Though Impossible. I Would want a Option To Make Pokemons or Formats. Like If the Pokemons Should be Allowed like Teddiursa Being Allowed. and Make Pokemons For example a Big Teddiursa.

Make pokemon? Do you mean creating a pokemon with some sort of template - establishing type, stats, movepools, all that? That would be a neat feature, but I figure unless a meta were made specifically for that, it would be exclusive to Custom Game formats.

I've asked about this, and been told that PS's architecture can't support it, and I imagine that is unfortunately still the case.
