Crunchman has been banned from smogon and permalocked and therefore can no longer participate in RBTT. Team Chien-Pao will be able to select a replacement from the pool of undrafted players.

STABLE and zioziotrip have been banned from Smogon and permalocked, and therefore can no longer participate in RBTT.
Regarding STABLE's win vs papiloco: As game 3 had already begun when administrative action was taken, and STABLE's ban is unrelated to RBTT activity specifically, the results of this series will stand.
zioziotrip's win vs Emboar02 will also stand, as no action had been taken before that series was over.
Regarding replacements: in keeping with other Smogon tours (e.g. SPL), RBTT's policy is that teams may replace players until beginning of Week 5. Therefore, Teams Koraidon and Mewtwo may each select a replacement from the pool of undrafted players.
