Resource ORAS Legacy Team Database

Approved by Vulpix03

Hello ORAS enthusiasts my name is Anvil Head and I would like to introduce to you the ORAS OU Team Database, courtesy of the ORAS OU Legacy League. Before I get started I want to thank my predecessor erz for sharing his teams for newer generations of ORASers like me to use in battle. Also shout out to the other ORAS builders out there like CBB, xray, Persephone, Jon, Amir, BluBirD, Vulpix, Fated Keys, and many more for constantly innovating in the meta and inspiring us with their building abilities.

The purpose of this team database is to serve as an amalgamation of previous team dumps, but with additional features that can be used to help scout opponents, grab underrated spreads, and most importantly to help inspire new builds. My primary reason for making this tool is to help newer players who are looking to start building in the tier and might be a bit overwhelmed with how to deal with the various threats in the meta. As an ORAS analysis writer, I usually list out possible partners that can work well with a certain mon you want to build around, and I think newer players they may try to put too many eggs in one basket and may not come out with a coherent team. By using this tool, they can search for the mon they want to build around and look at other people's team compositions and replays to see what partners work well for that mon, or even what playstyle fits a mon best through replays.

I'll arrange this post in different parts to cover the various functions of the ORAS OU Team Database

Notes and Disclaimer:

I'll post a video on here to help people use the builder later
If you have any suggestions for a team please DM me here or on my discord Anvil Head#5068 with a paste, and at least 3 replays vs good players

This tool is not meant to scout all teams, as not all teams are in this database. Most of the teams here are from another team dump and/or from well known builders in the community. Also be mindful that people may switch around sets on well known teams so please watch out for that
