Pet Mod Regional Evolutions (Concluded for Generation 8)

:ss/kecleon: :ss/unown-question:
Pokémon: Kecleon-Unova
New Typing: Normal / Ghost
New Abilities: Perish Body / Filter (Hidden)
New Stats: 60 / 90 / 70 / 60 / 120 / 40 (440 BST)
New Moves: Will-o-Wisp, Pursuit, First Impression, Phantom Force, Poltergeist, Hypnosis, Night Shade, Destiny Bond, Throat Chop (+9)
Removed Moves: None
Height and Weight: 1.0 m / 1.2 kg

Pokémon: Negleon
New Typing: Normal / Ghost
New Abilities: Perish Body / Trace (Hidden)
New Stats: 75 / 110 / 90 / 70 / 140 / 55 (540 BST)
New Moves: Kecleon-Galar's moves + Tongue Tie (Physical Ghost-type Thunder Cage clone; makes contact) (+10)
Removed Moves: None
Height and Weight: 1.6 m / 3.0 kg

Flavor/Design: Kecleon from the Unova region are completely monochrome, appearing like grainy old black-and-white photographs and moving in complete silence except for a faint static. Their bodies are so thin that they can pass through solid objects, and when they make themselves invisible it can be impossible to tell that they're present. Negleon are taller and thinner than Kecleon, and their tongues resemble rolls of film. They have the strange power to silence anything they brush against with their long, ephemeral tongues, and seem to phase in and out of reality like the flickering of old film.
:ss/volbeat: :ss/unown-question: :ss/illumise: :ss/unown-question:
Pokémon: Volbeat-Unova

Pokémon: Illumirage
New Typing: Bug / Fire
New Abilities: Solar Power / Dancer / Turboblaze (Hidden)
New Stats: 75 / 67 / 75 / 113 / 95 / 105 (530 BST)
New Moves: Illumise-Unova's moves + Fusion Flare, Focus Blast, Follow Me, Moonblast, Magic Coat (+17)
Removed Moves: Illumise-Unova's moves (-3)
Height/Weight: 1.4 m / 60.0 kg
Evo Method: Magmarizer

Flavor/Design: Volbeat and Volbright take on black elements to their colour schemes, while Illumise and Illumirage do the same with white. Volbright is much bigger and bulkier, while Illumirage is agile and lean. Said to have partnered with the legendary heroes of Unova's past, their nighttime dances are elaborate and awe-inspiring.
:ss/vanillite: :ss/vanillish: :ss/unown-question:
Pokémon: Vanillite-Alola
New Typing: Ice / Fire
New Abilities: Dry Skin / Solar Power / Weak Armor (Hidden)
New Stats: 36 / 40 (-10) / 40 (-10) / 65 / 50 (-10) / 74 (+30) (305 BST)
New Moves: Sunny Day, Burn Up, Fire Spin, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Incinerate, Inferno, Lava Plume, Overheat, Mystical Fire, Solar Beam (+11)
Removed Moves: Sheer Cold, Aurora Veil, Iron Defense, Flash Cannon, Mirror Shot (-5)
Height/Weight: 0.4 m / 3.0 kg

Pokémon: Vanillish-Alola
New Typing: Ice / Fire
New Abilities: Dry Skin / Solar Power / Weak Armor (Hidden)
New Stats: 51 / 55 (-10) / 55 (-10) / 80 / 65 (-10) / 89 (+30) (395 BST)
New Moves: Vanillite-Alola's moves (+11)
Removed Moves: Vanillite-Alola's moves (-5)
Height/Weight: 1.1 m / 28.0 kg

Pokémon: Vanillcano
New Typing: Ice / Fire
New Abilities: Dry Skin / Solar Power / Weak Armor (Hidden)
New Stats: 71 / 75 (-20) / 75 (-10) / 110 / 85 (-10) / 119 (+40)
New Moves: Vanillish-Alola's moves + Eruption, Magma Storm, Earth Power, Scald (+15)
Removed Moves: Vanillish-Alola's moves (-5)
Height/Weight: 1.4 m / 44.0 kg

Flavor/Design: The higher temperatures of the Alola region have caused the local Vanillite population to melt, so to counteract this they've adopted volcanic powers. Unfortunately, their icy bodies are still quite fragile, but they're much faster to compensate. Vanillcano's fiery core causes it to constantly melt, but it refreezes just as quickly, and spouts magma at its enemies.
:ss/audino: :ss/unown-question:
Pokémon: Audino-Kalos
New Typing: Psychic
New Abilities: Unaware / Soundproof / Wonder Skin (Hidden)
New Stats: 103 / 60 / 86 / 60 / 86 / 50 (445 BST)
New Moves: Eerie Spell, Future Sight, Perish Song, Hypnosis, Stored Power, Synchronoise, Mystical Fire (+7)
Removed Moves: Knock Off, Low Kick, Power-Up Punch, Present, Retaliate, Stomping Tantrum, Focus Punch (-7)
Height/Weight: 1.1 m / 31.0 kg

Pokémon: Junseiquah
New Typing: Psychic
New Abilities: Unaware / Soundproof / Wonder Skin (Hidden)
New Stats: 123 / 70 / 96 / 80 / 96 / 60 (525 BST)
New Moves: Audino-Kalos's moves + Heart Swap, Boomburst, Sharp Silence (Psychic-type special Throat Chop clone, does not make contact) (+10)
Removed Moves: Audino-Kalos's moves
Height/Weight: 1.4 m / 52.0 kg

Flavor/Design: Audino in Kalos have honed their minds and their telepathic abilities, at the cost of most of their hearing. Instead, they sense sound through subtle vibrations in the air with their psychic powers. Junseiquah have little regard for other Pokémon and are considered to be snobbish and rude, and will use their precise control over the vibration of air molecules to forcibly silence Pokémon that are acting out and being loud.

Small note on the spreadsheet: Grand Ball is currently listed as a physical move when it should be special.

Resub:

:xy/pichu: :xy/pikachu:

Pokémon: Kalosian Pichu
New Typing: Fire
New Abilities: Flame Body / Toast (Ripen Clone, roasts Berries and doubles their effect.) / Flash Fire
New Stats: 20 / 15 / 40 / 35 / 60 / 35
New Moves: Fire Spin, Ember, Sunny Day, Will O Wisp, Incinerate, Fire Fang, Burning Jealousy, Flame Burst, Fire Punch, Mystical Fire, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Fire Blast, Burn Up, Overheat
Removed Moves: All Electric Moves

Pichu in Kalos are commonly seen hanging around the tastiest bakeries. Bakers have even taken some in to help with the baking process. They're adorable little helpers. They have a redish tint to their fur, and a slightly larger tail.

Pokémon: Kalosian Pikachu
New Typing: Fire
New Abilities: Flame Body / Toast (Ripen Clone, roasts Berries and doubles their effect.) / Flash Fire
New Stats: 35 / 40 / 55 / 50 / 90 / 50
New Moves: Fire Spin, Ember, Sunny Day, Will O Wisp, Incinerate, Fire Fang, Burning Jealousy, Flame Burst, Fire Punch, Mystical Fire, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Fire Blast, Burn Up, Overheat
Removed Moves: All Electric Moves

Kalosian Pikachu are commonly used as waiters for restaurants. Some shadier restaurants use them for scamming others into giving tips. They use their tail as a tray to serve others. They have a scarlet fur tone, and their cheek pouches are black. They store heat inside their cheeks.

Pokémon: Pikachouille
New Typing: Fire
New Abilities: Flame Body / Toast (Ripen Clone, roasts Berries and doubles their effect.) / Flash Fire
New Stats: 70 / 55 / 100 / 80 / 110 / 80
New Moves: Fire Spin, Ember, Sunny Day, Will O Wisp, Incinerate, Fire Fang, Burning Jealousy, Flame Burst, Fire Punch, Mystical Fire, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Fire Blast, Burn Up, Overheat
Removed Moves: All Electric Moves

Pikachouille are some of the biggest critics in the region of food. If a Pikachouille does not like your food, retire and pack it up. They resemble a fatter, taller Pikachu, specifically the gigantamax form- it uses its tail as a stove top to cook berries and other foods. It dwarfs Snorlax in size.

Pokémon: Alolan Venonat
New Typing: Ice / Bug
New Abilities: Tinted Lens / Snow Cloak / Snow Warning
New Stats: 60 / 60 / 50 / 40 / 55 / 45
New Moves: Aurora Veil, Hail, Mist, Triple Axel, Icicle Spear, Ice Ball, Ice Shard, Powder Snow, Icy Wind, Camoflauge
Removed Moves: All Poison Moves

Alolan Venonats are a rare sight on Mt. Lanakila- they blend in perfectly with the snowy enviroment. They can be spotted by their piercing green eyes and black limbs, with a darkish blue fur.

Pokémon: Alolan Venomoth
New Typing: Ice / Bug
New Abilities: Tinted Lens / Snow Cloak / Snow Warning
New Stats: 70 / 60 / 60 / 90 / 90 / 80
New Moves: + Venonat Moves, Frost Breath, Aurora Beam, Ice Fang, Freeze Dry, Ice Beam, Blizzard
Removed Moves: All Poison Moves

Alolan Venomoth are...very strange. They tend to consume metal for producing off spring- during the construction of the Pokemon League, there were constant delays in progress because the Venomoths ate the tools needed for construction.

Pokémon: Venozero
New Typing: Ice / Dark
New Abilities: Tinted Lens / Snow Cloak / Snow Warning
New Stats: 90 / 70 / 80 / 120 / 115 / 90
New Moves: + Venonat and Venomoth, Cold Sap (Ice Type Strength Sap), Dark Pulse, Night Daze, Night Slash, Taunt, Beat Up, Foul Play, Lash Out, Thief
Removed Moves: All Poison Moves

A humanoid moth like Pokemon, Venozero tends to freeze targets solid. Being frozen by a Venozero is very frightening- surviving victims describe their ice as being so cold it burns.

For a portion of the first day of the round of the Wild Area News for April 28 to May 11, 2020, ★ Drilbur raids originating from Shield came with the illegal move Hydro Pump. The same raids for the rest of the event's duration, or from Sword, come with the correct move, Scratch. Players who caught a Drilbur with Hydro Pump cannot trade or battle online with it unless that move is deleted.
These erroneous Drilbur otherwise function like other Drilbur, and can evolve into Excadrill with Hydro Pump.

More to come.

:ss/flabebe:
Pokémon: Flabébé-Lental
New Typing:

New Abilities: Illuminate / Prankster [HA]
New Stats: 44 / 38 / 39 / 61 / 42 / 79 [303 BST]
New Moves: Dark Pulse, Foul Play, Switcheroo, Stun Spore, Moonlight, Hex, Nasty Plot
Removed Moves: Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Fairy Wind, Misty Terrain, Synthesis, Psychic, Calm Mind
Flavor/Design: Their body’s are darker, making only the flowers they hold visible at night. Instead of holding a standard flower, they are holding a Crystalbloom. They have 6 different cosmetic forms, one of for each island in Lental. References to each of these flowers can be found below:
1653788175205.png
1653788148182.png
1653788207216.png
1653788277958.png
1653788380071.png
1653788418169.png

New Snap Dex: “They are covered in powder used to create Illumina Orbs. At night their Crystalbloom will glow in the dark.”

:ss/floette:
Pokémon: Floette-Lental
New Typing:

New Abilities: Illuminate / Prankster [HA]
New Stats: 54 / 45 / 47 / 75 / 52 / 98 [371 BST]
New Moves: Same as Flabébé-Lental
Removed Moves: Same as Flabébé-Lental
Flavor/Design: Same idea Flabebe, translated for Floette’s design. Still has 6 cosmetic forms, where they hold their respective island’s Crystalbloom.

New Snap Dex: “In the dark of night, their flower’s glow lures many unsuspecting Pokémon. They use this light to cause mischief, attacking any Pokémon who may come close.”

:ss/unown-question:
Pokémon: Fleurmière (Fleur + Lumière, French for Light)
New Typing:
Florio:

Belusylva:

Voluca:

Maricopia:

Durice:

Aurus:

New Abilities: Illuminate / Adaptability [HA]
New Stats: 78 / 65 / 88 / 112 / 129 / 80 [552 BST]
New Moves: Floette-Lental + Illumina Burst
Removed Moves: Floette-Lental + Disarming Voice
Custom Move: Illumina Burst - Revelation Dance Clone - This typing of this move will match the user’s secondary type; if the user is monotype, this move will remain normal type.
Flavor/Design: Rather than the standard Florges design, Fleurmière’s body is at the center of a massive Crystalbloom, kinda similar to Estuary Naamah’s design from Rogue Legacy 2 (see spoiler provided).
1653789314775.jpeg
Fleurmière has Island-specific forms that adopt typings corresponding to each island in the game. Florio is your base island, with vibrant gardens justifying Grass type. Belusylva is a jungle/rainforest, a biome that, aside from grass, is also normally associated with Poison. Belusylva contains desert and a volcano, which are linked by the Ground type. Maricopia is very much an aquatic region, hence Water. Durice is, well, Ice. Aurus, for plot related reasons, has a strong connection to the Fairy type.

New Snap Dex: “Their body is enveloped in a massive, vibrant Crystalbloom. Isolation between the islands of Lental has caused a great deal of genetic diversity; each island’s Fleurmière is unique.”

EDIT: Flabebe stat fix

Heh. Constabull. I must have missed that one if it's a resub. Speaking of which, this will be my first resub ever. Gasp.

That said, thanks for updating the spreadsheet again, transwiththeplans (?). Going to note that Sealed Battery is currently missing from the New Abilities section entirely though, not that it's a rush or anything.

Without further ado, a whole two entries from me again this time now that Bulbapedia has stopped acting up like it was for most of this weekend:

Resub from Slate "Not So-Signatures Part 2: Abilities:
:sm/crobat:
Not-Signature Ability Used: Galvanize
Completely New Clone Move: Leech Minerals

Leech Life but Steel-typed, basically:
Name: Leech Minerals
Power: 80
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 10 (16 max)
Category: Physical
Type: Steel
Effect: Inflicts damage and up to 50% of the damage dealt to the target is restored to the user as HP, rounded up.
Priority: 0
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Contact, Heal (Block), Mirror, Protect

:sm/zubat:
Pokémon: Zubat-Unova
Type: Electric / Flying {Poison replaced by Electric}
Abilities: Galvanize / Infiltrator (hidden ability) {Inner Focus replaced by Galvanize}
Stats: 040 HP / 045 Atk / 035 Def / 030 SpA / 035 SpD / 060 Spe = 245 BST
{-05 SpD, +05 Spe compared to regular Zubat}
Added Moves: Leech Minerals*, Flash Cannon, Thunder, Thunder Fang, Thunder Shock, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, and Zing Zap. (08)
Removed Moves: Bite, Cross Poison, Crunch, Leech Life, Poison Fang, Sludge Bomb, Venom Drench, and Venoshock. (08)

Height: 2'07" | 0.8m (same as regular Zubat)
Weight: 16.5 lbs. | 7.5 kg (same as regular Zubat)

Flavor/Design: I started with this idea before being reminded that at least Regic Boat had also came up with a somewhat similar Unovan one also in Chargestone Cave a slate or two ago. Outside of sharing region and typing, however, they're actually not that similar, especially since this lacks the arguably stronger abilities of Volt Absorb and Static as well as keeping its Electric/Flying typing all the way through unlike his Ionbat. This is also probably the first regional form I've done that remains quite close to the regular form like the majority of the canon regional forms currently do:

Pokémon Black: "It can navigate both by the ways of electromagnetism and soundwaves, though it mainly uses the latter to conserve energy
unless it needs to feed."
Pokémon White: "Unlike Zubat in other known regions, Unovan Zubat have flatter teeth used for grinding rocks and subsist entirely on inorganic matter and electrical energy."
Pokémon Black 2 & Pokémon White 2: "It has no eyes to see, but that's okay. It's a nocturnal Pokémon that can still navigate effectively by detecting both magnetic fields and soundwaves."

As such, there's not really much to say else to say about it except for it being a Zubat that is unfortunately forced to be a bit yellowish in overall color where Zubat and co. have blue coloration, that is likely similarly grayish where they have purple, and that has flatter teeth, which is why its lost both Dark-type biting moves in addition to all of the Poison moves that aren't Toxic; I'm only letting it have Thunder Fang as a technicality really. The only other thing of note that can maybe be said about it is that it would be the first (?) Electric/Flying type allowed in Little Cup if that means anything; I've never touched that format and likely never will, so I can't say, especially since this leans towards the physical, which Galvanize only helps with so much.

{evolves from Zubat-Unova at Level 22 or higher}
:sm/golbat:
Pokémon: Golbat-Unova
Type: Electric / Flying {Poison replaced by Electric}
Abilities: Galvanize / Infiltrator (hidden ability) {Inner Focus replaced by Galvanize}
Stats: 075 HP / 080 Atk / 070 Def / 065 SpA / 070 SpD / 095 Spe = 455 BST
{-05 SpD, +05 Spe compared to regular Golbat}
Added Moves: (same as Zubat-Alola) + Attack Order, Defend Order, and Heal Order
Removed Moves: (same as Zubat-Alola)

Height: 5'03" | 1.6 m (same as regular Golbat | Golbat-Kanto)
Weight: 121.3 lbs. | 55.0 kg (same as regular Golbat)

Flavor/Design: While this keeps with my Zubat-Unova's "regular form but primarily yellow and secondarily gray with now-flattened, plug-like fangs" visually when it evolves into Golbat-Unova, it basically gains the exact opposite temperament of regular Golbat since it's not literally bloodthirsty. That doesn't change much in-game beyond access to the Order moves, but that's perhaps enough:

Pokémon Black: "Despite its appearance, it's actually extremely friendly and caring. It is most often found helping tend to young Pokémon in Chargestone Cave."
Pokémon White: "It's only aggressive if provoked, at which point it's capable of crushing stones in its mouth and shooting out bolts of electricity. It tries to avoid such tiring things though."
Pokémon Black 2 & Pokémon White 2: "Despite its large size and yellow color, it's surprisingly stealthy when monitoring people and Pokémon. It focuses on keeping young Zubat from gnawing on Rock-type Pokémon by accident."

Visually, now that it has eyes, I guess those are (a different) yellow too, and arguably doesn't "need" a tongue but it probably still has one. The same goes for a mouth capable of opening up really wide.

Mechanically and competitively, it might actually have some play now in lower tiers with Eviolite as a bit of a wall with Defend Order of all things, though I don't imagine it would be that impactful, especially when it can be poisoned unlike regular Golbat. Shrug.

{evolves from Golbat-Unova when leveled up with high friendship}
:sm/unown-question:
Pokémon: Zingbat ("zing" + "bat" as well as a rhyming play on words with "dingbat")
Type: Electric / Flying {Poison replaced by Electric}
Abilities: Galvanize / Infiltrator (hidden ability) {Inner Focus replaced by Galvanize}
Stats: 085 HP / 095 Atk / 075 Def / 070 SpA / 075 SpD / 135 Spe = 535 BST
{-05 Def, -05 SpD, +05 Atk, +05 Spe compared to Crobat}
Added Moves: (same as Golbat-Alola)
Removed Moves: (same as Golbat-Alola)

Height: 5'11" | 1.8m (same as Crobat)
Weight: 166.7 lbs | 75.6 kg (which is Hypno's weight [and only Hypno's weight]}; slightly heavier than Crobat's weight of 165.3 lbs. | 75.0 kg.)

Flavor/Design: And we finally get to the bit of this regional form that actually differs the most from its counterpart, in this case Crobat, beyond typing and movepool differences. Zingbat is even faster and slightly more powerful on the physical Attack side of things even before Galvanize ups its (likely Normal turned) Electric STAB at the cost of being slightly frailer on both sides with its still even defenses:

Pokémon Black: "Despite the electrified fur perpetually over its eyes, it is an adept flier. It can fly so fast that it's easy to confuse with a shooting star in the night sky."
Pokémon White: "It retains its caring nature from being an Unovan Golbat and so spends much of its time shepherding stray Tynamo and Joltik away from danger."
Pokémon Black 2 & Pokémon White 2: "Don't be alarmed if its yellow fur seems to move or even sprout eyes! Zingbat is likely just taking one or more Joltik on a friendly joyride."

Visually, it's still pretty similar to Crobat while being consistent with the yellow and grey coloration of the earlier Unovan forms. The key differences are that its eyes--if it even still has any--are covered by shaggy if light yellow fur basically all the time, that it has small plug-like feet and skinny legs that still suck at walking like Crobat, and that it's slightly heavier than Crobat between said fur and maybe having a Joltik on it at all times.

Mechanically and competitively, only the last of those matters, though not even that much since Attack Order is the least likely one of its new moves to be used and since it's not exactly like Heavy Slam is used by anything not named "Celesteela"; hilariously this does resist both Celesteela's STABs I guess, not that Celesteela tends to use those in tandem anyway, so....

The most important change is the slight speed boost, which enables it to outspeed even Tapu Koko instead of Speed tie, though it still gets bullied by Zeraora unless Zeraora is greedy and goes Adamant, and it's still not the fastest thing alive sadly, especially now that Regieleki exists. Hell, even if Adamant, Zingbat can't do much to that Zerarora, but having Speed greater than all of the Tapus, having the rare good physical Electric STAB (that doesn't kill you either) via Galvanize Return (or Frustration or even Facade) as well Zing Zap if using Infiltrator, having Leech Minerals to hit all of the Tapus at least neutrally as well as hit any Rock/Ground mons that might get in its way while healing, and still having U-Turn is at least something. The same goes for not having to give up its Flying type by way of Heal Order, meaning unlike Crobat it can avoid getting wrecked by predicted Ground moves not named Thousand Arrows.

Beyond that, it's probably better at using Nasty Plot than regular Crobat for those who care about it simply because it still has Heat Wave as well access to Flash Cannon, though that's admittedly a low bar. Finally, it may have some niche usage on as a special attacker on Rain teams, but given how low its SpA intentionally still is and given regular Zapdos still exists, I doubt it would be used on such teams despite Zingbat's greater Speed and ability to pivot with a move that isn't blocked by type immunity.

All-New, All-Pineapple!
:sm/ludicolo:
:sm/lotad:
Pokémon: Lotad-Alola
Types: Ground / Grass {Water typing replaced by Ground typing}
Abilities: Sand Rush / Rough Skin / Own Tempo (hidden ability) {Swift Swim and Rain Dish replaced by Sand Rush and Rough Skin respectively, with the latter previously replaced by Sand Force from the start instead.}
Stats: 040 HP / 025 Atk / 030 Def / 050 SpA / 040 SpD / 035 Spe = 220 BST
{Swapped SpA with SpD and then +5 Spe and -5 Atk for the entire line}
Added Moves: Dig, Draining Kiss, Drill Run, Earthquake, Earth Power, Embargo (for flavor), Flash Cannon, Helping Hand, Lucky Chant, Petal Dance, Power Gem, Rapid Spin, Revelation Dance (for flavor since it's literally either lesser Earth Power or slightly lesser Energy Ball not blocked by Bulletproof...but inferior to Hula Kahiko), Rototiller, Sandstorm, Sand Attack, Sand Tomb, Scorching Sands, and Spikes. (18)
Removed Moves: Amnesia, Blizzard, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Dive, Dynamic Punch, Focus Punch, Hail, Hone Claws (why does it regular Ludicolo's line even get this?), Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Power-Up Punch, Thunder Punch (see Hone Claws), Water Gun, Water Pulse, Water Sport, and Whirlpool. (18)

Height: 1'10" | 0.6 m (two inches over regular Lotad | Lotad-Hoenn)
Weight: 5.7 lbs | 2.6 kg (same as regular Lotad)

Flavor/Design: It basically looks like regular Lotad if it were a some warty-toad-and-or-pineapple brown, had two or maybe three of a pineapple's fronds atop it, and had the roughish skin to match both to protect its frail little self now that it's a land-dwelling mon:

Pokémon Sun: "Due to how much the fronds on its back and head differ from Hoennian Lotad, the two Pokémon were not known to be related for many decades. One wonders how it came to lose its affinity to water if it had to cross so much ocean."
Pokémon Moon: "It greatly resembles a pineapple between the leaves on its back and head and its rough, brown skin. To hide and protect itself, it buries itself and pretends to be growing pineapples."
Pokémon Ultra Sun: "The pineapple-like fronds on its back gives it excellent cover but also can attract various Pokémon and humans who love pineapples too, which can both annoy and frighten it."
Pokémon Ultra Moon: "It prefers the soft sand of Alola's various beaches to hide in and relax on even though it both can dig through harder soils and hates swimming in any waters."

There isn't much to say about this competitively outside of the fact that being a Little Cup mon that has Rough Skin and recovery in the forms of both STAB Giga Drain and Synthesis is probably some sort of niche even if Ground/Grass only has two resistances and four weaknesses, including one rather severe weakness to Ice. The other two abilities also probably have some sort of niche in Little Cup, at least if weather is allowed at all in Sand Rush's case, though I imagine that Petilil still makes a better abuser of Own Tempo Petal Dance if that's even a thing in Little Cup.

{evolves from Lotad-Alola at Lv. 14 or higher}
:sm/lombre:
Pokémon: Lombre-Alola
Type: Ground / Grass {Water typing replaced by Ground typing}
Abilities: Sand Rush / Dancer / Own Tempo (hidden ability) {Swift Swim and Rain Dish replaced by Sand Rush and Dancer respectively, with the latter previously replaced by Sand Force instead even though no one would use that over Sand Rush.}
Stats: 060 HP / 045 Atk / 050 Def / 070 SpA / 060 SpD / 055 Spe = 340 BST
{Swapped SpA with SpD and then +5 Spe and -5 Atk for the entire line}
Added Moves: (the same as Lotad-Alola) + Pohaku Meke* and Smack Down
Removed Moves: (the same as Lotad-Alola)

Height: 4'02" | 1.3 m (three inches over regular Lombre | Lombre-Hoenn)
Weight: 71.7 lbs. | 32.5 kg (the same as regular Lombre)

Flavor/Design: Visually, it's pretty similar to regular Lombre, especially now that its skin has smoothened. It basically looks the same but is a light tan "Hawaiian" brown in terms of skin color and likely has the beginning of a garland of flowers around its neck like a lei since I figure it would likely still be able to be confused with local human children from a distance. This even though Lombre-Alola has a slightly larger pineapple frond for "hair" still. I guess Alolan kids could randomly rock mohawks or something though, even if maybe only as due to some cultural Galarian exchange program--those corrupting hooligans:

Pokémon Sun: "Now that its skin has smoothed out, and the pineapple-like frond has fully moved to its head, its agility and ability to stand upright have greatly increased."
Pokémon Moon: "It seems to have acquired a distaste for Flying Pokémon from those that pecked at its fronds as a Lotad. If it sees any, then it won't hesitate to smack them down."
Pokémon Ultra Sun: "It practices vocalizing and dancing with utmost seriousness and is shy about any audience it has due to wanting both to be perfect. If unable for too long to practice in private, it gets extremely aggressive."
Pokémon Ultra Moon: "The chant that can be heard emanating it from at times it is said to be an ancient one that tells of Alola's history and a time before humans ever came to the islands."

Despite getting a signature move already that largely puts Power Gem to shame as well as arguably shames even Meteor Beam with Meteor Beam's haunting inaccuracy and non-Power Herb charge time, I can't really see Lombre-Alola doing much even in the "I still know absolutely nothing about this" NFE tier. Ground/Grass's aforementioned lack of resistances and four weaknesses hurt, as does Dancer being a really underwhelming and capricious ability that's mostly a flavorful downgrade from Rough Skin. Dancer is at least an upgrade from the initial replacement of Sand Force though, which is what I originally was going to give Lotad-Alola's line as parity to regular Lotad's line having two weather abilities. Much like Rain Dish versus Swift Swim, however, I eventually realized that literally no one sane would ever use Sand Force over Sand Rush if it had both abilities. This is especially true since this line is still stuck with middling speed and stats overall unfortunately.

{evolves from Lombre-Alola when exposed to a Dawn Stone}
:sm/unown-question:
Pokémon: Halahula (from "hala", a type of Hawaiian fruit, + "hula" as well as arguably a pun on "halau hula", the type of school where hula is apparently taught)
Type: Ground/Grass {Water typing replaced by Ground typing}
Abilities: Sand Rush / Dancer / Own Tempo (hidden ability) {Swift Swim and Rain Dish replaced by Sand Rush and Dancer respectively, with the latter previously replaced by Sand Force instead even though no one would use that over Sand Rush.}
Stats: 080 HP / 065 Atk / 070 Def / 100 SpA / 090 SpD / 075 Spe = 480 BST
[Swapped SpA with SpD and then +5 Spe and -5 Atk for the entire line]
Added Moves: (the same as Lombre-Alola) + Hula Kahiko** and Quiver Dance
Removed Moves: (the same as Lombre-Alola)

Height: 4'11" | 1.5 m (the same as Ludicolo)
Weight: 126.8 lbs | 57.5 kg (the same as Vanilluxe)

Flavor/Design: Ludicolo is easily still one of my favorite Pokémon on at least a visual design level, so it feels weird to try to "improve on perfection" even if the Señor Pineapple Duck could arguably stand to be, well, either more pineapple-like or duck-like in a variant form. Since this Lotad line is still decidedly grounded, we'll have to settle for "more pineapple-like", so I figure it Halahula has traded in Ludicolo's sombrero and poncho-like grass body for a somewhat sandy yet thin pineapple-looking shell broken up only its grass limbs and face as well as by two other grassy elements of a lei on his neck and a grass skirt that's maybe longer on female Halahula. It's also traded in said sombrero--sadly--for continuing with the pineapple frond (even though pineapples technically aren't native to Hawaii but shhh):

Pokémon Sun: "It lives for all types of music and cannot keep itself from dancing whenever it hears any music nearby. Attempts to stop it will likely cause it to attack even while still dancing."
Pokémon Moon: "Its balance is such that it remains agile even on loose sands despite the weight of its sandy covering. Due to this, it is able to dance effortlessly on beaches to attract large crowds for its performances."
Pokémon Ultra Sun: "It takes dancing very seriously, to the point that it will never back down from a dance competition with other Pokemon if challenged. Oricorio of all varieties are its natural rivals."
Pokémon Ultra Moon: "It has its pride, especially in its songs and dances but is overall a graceful loser if someone manages to best it fairly. If cheating or interrupting of its performances occurs, however, it descends into rock-shattering rage."

Competitively, I was tempted to give this Shore Up initially due to said sandy shell, but I figured that would be rather obnoxious, if not outright broken, with this also getting Quiver Dance despite its 4x Ice weakness that makes it (in theory) easier to revenge kill than Liligant, even in Sand, given Ice Shard exists (as does First Impression). This becomes even more true about Shore Up given what Pohaku Meke became as arguably the better Fiery Dance variant compared to Hula Kahiko, which reminds me that I actually looked up the history of hula for this--that was interesting. So Shore Up ended up declared verboten.

This being more akin arguably to a form of Liligant due to having Quiver Dance (and Petal Dance with Own Tempo) than a form of Ludicolo annoys me even if Halahula needed something strong due to being stuck at the rather anemic BST of 480. That Ground/Grass is one of lesser type combinations both to be and as STAB only furthered that, and I didn't want to use an extremely strong ability like Huge Power or Adaptability yet again on top of wanting to stay with a weather ability for some link to Ludicolo's line beyond Own Tempo. So giving this Quiver Dance it was after the dancing (pineapple) angle seemed the logical way to go. (Originally I was considering giving this Triage over Own Tempo at this stage, but that seemed busted as well once I figured I would give it Quiver Dance.)

Hyperfocusing on Quiver Dance aside, Halahula at least is unique as a Special-oriented Sand Rush mon (that already gets Focus Blast) as well as a Sand Rush mon that gets Spikes (and Rapid Spin) as well as recovery both that it can use by just attacking and that has STAB, to the point that Giga Drain might sadly be worth using over Hula Kahiko a lot of the time. Still, I wanted that to be choice (just like using either over Petal Dance) and Grass type is arguably the truest typing to what hula apparently stands for (or stood for). [/is neither Hawaiian nor someone who cares for dance]

Own Tempo Petal Dance at least gives it a (small) niche outside of Sand that still differs from Liligant due to typing and movepool unlike Dancer which is unfortunately just...there. (Also this entire affair reminded me of how underwhelming Revelation Dance is. Why is it only 90 base power? I know non-Ubers' power was largely scaled back in Gen 7 outside of Terrains and their Tapus, UBs, and Z-Stones, but what the hell.)

Both are Fiery Dance clones:

Priority: 0
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Authentic, Mirror, Protect, Sound

Ugh. I need to standardize my formatting as much as I need to go to bed. Will fix any lingering typos Later™ (read: likely tomorrow).

2022/05/31: The half dozen or so small typos that I made have finally fixed.

Belated thanks for the quick fix, transwiththeplans. Also, speaking of being "quick", I totally am not since I didn't get that the Kalosian Audino's evolution name is a pun on "je ne sais quoi" until just now--I r smart, clearly. (In my defense, I don't really care for the French language.)

Anyway, voting time:

As much as I’d like to add in Kalosian Glameow as another winner, voting’s already wrapped up for this slate. Sorry.

Congrats to all the winners! Also, a lil' blooper in the New Moves sheet: Chomp Down is listed twice, once with "Arctyrant, Arctochomp" under "Learned By" and once with "Hisuian Centiskorch line" in that column. Do y'all mind rectifying this by listing Chomp Down just once with all three families in the "Learned By" value?
Fixed.

Also, hey- your Dratomic math is wrong. My calcs say his BST is 590. Where should that remaining 10 points go?

All forms have been inserted into the doc, if you find any errors please report to me.
Quick notes: Illumina Burst’s BP and ACC are currently a copy of whirlpool rn instead of Revelation Dance? Also Falchion is credited for the move…
This last point is more of a nitpick, but it might be a good idea for the description to clarify that The user’s secondary type determines the type of the move, since original revelation dance uses primary type.
Oh, and I think Voldrill’s Storm Force ability is missing from the spreadsheet rn
Oh, and Trident Twist has Typhoon’s description atm

Alright, time for another themed slate.
:ss/bidoof: :ss/sandshrew::ss/roggenrola: :ss/volbeat: :ss/illumise: :ss/rookidee:
Bottom Five Represented Types
Time for giving some representation boost for the following five least represented type of this Pet Mod: Normal, Ground, Rock, Bug and Flying.

The extra rule is that any and all submission for this slate must use at least one of these bottom five types. Any unlisted type as secondary is allowed (I.e. Normal / Water, Flying / Dark), but if it doesn’t contain any of the bottom five types (i.e. Fairy / Fire, Ice / Electric), it will not be allowed.
