I really fail to see why you need Aromatherapy on your Blissey.

You also have a lack a solid rock resist, Dugtrio is not a solid rock resist.

You have Confuse Ray on your Gengar. I have no idea why you would ever have Confuse Ray on your Gengar.

Confuse Ray would be okay, if he didn't pair it with Destiny Bond. That's like using Counter and Thunder Wave on the same set. Psychic is sort of useless on Starmie, use Rapid Spin or Ice Beam in that slot.

Props for using "my" Zapdos. =D It's usually better if you stick with Mild, though.

Well, Aroma Blissey is probably a necessity here, guys, because of his lack of a sleep taker. I'd stick a Swampert (maybe the sleeptalking type, as Blissey can do a lot with that extra slot) over Dugtrio, which is barely even needed here. Confuse Ray on Gengar can cause some switches I guess, but other than that it's pretty useless, I'd try something like Hypnosis or Fire Punch or something over that slot.

As for confuse ray, it's really just filler as i'm not too sure what would be an effective 4th move, but fire punch seems like a cool idea so i'll try it out. As for starmie, I already have rapid spin on forry so it seems a bit unnecessary, and psychic has STAB. Any more tips?

Instead of Confuse Ray you can either give Gengar:

-Hypnosis to nullify one of your opponent's better pokes
-Giga Drain for extra coverage against Swampert and to gain some HP back. Gengar gets 2 KO'd by too many things
-Will-O-Wisp to punish oncoming physical attackers

^ ntm explosion and hypnosis are better/more efficient/reliable than confuse ray and destiny bond. Sure you'd have to spend some Atk EVs, but even a little will suffice.
