I'm not really a fan of this. Hypnosis, Will-o-Wisp, and Explosion are all better options over all the moves except Thunderbolt.

Blissey doesn't need SDef. You can always give it Ice Beam > Twave for Dragons, Flyers and Aerodactyl, in that case give the EVs to SAtk.

Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

Why Fighting? Drill Peck, HP Fly or even HP ground will be much more useful thatn HP fight. Consider having some speed on it too.

Alright, this is definitely cool, but the Spinning/Recovering works much better since this Starmie gets walled indefinitely by Blissey anyway. 301+, 332+ or 352+ is where you can put it's speed.

Alright. Seriously consider Jolly though. This dugy works well with Aerodactyl.

This team needs some work, even though its all basically standard pokes and sets (except for that gar! lol) You have no Rockresist or buly water, so Swampert would be an excellent choice > Dugtrio. Zapdos would also be a good choice > Starmie or Gengar for some STAB'd Tbolt.
 
consider putting roar on skarm and giving it drill peck over Hp fighting. Also, switch rest for substitute so you can sub the switch if they bring maggy in.
 
Yeah, go with what Mystica said. Pert would help your team out tremendously while providing a better counter for Tar than revenge-killing with Duggy and Zappy over Starmie would help your team out too. Another option is Claydol over Duggy for RS and still helping against Tar and Suicune over Starmie for a Tank/Late-game cleaner.
