Rejected Shadow Pokémon should be in showdown

It should be it’s own game mode to balance it and also to prevent people from abusing it in other game modes also one more thing and it’s for the s/v Pokémon to get sprites instead of having they’re party sprites and they might be planning on it but could not

Also RE: sprites, that's just a perpetual work-in-progress. People volunteer their time/effort to make/add sprites, so it's really just an as they come kind of process
