[SET COMMENTS]
Swords Dance allows Tapu Bulu to excel on Grass teams and muscle past Pokemon that it wouldn't normally be able to, such as Ferrothorn and Galarian Weezing, while easing up pressure on its teammates such as Rillaboom and Zarude. Horn Leech allows Tapu Bulu to remain healthy while also taking on Pokemon such as Clefable and Porygon2. Close Combat defeats threatening Steel-type Pokemon after a Swords Dance boost, such as Ferrothorn and specially defensive Heatran, and also heavily pressures Celesteela. Zen Headbutt allows Tapu Bulu to take on Poison-type foes after a Swords Dance boost such as Toxapex, Amoonguss, and Galarian Weezing, allowing it to muscle past Poison teams, which its teammates appreciate. Life Orb gives Tapu Bulu a boost to damage without much drawback, as the recovery from Horn Leech in tandem with Grassy Terrain allows it to ignore the recoil. Grassy Terrain also boosts Horn Leech, and it gives recovery and boosts Grass-type moves for the rest of the team. Maximum Speed EVs outspeed offensive Celesteela, Volcanion, and Adamant Bisharp, which can all be troublesome for Grass teams.

Rillaboom provides Grassy Terrain alongside Tapu Bulu for the rest of its team, and it can remove Leftovers from bulky Pokemon that take a +2 hit from Tapu Bulu, such as Celesteela and Corviknight, with Knock Off. Also, its Grassy Glide threatens offensive Pokemon such as Galarian Darmanitan and Nidoking, which can help Tapu Bulu break through teams without being forced out. Choice Scarf Zarude provides valuable revenge killing for Grass teams and defeats Psychic-type Pokemon that threaten Tapu Bulu, such as Victini and Tapu Lele, while pivoting on bulky Pokemon it lures in such as Ferrothorn, which Tapu Bulu can beat. Ferrothorn is great in making the defensive backbone of a Grass team, switching into ce- and Bug-type moves from Pokemon such as Weavile and Golisopod, as well as setting an entry hazard in either Stealth Rock or Spikes. Cradily is able to switch into special-attacking Pokemon such as Zapdos, Galarian Moltres, and Kyurem, which can all prove troublesome to Grass, while also providing Stealth Rock to help Tapu Bulu break through teams more easily. Amoonguss switches into physical attackers that can threaten the rest of Grass such as Dragon Dance Dragapult and Mimikyu, provides utility in Spore and Clear Smog to stop setup sweepers such as Zarude and Dragonite, and can absorb Toxic Spikes.

Grass
--------

High Horsepower can be used over Zen Headbutt to help defeat Galarian Slowking and Aegislash while getting higher damage off immediately on Heatran; however, Grass teams value the ability to defeat Galarian Weezing more. Stone Edge can be used over, again, Zen Headbutt to hit bulky Flying-type Pokemon such as Mandibuzz and Mantine. Substitute can alsoreplace it to ease prediction and become much more threatening while boosted versus Steel teams, although as aforementioned, the coverage from Zen Headbutt is appreciated more. Heavy-Duty Boots is another item option for longevity, as Grass has limited entry hazard removal.

*It would be nice to have an intro statement on tapu bulu, esp since there is no set intro anymore. Like what matchups does it help in, what mons in particular (w/o saying the move for it) does pressure that Grass teams usually have a hard time with [G.Wheeze/Celes]
Swords Dance allows Tapu Bulu to muscle past Pokemon easier that it wouldn't normally be able to, such as Ferrothorn and Galarian Weezing. Horn Leech is the main attacking move of choice for Tapu Bulu, as it allows Tapu Bulu to remain healthy while also taking on bulky Pokemon such as Galarian Corsola (not a good example, it'll burn you and yea...its just a bad trade yknow ._.) and Clefable. Close Combat allows Tapu Bulu to defeat threatening Steel-type Pokemon after a Swords Dance boost such as Ferrothorn and Heatran (take note that your first impulse vs Heatran is to go Cradily, then check if its scarf, offensive, or spdef. I'd add the description of "Specially Defensive" here. Add that it pressures [doesn't OHKO though] Celesteela too). Zen Headbutt allows Tapu Bulu to take on Poison-type foes after a Swords Dance boost such as Toxapex, Amoongus, and Galarian Weezing, allowing it to muscle past Water and (u is Grass...) Poison teams which its teammates appreciate. 232 Speed EVs allows Tapu Bulu to outspeed offensive Celesteela (Grass teams dont care about ttar) Tyranitar, alongside defensive Rotom-W and Heatran (volcanion + Ada Bisharp?
washtom is nommed by Rilla, Heatran mentioned earlier)
, while the rest of Tapu Bulu's EVs are put into making it as bulky as possible. (Its attack with Ada nature though)

Rillaboom provides Grassy Terrain for the rest of its team alongside Tapu Bulu, increasing Tapu Bulu's Horn Leech damage and giving it even more longevity. It also is able to Knock Off Leftovers from bulky Pokemon such as Celesteela and Corviknight, which can help Tapu Bulu break through them easier. (It also notably deals with fasties too, killing/picking off G.Darm, Nidoking with Gglide, while Tapu Bulu breaks the bulky so Rilla gglides to sweep) Zarude, if Choice Scarfed, provides valuable speed control for Grass teams and lets it defeat Psychic-type Pokemon that threaten Tapu Bulu such as Victini and Tapu Lele. (it also pivots and lures in walls too) Ferrothorn is great in making the defensive backbone of a Grass team, providing a switch-in to Ice-type moves from Pokemon such as Weavile and Alolan Ninetales (sets entry hazards [spikes stacking] too, and deals with Kyurem). Cradily helps combat Electric-type Pokemon such as Zapdos and Toxtricity (Bulu has no problems w/ electric types [literally except the two you mentioned ._., so its not "Electric" moreso than Flying or Poison types]. Crad however could be termed as a general special wall though. Also deals with Goltres/Kyurem (sort of...) too), which can both prove to be troublesome to Grass, while also providing Stealth Rocks to help Tapu Bulu break through teams easier . Amoonguss helps switch into physical attackers that can threaten the rest of Grass such as Zeraora and Choice Band Barraskewda (Is Water and Electric. I dont like these examples, because these matchups are what Grass teams thrive on :( Also say it can remove tspikes too btw, helpful so Bulu isnt crippled in the poison mu) , while also providing utility in Spore and Clear Smog, to stop setup sweepers such as Clefable and Tapu Fini.(GGlide the fini, get a diff example)

[OTHER OPTIONS]
Grass
--------
High Horsepower can be used over Zen Headbutt to help defeat Galarian Slowking (beats Aegis [like a Steel Bullier w/ this move, really] too, while retaining a positive mu vs Pex) and get higher damage off immediately on Heatran, however the ability to defeat Galarian Weezing is valued higher on Grass teams. Substitute can also be used over Zen Headbutt to help ease prediction and allow Tapu Bulu to become much more threatening while boosted versus Water and Steel teams, although as aforementioned, the coverage from Zen Headbutt is appreciated more.
*Stone Edge can also be a possible last move

You have to keep in mind that its for a Grass team though, so Water-types / references to Water should be minimized. Only let in Volcanion/Pex because they a stink >:(
Will recheck once implemented, though probably not today sorry in advance

Horn Leech is the main attacking move of choice for Tapu Bulu, as it allows Tapu Bulu to remain healthy while also taking on Pokemon such as Clefable and (thoughts on Volcanion or P2 over Tapu Koko?) Choice Specs Tapu Koko. Close Combat allows Tapu Bulu to defeat threatening Steel-type Pokemon after a Swords Dance boost such as Ferrothorn, and Specially Defensive Heatran, and also heavily pressures Celesteela. Zen Headbutt allows Tapu Bulu to take on Poison-type foes after a Swords Dance boost such as Toxapex, Amoonguss, and Galarian Weezing, allowing it to muscle past Poison teams which its teammates appreciate. 232 Speed EVs allows Tapu Bulu to outspeed offensive Celesteela, Volcanion, and Adamant Bisharp while the rest of Tapu Bulu's EVs are put into making it as strong as possible.

Rillaboom provides Grassy Terrain for the rest of its team alongside Tapu Bulu, increasing Tapu Bulu's Horn Leech damage and giving it even more longevity (Kinda odd since Bulu itself sets grassy terrain). It also is able to Knock Off Leftovers from bulky Pokemon such as Celesteela and Corviknight, and can utilize Grassy Glide to threatening offensive Pokemon such as Galarian Darmanitan and Nidoking, which can help Tapu Bulu break through teams easier without being forced out of the field. Ferrothorn is great in making the defensive backbone of a Grass team, providing a switch-in to Ice-type moves from Pokemon such as Weavile and Alolan Ninetales, while setting entry hazards in either Stealth Rocks or Spikes (I still think SubRoost Kyu deserves a mention on Ferro line). Cradily is able to switch into special attacking Pokemon such as Zapdos, Galarian Moltres, and Toxtricity, which can both prove to be troublesome to Grass, while also providing Stealth Rocks to help Tapu Bulu break through teams easier. Amoonguss helps switches into physical attackers that can threaten the rest of Grass such as Dragon Dance Dragapult and Mimikyu, provides utility in Spore and Clear Smog to stop setup sweepers such as Clefable (lamethrower isnt good for Amoongus health, maybe a diff example would be better?) and Dragonite, and can absorb Toxic Spikes.

Zarude, if using a Choice Scarf, provides valuable speed control for Grass teams and lets it defeat Psychic-type Pokemon that threaten Tapu Bulu such as Victini (Scarf Zarude doesn’t OHKO from full, I had a personal experience) and Tapu Lele, while pivoting on bulky Pokemon it lures such as Ferrothorn, which Tapu Bulu can beat. Ferrothorn is great in making the defensive backbone of a Grass team, providing a switch-in to Ice-type moves from Pokemon such as Weavile and Alolan Ninetales, and SubRoost Kyurem, while setting entry hazards in either Stealth Rock or Spikes. Cradily is able to switch into special attacking Pokemon such as Zapdos, Galarian Moltres, and Toxtricity (sadly, Toxtricity isn’t really viable) which can both prove to be troublesome to Grass, while also providing Stealth Rock to help Tapu Bulu break through teams easier. Amoonguss switches into physical attackers that can threaten the rest of Grass such as Dragon Dance Dragapult and Mimikyu, provides utility in Spore and Clear Smog (to the best of my knowledge, Amoonguss doesn’t run Clear Smog) to stop setup sweepers such as Zarude (Bulu can beat Zarude with Close Combat) Dragonite, and can absorb Toxic Spikes.

(does the 24 defense do anything? if not then just make it max speed, since tying with other bulus is pretty useful and we usually want simpler spreads)

i'd say explain life orb too, it's not super conventional in ss. like the power vs health trade off is worth it because of horn leech+grassy terrain recovery

(i'd say cradily is usually the preferred switch to the last 2, but i guess either can work vs atales. cradily has a better chance of beating kyurem though, and this leaves you with more examples) Cradily is able to switch into special attacking Pokemon such as Zapdos, Galarian Moltres, and Toxtricity Kyurem, which can both prove to be troublesome to Grass, while also providing Stealth Rock to help Tapu Bulu break through teams easier.
