In return, we will let them to pick any one OM player, dead or alive (banned or unbanned), to participate in the tiebreaker, even if they are on the other team.

We will let them pick. We did not say you will pick. Them refers to the teammates you sacrificed, meaning the three people you sacrificed were the decision makers. Per the screenshot above, you were the one who made the decision to pick Quojova. Therefore the decision is null, but your teammates will still be forced to spend eternity in damnation.
