Rejected Remove "Do not use "click here" – See Design standard #2"

Title, whenever using /htmlbox and using something that resembles "click here" it hates it and rejects it, also DS#2 is in the contributing.md page on github, not a 'general html use for pokemonshowdown.md'

Example, from the news section of PS:
/htmlbox <div class="newsentry" data-newsid="135" data-date="1680321294"><h4>HAHAHA SUCKERS THIS SITE IS MINE</h4><p>Oh my god they actually fell for it! "I need to test your admin powers" LMAO how can they be so stupid! BAN BAN BAN BAN BAN BAN BAN BAN BAN</p><p>Enjoy your new Pokemon sprites now, losers! Click <a href="https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/april-fools-day-sprites.3719011/" target="_blank">here</a> and give me a thousand likes on my smogon post.</p><p>I'm also looking for new global staff since I BANNED the old ones, <a href="https://www.smogon.com/forums/ps-staff-application-form/" target="_blank">apply here</a> to join the new regime!</p><p>—<strong>Kennedy☭</strong> <small class="date">on Mar 31, 2023</small></p></div>

tl;dr: this design standard is a user experience thing (see the explanation here). Just as it applies to the source code, which contains lots of text displayed to end users, it applies to user-submitted HTML as well (/uhtml, /htmlbox, etc).

Rejecting this, have a nice day!
