Piloswine performs the role of a defensive Stealth Rock setter for Ice-type teams. Its decent natural bulk not only allows it to switch into Pokemon like defensive Tyranitar and Life Orb Mimikyu, but it also lets it set up Stealth Rock efficiently. Thanks to its ability in Thick Fat and Eviolite boosting its defenses, it is able to check threatening Fire-type Pokemon like Charizard and Centiskorch for Ice-type teams. As most Fire-type attacks are special right now, Pilowsine becomes more useful as a specially defensive Pokemon for Ice teams. With Stealth Rock, Piloswine is able to aid offensive Pokemon like Galarian Darmanitan, Cloyster, and Weavile to score easier KOs. Rock Slide allows it to beat the aforementioned Fire-type Pokemon. Ice Shard allows it to deal with Substitute Hydreigon and it can also be used to pick off weakened Pokemon. Maximum Special Defense investment along with its ability in Thick Fat lets it take Fire-type moves for the team, while Maximum HP investment is used to improve its overall bulk.

Galarian Darmanitan is a fantastic wallbreaker that appreciates Stealth Rock support to wear down defensive Pokemon such as Corviknight and Toxapex for it. It also loves having Piloswine as an option to pivot into with its fast U-turn against a defensive threat. With Flare Blitz, Galarian Darmanitan can beat Steel-type Pokemon like Ferrothorn and Bronzong for Piloswine. Mamoswine is able to utilize an offensive Choice Band set to wallbreak thanks to Piloswine taking up the role of a Stealth Rock setter. Piloswine, however, is susceptible to Knock Off, hence Avalugg acts as a good defensive sponge for it while also acting as a Rapid Spin user for the team. Piloswine's weakness against Water-type Pokemon can be covered by using Water Absorb Lapras with Freeze-Dry, as it can also drastically improve the team's matchup against Water-type teams. Vanilluxe can provide Aurora Veil support to further bolster Piloswine's defensive capabilities.

I don’t think you need the 80 Attack EVs when you can finish off Charizard with Ice Shard after you use Rock Slide either way.

I think you need to mention its natural bulk somewhere in the first few lines along with Pokemon it can switch into with that bulk. I would first talk about its bulk, then talk about Thick Fat next.

You should also briefly talk about how its bulk lets it comfortably get up Stealth Rock in the first line maybe?
