Pancham finds a niche in LC on Fighting spam teams with Mienfoo. Its powerful Zen Headbutt allows Pancham to beat Poison-types like Koffing, Mareanie, and Foongus, distinguishing it from Timburr. Pancham can also either augment its Attack with Swords Dance or be a serviceable pivot with Parting Shot. Pancham partners well with Pawniard as it answers Porygon as well as Psychic-types such as Abra and Natu. Grookey is also an excellent partner for Pancham because it can revenge kill Pokemon such as Carvanha and Abra. Sludge Bomb Diglett can lure in and remove Grookey, which usually causes issues for Fighting spam teams.

Grass types like Grookey and Ferroseed also are good partners for Pancham as they put pressure on Frillish and Staryu that could potentially burn or threaten out Pancham.
