===================
Krilowatt is a great pivot because of its ability, Magic Guard, which lets it ignore entry hazards and access to STAB Volt Switch. Volt Switch supports Krilowatt’s teammates by safely bringing them in. Ice Beam targets Pokémon that Krilowatt struggles against like Jumbao and Caribolt. The combination of Magic Guard and Life Orb boosts its damage output without taking indirect damage from its item. Tera Water boosts Surf’s power to further threaten Pokémon like Equilibra, Unaware Clodsire, and Bulky Volcarona, as well as removing its Ground weakness. Tera Flying gives Krilowatt a Ground immunity, which helps it survive an Earthquake from Pokemon like Dragon Dance Baxcalibur, and a Grass resistance, which is helpful against Jumbao and Meowscarada.
Krilowatt fits best on offense teams appreciate its pivoting capabilities. Pokemon that need to be safely brought in like Dragapult, Iron Moth, and Caribolt appreciate Krilowatt using Volt Switch to pivot into them, and U-Turn users like Meowscarada and Cinderace form a VoltTurn core to further enhance its pivoting skills. Pokemon that help Krilowatt against Grass-types like the aforementioned Iron Moth, Venomicon, and Mollux can support Krilowatt well against its threats. Knock Off absorbers like Snealstrom, Poison Heal Breloom, and Guts Colossoil help Krilowatt as it struggles without its item. Pokémon that can switch into Ground-types such as Levitate Equilibra, Rotom-W, and Dragonite, help Krilowatt avoid some of its main threats in Great Tusk and Garchomp. Krilowatt takes advantage of entry hazards because of the switches it forces, ensuring that Pokémon take a lot of chip damage over the course of the battle.

Checks and Counters
===================
**Knock Off**: Krilowatt is heavily reliant on its Life Orb; therefore, Knock Off users such as Arghonaut and Venomicon are big threats to its success.
**Water Absorb Clodsire and Gastrodon** These two hard-counter Krilowatt, as they take no damage from its STABs, and their special bulk allows them to tank Ice Beam with ease.
**Specially Bulky Pokemon**: Despite Krilowatt’s boost from Life Orb, it still struggles against specially defensive Pokemon like Equilibra and Roaring Moon.
**Grass-types**: Krilowatt struggles against Grass-type revenge killers like Meowscarada and Caribolt, as they can break through it easily, however, they are weak to Ice Beam.
Jumbao, especially, resists both of Krilowatt’s STAB attacks as its Drought ability weakens its Surf while it can retaliate and revenge kill it with Solar Beam.
**Defensive Tera**: Krilowatt is reliant on super effective hits to make progress; therefore, Pokemon such as Tera Fairy Skeledirge, Tera Steel Great Tusk, and Tera Fighting Venomicon all hinder Krilowatt’s success
