On RMTs:
Rates don't have to be long essays - each person offering a bit of sound advice on some part of the team still helps! If you're not very experienced in some areas and just want to offer advice on one part that you understand better, that's absolutely fine too!
RMT threads don't have to be essays too - only three-line descriptions of each Pokemon are needed.
