I love this thing. Perfect double-status Gengar switch-in. I almost always have rest over reflect but am trying the latter out

Zappy could use some speed, to support the SubPassing. Like, maybe around ~300-305 to outspeed stuff like CBMence so that you can pass a sub to Rhydon on the RS so you get a free SD.

The team's pretty cool actually but you do have some unorthodox Normal/Rock/Flying resists in Maggy and Rhydon, so maybe you can fit in a more reliable defensive pokemon like Jira somewhere (the wish support would help your team out too).

I have Drill Peck on my SD Celebi-team so it can kill Special sponges. I prefer Agilitygross over Rhydon because after a Swords Dance he 2HKOs even bulky waters.
