Wo-Chien is a great wall, as its typing lets it check Sandy Shocks, Hippowdon, and Greninja. Knock Off punishes Pokemon that rely on their items such as Talonflame, Iron Jugulis, and Tinkaton, while Foul Play lets Wo-Chien beat foes like Dragon Dance Tyranitar and Gyarados and threaten Scizor and Cyclizar. Ruination is an alternative option if Tyranitar and Gyarados are adequately covered by its teammates, allowing it to punish Pokemon like Tinkaton far more for trying to switch into it. Rest lets Wo-Chien check foes like Sandy Shocks and Greninja long-term. Heavy-Duty Boots helps it avoid being worn down by entry hazards from Pokemon like Gastrodon and Sandy Shocks when trying to check foes like Greninja and Tyranitar. Leftovers is an option if a team has reliable entry hazard removal, as it lets Wo-Chien take on Pokemon such as Tyranitar more reliably one-on-one. The Defense investment lets Wo-Chien avoid a 2HKO from +1 Tyranitar and lowers the damage from U-turn users like Cyclizar and Greninja while still retaining a solid amount of Special Defense for Sandy Shocks and Greninja. Tera Ghost allows Wo-Chien to spinblock against Donphan and Cyclizar while improving its matchup against foes like Maushold and Slither Wing, but it must be careful of Crunch Tyranitar and losing its ability to check Greninja. Tera Poison lets Wo-Chien become a very reliable Gengar counter, but it loses the ability to check Sandy Shocks and Tyranitar.

RestTalk Wo-Chien fits on a variety of teams, and is best used to play a long game against Pokemon such as Sandy Shocks. Talonflame is valuable to check foes like Scizor and Slither Wing for Wo-Chien and appreciates its ability to check Sandy Shocks and Tyranitar in return. Slowbro can provide a strong Quaquaval answer and assistance versus Dragon Dance Tyranitar, letting Wo-Chien Terastallize more freely. Scream Tail can help check Salamence and Noivern while also checking Quaquaval, and it appreciates Wo-Chien crippling checks like Tinkaton with Knock Off. Entry hazard setters, such as Sandy Shocks and Gastrodon, can help Wo-Chien better wear down its switch-ins, and they appreciate Wo-Chien's ability to potentially spinblock. Hippowdon and Salamence can help check Pawmot for Wo-Chien, as Wo-Chien provides it with relatively free switch-ins. Other Pawmot checks, such as Tera Fairy Alomomola and Tera Fairy Slowbro, are also appreciated. Entry hazard removers, such as Cyclizar and the aforementioned Talonflame, are useful even if Wo-Chien is running Heavy-Duty Boots, as they let it more freely take a Knock Off from Cyclizar or Tinkaton.

Wo-Chien is a great physical wall on teams, with Rest patching up its tendency to get worn down. this shouldn't be the opening point imo; instead, open up with what its typing allows it to check and how easily it wears down pokemon like x, y, and z Knock Off punishes pokemon who rely on their items such as Talonflame and Sandy-Shocks, shocks aint really a wo chien switch in, so id replace with another mon as well as common switch-ins such as Tyranitar and Slither Wing. in the entire last sentence, mention what items you remove as well Ruination halves the HP of the opposing Pokemon, which is great in chipping reword to exclude the dex info down opposing threats. such as? Rest and Sleep Talk are the cornerstones of the set, as they give Wo-Chien recovery as well as the ability to use other moves. mention getting rid of status too. also explain what you check long-term. Tera Ghost allows Wo-Chien to block Rapid Spin from Donphan and Brambleghast, as well as check Maushould and Slither Wing. Alternatively, tera poison could be used to resist poison, which gives it a resistance to U-turn from Grafaiai and Lokix, while also giving it an immunity to poison. reword this imo. instead of listing type chart stuff, just mention what it gives you a better matchup into, and what you can trade against (e.g. you can bait gengar and scizor) keep the poison and tox immune mention, though.

Wo-Chien best fits on Defensive teams, defensive is lowercase so teammates that can cover its flaws are apreciates. mention what it does for those defensive teams instead, e.g. it removes boots and lefties from mons and makes hefty progress with ruination Tinkaton covers Wo-Chien’s Bug weakness extremely well, as it takes 1/4 damage from bug attacks. u dont necessarily beat the main uturn mons anyways, especially the bug types Talonflame can also punish Bug types such as Lokix and Slither Wing with Flame Body, which cripples them greatly. In turn, Wo-Chien deals Electric and Ground types can make this a more general statement and say "Pokemon that threaten Talonflame". include slowking in the list of mons as well. such as Magnezone and Sandy Shocks.

+ provide examples of pokemon that can deal with stronger wallbreakers/setup sweepers like noivern, oricorio pom pom, and
+ include checks to pawmot since that sits on you forever if rest

Wo-Chien is a great wall on teams, with its typing being able to check Sandy Shocks, Hippowdon, and Bisharp. Knock Off punishes pokemon who rely on their items such as Talonflame, Salamence, and Noivern, removing their heavy-duty boots. Ruination allows Wo-Chien to chip down opposing threats on the switch such as Tyranitar, Slither Wing, and Gallade. mention foul play letting you better threaten boosting therats like sciz gyara etc. Rest and Sleep Talk are the cornerstones of the set, as they give Wo-Chien recovery, removing status such as Toxic as well as the ability to use other moves. This enables Wo-Chien to check Quagsire and Grafaiai long-term. would remove graf for another example like shocks, also mention hdb after this sentence and what it does for the set Tera Ghost allows Wo-Chien to block Rapid Spin from Donphan and Brambleghast, as well as giving it a better matchup against Maushould and Slither Wing. Alternatively, Tera tera Poison could be used to lure in Gengar and Scizor, while also giving it immunity to poison from Quagsire.

Wo-Chien best fits on defensive teams, as it can remove heavy-duty boots and leftovers capitalize these items from Pokemon and make great progress with Ruination. add in what it checks for defensive teams too Talonflame can punish Bug-types such as Lokix and Slither Wing with Flame Body, which cripples them greatly. In turn, Wo-Chien deals with Pokemon that can threaten Talonflame such as Magnezone and Sandy Shocks. Slowking also helps out Wo-Chien, being able to check Lucario and Hawlucha. Scream Tail can deal with Noivern and Oricorio. mention what scream tail appreciates wo chien checking in return Hippowdon (removed comma) and Brambleghast are great checks to Pawmot, as Wo-Chien has a very difficult time dealing with it. definitely expand on knock making their entry hazards more potent

+ mention entry hazard removers if not running boots to help it, since being forced to rest when switching in is kinda poopy

Wo-Chien is a great wall on teams, with as its typing being able to lets it check Sandy Shocks, Hippowdon, and Greninja. Knock Off punishes Pokemon who that rely on their items such as Talonflame, Iron Jugulis, and Tinkaton, while Foul Play lets Wo-Chien beat Pokemon foes like Dragon Dance Tyranitar and Gyarados, (RC) and be more of a threat to and threaten Scizor and Cyclizar. Ruination is an alternative option if Tyranitar and Gyarados are adequately covered on a team by its teammates (I imagine?), making it able allowing it to punish Pokemon like Tinkaton far more for trying to switch into it. By running Rest, Wo-Chien gains the ability to Rest lets Wo-Chien check Pokemon such as foes like Sandy Shocks and Greninja long-term. RestTalk (no space in RestTalk) Wo-Chien fits on a variety of teams, and is best used when it is desired to play a more long game against Pokemon such as Sandy Shocks. Slowbro can provide a strong Quaquaval answer and assistance versus Dragon Dance Tyranitar, letting Wo-Chien Terastallize more freely. Scream Tail can help check Salamence and Noivern, (RC) while also checking Quaquaval, and it appreciates Wo-Chien crippling checks like Tinkaton with Knock Off being crippled by Wo-Chien's Knock Off. (removing passive voice) Entry hazard setters, (AC) such as Sandy Shocks and Gastrodon, (AC) can help Wo-Chien better wear down its switch-ins, and they appreciate Wo-Chien's ability to potentially spinblock. (a lot of changes are just me mixing up the repeated "Wo-Chien uses (move) to beat Pokemon such as X and Y")
