How many slots, and which tiers
I think this should be 6 starters + 2 substitutes and I think this should be all OU. Lowtiers have really tiny playerbases and nations will have a hard time finding 8 players as is. If you have different opinions, please voice them in this thread.
Will (this nation) get its own team?
If they have enough players, sure! The plan is to allow any nation that can put together a roster of 6+2 to participate as their own team, and then cobble together continental teams as need be.
US teams, likewise, will highly depend on signups. It's easily possible we'll redraw borders to have only 2 or 3 teams instead of 4.
I will open signups on Sunday the 26th, by March 5th I'll announce all the teams based on the signups that we get, and then we'll leave signups open another week for all rosters to finalize, launching on March 12th.
