What should be posted here?
- Accurate reports or screenshots of objectively bad movesets, ability synergy, items, et cetera.
- Suggestions on moves or items to add to (or remove from) Pokemon, backed by good reasoning.

What can I read to make the best suggestions I can?
We've got a very comprehensive resource for that!

What should be posted elsewhere?
Old gens suggestions should be posted in the Old Gens Set Suggestion Thread.
Doubles suggestions should be posted in the Doubles Set Suggestion Thread.
Battle Factory suggestions should be posted in the Battle Factory thread.

Please do not post:
- One-liners. This includes suggestions without any backup reasoning.
- Complaints of illegal Pokemon or sets.
- Requests to add the National Dex.
- Posts complaining about unfairness, demanding certain Pokemon should be "banned" from the format, or complaining about hax.*
- Screenshots of movesets that are not actually bad.

Important details about Random Battles that affect set effectiveness and generation!
- All Pokemon have 85 EVs in every stat with a neutral nature, unless 0 Atk EVs/IVs and 0 Spe EVs/IVs would be beneficial. In these cases, the rest of the EVs are still 85 and the nature is still neutral.
- The set generation is random and runs on an algorithm. Sets will not be identical from match to match, and some sets may be slightly better than others; this thread is only for reporting unviable/undesirable sets. If you want the same few sets every time, you should play Battle Factory instead!
- Unreleased Pokemon and abilities and illegal move combinations are allowed in Random Battles.

*Disclaimer (READ BEFORE POSTING):
Random Battles try to always make every part of the competitive Pokemon realm available (not including traits exclusive to AG like Evasion, duplicate species or OHKO moves), along with always aiming to give each Pokemon its best competitive options on their sets. Our method for nerfing strong Pokemon includes a subjective level reduction based on objective winrate data (availabe on the /rwr command), while we try to buff reduced winrate Pokemon by increasing their levels or thinking on alternative sets that might be more useful for them.
Therefore, this thread is not for suggestions, questions or complaints about a particular set that seems too overwhelming for you, as at best it's an issue that will be solved with level nerfing, and if winrates don't abide to it being broken you can reach the Random Battles room to ask for suggestions on how to properly deal with it.

Was given an Iron Bundle Set without Freeze-Dry (Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, Substitute, Encore). There might be some niche cases where the +20 BP is preferable but this set is walled by bulky waters almost every time.
This was discussed among the Random Battles staff and Ice Beam was deemed necessary for increased damage output on that set, which cannot obtain a damage-boosting item. Also, as of next update, Ice Beam will allow Choice Specs and 3 attacks sets to exist on the Fast Attacker variant.

Wouldn't it be better for Dondozo to have a Teratype that cover its weaknesses (i.e. Dragon or Grass)?

Also maybe having the chance of getting Body Press instead of Sleep Talk?

i think tera ground is a better tera type for gyarados then water
because it makes its 4times weakness to electric into an immunity
and gyarados already rans eq in his moveset
wolfeyvgc a former world champion made a vidio about the best tera type for every pokemon

even though its in doubles so it may not be fully accurate to singles

A large tera type update is in progress already, including Ground Gyarados.

Garganacl not getting Salt Cure on its setup sets is wack when the main set in OU is IrDef+Press+Recover+Salt Cure. Maybe give it both Curse and IrDef as possibilities for the setup set and let Curse variants get Edge and IrDef variants get Cure (if it's possible to let the algorhitm decide that at least, then again it's not like Curse+Body Press+Salt Cure is ultra horrible, it's mostly Edge+Cure+IrDef that'd be bad).

Also maybe a Scarf set can be added for Annihilape, if just to abuse the fact it's got the highest HP of all Final Gambit users (moveset would just be Gambit/CC/Rage Fist/UTurn or something) although Randbats leveling+the fact it cannot go 252HP does mean its Gambit is a bit less impressive than it should be, and since that's the main draw of the set it's understandable if that were to be denied.

Annihilape does already have Choice Scarf as an option. Final Gambit will not be added to it.

Because of the way the format works, Salt Cure does not count as a reliable Rock-type STAB move, so that set you posted will never exist. Random Battles is not OU, and different things are good in Random Battles than in tiers. Please keep this in mind when suggesting sets.

it doesnt make sense for dragapult tera ghost to have tera blast instead of shadow ball
Please remember to always read the rules before posting

Please explain your line of logic for shadow ball > tera blast if you want us to weight your opinion.

I feel like Garganacl's Bulky setup build should have Ghost Tera+ Iron defense instead of fighting tera +curse as it it would have less weaknesses and a shorter setup time for body press sweeping.
