If you actually checked the BW tab for this section, you would've seen Leavanny is not on the list at all nor is it even ranked on the VR for BW OU. So your request is refused. Also seems that based on doing search that it's not needed for a revamp of any capacity in BW lower tiers section either. If a BW lower tier leader wants to correct me, then please do but here's all I got. Also, you already had a user tell you here it's not available in any capacity.
