*Protect scouts Choice item users like Dragapult and Choice Specs Iron Bundle, leaving them open to Disable.
*Encore handles setup Pokemon like Curse Dondozo as well as stall sets like Azumarill's.
*Recover is especially useful against recoil move users like Talonflame and Arcanine.
*Minimum Speed is run for opposing Sableye to guaranteed a slower Struggle.
*Sableye should always use Protect turn one and then Encore against status moves or Disable against attacks. If Encore is used, the correct sequence is Encore > Protect > Disable > Encore and heal with Recover as necessary. Encore can also be used against weak attacks that have no chance of KOing Sableye. Sableye should also use Disable while the foe is using Struggle in order to conserve Recover's few PP against foes with Leftovers or other forms of recovery.
*If Disable is used first, use Encore and Recover while the foe is stuck with Struggle. Since Recover has low PP, it should only be used when Sableye could faint to a critical hit.

*Sableye uses its ability Prankster in order to use the combination of Encore and Disable to force opponents to use Struggle and take massive recoil damage. (mention typing, recover, what sets it apart from iron valiant)
*Protect is the best tool for scouting incoming attacks from common choice users like Choiced-item Dragapult, (phantom force ignores protect, maybe just mention specs?)Choice Specs Flutter Mane, and Choice Specs Iron Bundle, before disabling them and forcing them to use Struggle.
*Will-O-Wisp can be used instead for solid matchups against Physical attackers like Booster Energy Iron Hands, most Great Tusk, most Annihilape, and non-Water Veil Dondozo.
*Encore handles Pokemon that usually win with setup moves like Curse Dondozo and Bulk Up Annihilape, while also dealing with stall Pokemon like some Corviknight and some Azumarill. (mention trick, whats the correct play?)
*Disable is used along with the previously mentioned Encore in order to force the opponents to use Struggle, which deals a huge 41% recoil thanks to Rocky Helmet.
*Recover lets Sableye sustain itself from Struggle damage until the opponent faints. Recover is also useful in matchups like Choice Band Talonflame, in which Talonflame attacks before being disabled because of due to its ability, Gale Wings.
*Minimum Speed is run for the matchup against opposing Sableye.
*Sableye should always Protect turn one and either use Encore onto a status move, or Disable the attacking move used. (do you encore weak attacking moves too?) If Encore is used the correct sequence is Encore > Protect > Disable > Encore and spam Recover. If Disable is used then simply use Encore and stall with Recover. (id reword the spam recover / stall with recover, what to do next? any mons that have recovery do you need to have a different sequence? needs to be more detailed)
*Sableye struggles against Dark-types, Taunt users like Corviknight and Speed Booster Energy Great Tusk, Gholdengo, and non-Choiced attackers like Booster Energy Flutter Mane and Iron Valiant. (not all non choiced attackers, ones that can 2hko with multiple moves can win, id reword) (removed extra line gap)

*Sableye uses its ability Prankster in order to use the combination of Encore and Disable to force opponents to use Struggle and take massive (25% recoil is not too massive tbh) recoil damage. Having one weakness and reliable recovery sets it apart from other Pokemon trying to fulfill this role, mainly Iron Valiant. (One of Iron Valiant's strengths is also just being able to use Moonblast and make opponents setguess with offensive sets and stuff, so I'd say this is a bit iffy to include anyway)
*Sableye uses its typing well in order to take neutral attacks before forcing opponents to use Struggle. (you mention that it does this in the last sentence with struggle, so there's not really a reason to beat the point to death here)
*Protect is the best tool for scouting incoming attacks from common choice users like Choiced-item Dragapult (252+ Atk Choice Band Dragapult Outrage vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Sableye: 264-312 (87.1 - 102.9%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO... if you're going to put Dragapult, just use Choice Specs instead of Choice Item in general. Plus, Will-O-Wisp does get the win in that matchup as well.), Choice Specs Flutter Mane, and Choice Specs Iron Bundle, before disabling them and forcing them to use Struggle.
*Will-O-Wisp can be used instead for solid matchups against Physical attackers like Booster Energy Iron Hands, most Great Tusk, most Annihilape, and non-Water Veil Dondozo. (okay, here we go... so first things first, Great Tusk and Annihilape can run Taunt. Dondozo isn't a great example here either because only Choice Band really runs Water Veil. Try to find other examples or take this out of the analysis altogether, cause these examples don't really show me why Will-O-Wisp is worth running)
*Encore handles Pokemon that usually win with setup moves like Curse Dondozo and Bulk Up Annihilape, while also dealing with stall Pokemon like some Corviknight and some Azumarill. Against Trick Pokemon like Meowscarada, if you are not running protect it is better to encore them into Trick so you are not locked into one of four status moves for the rest of the battle. Once the usual choice item is removed, Sableye uses Disable in order to cause the opponent to use Struggle. (DARK TYPE SPOTTED IN A SABLEYE ANALYSIS AAAAA)
*Disable is used along with the previously mentioned Encore in order to force the opponents to use Struggle, which deals a huge 41% recoil thanks to Rocky Helmet. (Third time you're saying this...)
*Recover lets Sableye sustain itself from Struggle damage until the opponent faints. Recover is also useful in matchups like Choice Band Talonflame, in which Talonflame attacks before being disabled due to its ability, Gale Wings. (more a GP thing, I'll get on this once I check this again, but try to make this one sentence)
*Minimum Speed is run for the matchup against opposing Sableye.
*Sableye should always Protect turn one and either Encore onto a status move, or Disable the attacking move used. If Encore is used the correct sequence is Encore > Protect > Disable > Encore and heal with Recover. Encore can also be used if the opponent clicks a weak attack that has no chance of KOing Sableye. Sableye should also use Disable while the opponent is using Struggle and Sableye is out of range of a KO, in order to conserve the little PP that Recover has. (second point really depends on the matchup. in most matchups, it doesn't really matter, as Sableye can click random moves during those turns and still win)
*If Disable is used first, and the opponent is using a Choiced-item (Choice item, not Choiced-item) or chooses the same attack, then simply use encore and Recover while the opponent uses Struggle. Using Disable to conserve Recover's PP also applies to this sequence. Ideally Recover is used when Sableye is at risk of being KOed from a critical hit or being at low HP. (Try to reword this and combine it with the bullet point above.)
*Sableye struggles against Dark-types, Taunt users like Corviknight and Speed Booster Energy Great Tusk, Gholdengo, and non-Choiced attackers that can KO with two different moves like Booster Energy Flutter Mane and Booster Energy Iron Bndle. (bundle) Pokemon that commonly run healing moves like Volcarona, some Arcanine, and Rest Dondozo if Sableye is running Protect, also handle Sableye well, as their recovery leads to Sableye running out of Encore PP, removing any chances of winning the matchup.

Make quite a few changes, not going to allow you to 2/2 this yet because I'm gonna go back and make a few more after you implement these based on how you implement them.

Having priority with both of these moves allows Sableye to invest fully in defensive stats, something that other Pokemon in this role like Iron Valiant usually cannot afford to do.
No need to do like... overviews in this format so you should probs remove this...

some Corviknight and some Azumarill
Remove Corviknight... also just mention stall Azumarill instead of some Azumarill.

Against Trick Pokemon like Rotom-Wash, if you are not running protect it is better to encore them into Trick so you are not locked into one of four status moves for the rest of the battle. Once the usual choice item is removed, Sableye uses Disable in order to cause the opponent to use Struggle.
No more wisp, so you can just remove all of this because you just Protect into Disable and win.

Bulk Up Annihilape
Very real chance that you get hit by Taunt here...

*Sableye struggles against Dark-types, Taunt users like Corviknight and Speed Booster Energy Great Tusk, Gholdengo, and non-Choiced attackers that can KO with two different moves like Booster Energy Flutter Mane and Booster Energy Iron Bundle. Pokemon that commonly run healing moves like Volcarona, some Arcanine, and Rest Dondozo if Sableye is running Protect, also handle Sableye well, as their recovery leads to Sableye running out of Encore PP, removing any chances of winning the matchup.
No need for a checks and counters section in this format, the big issue overall is that you're putting too much material into an analysis that's just really short by its format...

gonna want one last look after you do this but should be pretty smooth sailing after this one!

which is especially useful versus Choice Band Talonflame, since Gale Wings allows it to attack before Prankster Disable.
Doesn't Protect + Disable still win cause of this roll?
252+ Atk Choice Band Talonflame Brave Bird vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Sableye: 204-240 (67.3 - 79.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

That's all I've got tho, lmk what you come up with on discord to change this a bit, but you can just use extra things where Recover matters. It does matter in the Talonflame matchup, but you're not spamming it... I'll 2/2 on Discord once you do this tho!!

*Protect is the best tool for scouting incoming attacks from common choice users like such as (I would change it to "such as", mainly because you're listing multiple Pokemon that Protect is good against, making it sound more formal. Also this would prevent any future repetition, as the word "like" is used a lot) Choice-item Dragapult, Choice Specs Flutter Mane, and Choice Specs Iron Bundle, before disabling them and forcing them to use Struggle.
*Encore handles Pokemon that usually win with setup moves like Curse Dondozo(AC) and also deals with stall Pokemon like stall Azumarill.
*Recover lets Sableye sustain itself from damage until the opponent faints(RC, add period), which This is especially useful versus against opponents that have strong STAB moves with recoil, like Talonflame and Arcanine.
*Minimum Speed is run for the matchup against any opposing Sableye.
*Sableye should always Protect turn one and either Encore onto a status move, or Disable the attacking move used. If Encore is used(AC) the correct sequence is would be Encore > Protect > Disable > Encore and heal with > (This change is for any users of this set to understand that using Recover is part of the sequence. No need to redundantly explain the move's purpose in my opinion) Recover. Encore can also be used if the opponent clicks a weak attack that has no chance of KOing Sableye.
*Encore can also be used if the opponent clicks a weak attack that has no chance of KOing Sableye. *If Disable is used first(RC), and the opponent is using a Choice-item or chooses the same attack, then simply use encore Encore and Recover while the opponent uses Struggle. Ideally(AC) Recover is only used used only when Sableye is at risk of being KOed from a critical hit or being at low HP, due to the move's low PP.
