes mola far less passive against pokemon such as glowking or clefable which normally think they can infinitely switch in without fearing any significant damage at all. As a result, I believe that in the future more stall teams with adopt this alomomola set. The EVs here maximize damage output, and the def/spdef EVs are more optimal than max hp.

252+ Atk Choice Band Tera Fairy Alomomola Play Rough vs. 12 HP / 0 Def Walking Wake: 362-428 (105.8 - 125.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Alomomola Play Rough vs. 0 HP / 0- Def Dragapult: 316-374 (99.6 - 117.9%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Alomomola Play Rough vs. 64 HP / 28 Def Raging Bolt: 236-278 (57.9 - 68.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Alomomola Liquidation vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Great Tusk: 252-296 (58 - 68.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Alomomola Liquidation vs. 252 HP / 16 Def Slowking-Galar: 187-222 (47.4 - 56.3%) -- 84% chance to 2HKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Alomomola Liquidation vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gholdengo: 166-196 (52.6 - 62.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

:sv/Slowking-Galar:

Slowking-Galar @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 208 SpA / 48 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Sludge Bomb
- Focus Blast
- Psyshock

This nasty plot glowking set makes it a dangerous wallbreaker, while still maintaining useful defensive utility by resisting fairy. Nasty plot psyshock deals huge damage into opposing glowkings, which is often the primary answer on the opposing team. Focus blast enables this set to hit kingambit and ting-lu, though flamethrower is also an option to have a better matchup into gholdengo. The EVs here let you outspeed garganacl, and tera steel is a generally useful defensive tera, though water is also viable.

+2 208+ SpA Slowking-Galar Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 16 Def Slowking-Galar: 291-343 (73.8 - 87%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 208+ SpA Slowking-Galar Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 204+ SpD Garganacl: 396-468 (98 - 115.8%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO
+2 208+ SpA Slowking-Galar Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Vessel of Ruin Ting-Lu: 306-362 (59.5 - 70.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

:sv/Skarmory:

Skarmory @ Custap Berry
Ability: Sturdy
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Taunt
- Brave Bird

Skarmory is the hazard setter for this team, carrying both rocks and spikes, as well as taunt to deter defog. A max attack spread with brave bird enables skarmory to deal more damage to great tusk, and sturdy + custap pairs well with brave bird to get chip and stop spin/defog. Tera ghost is rarely used, but can stop rapid spin. Mental herb is a usable alternative to get around taunt users such as lando-t.

252 Atk Skarmory Brave Bird vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Great Tusk: 224-266 (51.6 - 61.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Skarmory Brave Bird vs. 0 HP / 0- Def Dragapult: 201-237 (63.4 - 74.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

:sv/Volcarona:

Volcarona @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Quiver Dance
- Fiery Dance
- Giga Drain
- Tera Blast

Volcarona is the last member of this team, serving as a backup check to pokemon such as kyurem, raging bolt, weavile, and kingambit, if the rest of the team is unable to. Quiver dance boosts volcarona's spdef, improving its matchup against special attackers such as kyurem, while giga drain provides healing. Tera ground is especially useful against raging bolt. Flame body is very useful as a backup against weavile or kingambit. Max speed allows volc to outspeed kyurem, while max spatk improves giga drain healing.

252 SpA Choice Specs Kyurem Ice Beam vs. +1 0 HP / 0 SpD Volcarona: 71-84 (22.8 - 27%) -- 37.7% chance to 4HKO
+1 252 SpA Tera Ground Volcarona Tera Blast (80 BP) vs. 64 HP / 0 SpD Raging Bolt: 444-524 (109 - 128.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

How to use:
I do not have any specific tips on how to use this since it plays like most other stall teams, so the general gameplan is to wall the opposing team with your defensive pokemon while chipping them down with hazards from skarmory.

Threatlist:
Because this team defensively answers a vast majority of pokemon legal in sv ou, there are not really any particularly difficult matchups. However, you should be careful when playing against hazard stack, as there is no removal and few boots on this team.

Good team for a beginner to stall. I would suggest some changes
Volcarona: Heavy Duty Boots --> Bug Plate
This allows Tera Blast to hit with boosted stab before tera, as well as getting rid of a useless item of Volc.
Along with this Flame Body should be changed to Swarm for Tera Blast boost.
