Pokémon Scarlet/Violet LC not having dunsparce

I was building a new little cup team and I noticed that dunsparce wasn’t available despite having a new evolution. I checked the ban list and it didn’t appear there so I was wondering if this is an oversight or on purpose.

it got quickbanned and stuff hasnt been updated yet in all likelihood, in future just try asking in simple q/a's or metagame discussion thread though, usually threads made w/o permission end up locked, linked the gen 9 threads below for ur ease

its banned but ig it isn't on the ban list
it is also banned along with meditite and murkrow
