[SET COMMENTS]

* Blissey might not be as bulky as Chansey, but Utility Umbrella makes it a more reliable Kyogre check, and it's medicore Special Attack is just enough to make it a reasonable user of Calm Mind.

* Shadow Ball is highly recommended on Blissey, being the only attack that 2HKOs Calyrex-S.

* Tri Attack is the preferred STAB attack for the chance to inflict status, but Hyper Voice has a bit of extra power and bypasses Substitute.

* Natural Cure is the preferred ability for letting Blissey get rid of particularly harmful status such as Sleep or Toxic poisoning.

* Serene Grace is a reasonable alternative for giving Tri Attack a 40% chance to inflict a status.

* Calm makes Blissey the best Kyogre check it can possibly be. Just note that Sheer Cold Kyogre has a lot of chances to break through Blissey.

* Bold is notable for letting a full health Dynamax Blissey always survive an Urshifu forme's Close Combat.

* Blissey will almost always want to be paired with a partner that can take on prominent physical threats such as Zacian-C. Good examples include Quagsire, defensive Zapdos, defensive Landorus-T, Eternatus, and Necrozma-DM.

* When using Blissey on teams with a stall mode, consider using a shiny one if you have access to it, since the shiny animation will take up about 1.9 extra seconds on the battle timer.

Something that may be interesting to work into the analysis since you reserved both Blissey and Chansey:
At the time of writing this, Blissey usage this season is down by over ten places over what it was last season (#28 -> #39), whereas Chansey is up a few places (#27 -> #24). Granted, it's not even two weeks in, and raw usage stats are not always exactly the most useful metric.

Based on every public 2100-1900 Elo team from last season, however, Chansey was beating Blissey in usage by a ratio of 4:1. A lot of that, no doubt, is because Chansey is just far less situational. There is also the fact that, at the very top level of play, most Kyogre seem to be Assault Vest anyway:

Another thing that the numbers have moved on is Kyogre's Sheer Cold (14.7% -> 25.6% usage change from last season).
Oh, I also think Hyper Voice could be given a nod on the Calm Mind set alongside Tri Attack for its ability to do damage through Substitute.

Got this ready for Quality Control!

In light of this season having a pretty big downward trend in Blissey usage and the rise of Sheer Cold Kyogre, I actually got rid of the support set (though usage stats seem to indicate it still exists). Not sure how I'll handle that, but imo it's not a priority when the above set really differentiates Blissey from Chansey. If anyone objects though, I'll add it back!
