Big thanks to Gravity Monkey for making this!
Other Metagames Team Bazaar
Taken mostly from the Gen 8 OM Bazaar posted by scpinion and Sectonia
The OM community features many metagames, and that can be frightening to some people first exploring this subforum. This project is here to aid newer players by providing teams that allow them to learn the metagame they're interested in.

There are two components:

1) This Thread
This thread is occasionally where teams are obtained from. OM community members, we want your submissions and your feedback! Read below for how to contribute a team and feel free to provide *constructive* feedback on a newer player's team.

2) Sample Teams
Teams that are quite viable and relatively easy to use may be chosen as Sample Teams! This thread will be checked often by the users in charge of each metagame's Sample Teams section, and if a team you have submitted fits the above criteria, there is a possibility it will be picked!

This thread is only for metagames with a permanent ladder or metagames that were chosen as OMotM or LCotM!

Only post teams that you have tested
We only want teams that are viable/competitive. No memes! Teams that are not competitive will not be added to the sample team sections.

Feel free to request/offer feedback
In addition to showcasing good teams, this thread is a place where newer players can get community feedback on a team. Just make sure you ask for feedback when you post! If you're providing feedback, please be courteous and present it constructively.

Don't post full RMTs here
If you're going to take the time to explain every Pokémon on the team in detail, just make an RMT in the RMT forum and link the post here. It can still be added. Doing this showcases the OM community to everyone that visits the RMT forum, which is good for us!

Realized I never hit Ctrl + Enter on this draft

Almost Any Ability: Balance (Maybe? Could be considered semistall too perhaps, but I'm awful at labeling archetypes)

:Kingambit::Corviknight::Great Tusk::Dragapult::Scream Tail::Dondozo:
https://pokepast.es/e24fcfb740e9f41d

Balance team with the goal of chipping stuff a bunch until Hex MGLO Dragapult can pull off a win. Fur Coat RestTalk Dondozo farms pretty much every physical attacker, and the reasoning behind physically defensive Ice Scales Scream Tail is so I don't get 6-0ed by Iron Valiant at lead; it can keep Valiant at bay long enough to work out a win of your own. Natural Cure Great Tusk basically lets you run double regen + prevents things like Toxic Clodsire from ever acquiring the upper hand. Stall matchup maybe isn't great, but that playstyle is legitimately uncommon (because it's bad) anyway. RegenVest Kingambit lets you switch into lots of Trick users like Gholdengo and Florges, plus it punishes most Gholdengo sets pretty hard even without any attack investment. Sub WBB Corviknight rolls for free matchup wins against a lot of Fire-typed and surprisingly camps behind a sub against pretty much all of them--especially after the defense boost. Enjoy :P

Almost Any Ability: Balance

:Iron Valiant: :Corviknight: :Gholdengo: :Iron Moth: :Garganacl: :Iron Treads:

Pokepaste of team here!

Reason to use it is that I made it the top 10 on the ladder with this team:
top 10.png

It is a balance team that is based around Stakeout Iron Valiant and a lot of pivoting. It tries to have an answer for everything within the meta but is ultimately weak to ground and can be pressured by a smartly played Great Tusk this being said, playing smart does allow you to beat Great Tusk and thus it isn't a major issue in the long run. Corviknight and Garganacl is your defensive backbone that is bolstered by Gholdengo, Iron Moth, and Iron Treads. Make sure you get Iron Valiant in safely for it has a limited number of uses due to Life Orb and general frailty but with smart predictions it should KO several pokemon or at the very least leave them nearly KO'd. Garganacl is your Special and to an extent mixed tank, whereas Corviknight is your defensive wall. Iron Moth handles Iron Bundle and other waters that lack ground coverage and lays toxic spikes to pressure the opponent. Iron Treads is your setter and pivot and can handle grounds that lack fighting coverage. Gholdengo is your fire switch-in and a bulky sweeper in it's own right.

This team was made based around pivoting in iron valiant through mglo pult deso moth and corv while racking up chip damage through hazard stacking wisp spamming poison from t spikes and salt cure. It was made for ghosting tour but has shown to be a great laddering team even getting my test account to #20 on ladder (it was higher but decayed a bit because I stopped testing because didn’t want to risk ducky’s team facing me on ladder).

(For reference this account was completely new for testing this team so it carried me from 1000 —> 1508)
The defensive core doesn’t really struggle that hard with anything except stakeout tusk due to the tusk counterplay being “pivot chomp —> go into immune” but you threaten a burn on it with pult and threaten it out with moth and valiant. Overall solid team and I highly suggest using it.

:zacian-crowned::landorus-therian::arceus::groudon::miraidon::dondozo:

This is what building a crack team looks like. Built around facilitating Lando-T's sweep in the endgame with the breaking power of Specs Miraidon and CBGT Zac-C. Grassceus fills a pretty important slot here, as it gives an answer to Miraidon without having to add a third Ground, alongside acting as a Palk-O answer. Dondozo is here because you need a Prankster on balance, or you just get wiped by that +4 Groudon in front of you that already healed a million with PH. Fur Coat Groudon is a set I've never really used before, but it's worked wonders here, acting as a very consistent Zac-C answer. It's not Tidy Up, but 3 attacks is really consistent and strong overall. Glacial Lance is needed for being a good Improof to Lando-T. Speaking of Improofs, here's a handy dandy Improof chart for this team:

:zacian-crowned: Improofs nothing, Improofed by Groudon
:landorus-therian: Improofs Arceus-Grass, Improofed by Groudon
:arceus-grass: Improofs Miraidon, Improofed by Landorus-Therian
:groudon: Improofs Zacian-C and Groudon, Improofed by Dondozo
:miraidon: Improofs nothing, Improofed by Arceus-Grass
:dondozo: Improofs Zac-C(only in an emergency when Groudon is way too chipped!), Improofed by doing no damage

Almost Any Ability Team Dump.

From what I've hear this is a place to dump teams for others to use and there's no limit to quite how many you can dump so I guess there's no better place to dump all my teams. Never been quite happy with any of these and dont know if are sample-worthy but they nevertheless have kept me afloat at around 1500-1600 (post PHeal + MBounce ban anyway). Any feedback on any of these teams is appreciated.

Stakeout/SFLO Valiant + CB OPulse SlitherWing Balance Teams

The teams are similar enough outside their defensive cores that I've combined them. Essentially for all of the teams, the name of the game is getting your main damage dealer Stakeout (or SFLO) Valiant in a favourable positions to wreak havoc while the rest of your team can chip away at the enemy. CB OPulse Slither can do considerable damage on its own and U-Turn on FurCoat users for Valiant. The 3rd team with FC Slowking usually proves more aggressive with DNite to cleanup while the others you can take time to find good positions for Valiant and chip more with Garg and Clod. Stakeout or SFLO isn't too important, but Stakeout is more risky with LO recoil putting you on a ticking timer but can reward you more for good play.

CB Tusk Balance Teams

1672662208904.png1672662226877.png1672662232702.png1672662241376.png1672662264415.png1672662279136.png

1672663635393.png1672663641260.png1672663650377.png1672663653105.png1672663658125.png1672663673488.png

1672663741985.png1672663745776.png1672663761779.png1672663773944.png1672663781237.png1672663810415.png

Similar to the previous teams, these teams operate on a similar principle, finding opportunities for CB Tusk to come in and break while the rest of your team can chip or cleanup. Stakeout or MBreaker doesn't matter too much but MBreaker can more reliably break for Ace/DNite to cleanup while Stakeout can more effectively punish IceScale switch-ins on Pult/Noivern with pivot on them with the rest of the team serving as defensive backbones and pivot machines. Prediction is also a pain in the ass with Tusk as your main breaker and can warrant some aggressive plays at times but can be very rewarding so use it at your own peril.

SFLO Valiant + DNite Balance Teams

1672666176671.png1672666229334.png1672666235631.png1672666241055.png 1672666286139.png1672666302870.png

1672666325542.png1672666337556.png1672666341360.png1672666345876.png1672666360551.png1672666367786.png

Well, again, similar to the first set of teams. Fairly generic and stock standard teams, Valiant is your main breaker while DNite can cleanup and can be used to play around faster offensive threats Valiant can't handle. Without aggressive pivoting and another powerful offensive mon in CB Slither, you generally want Valiant to stick around as your main breaker so SFLO is preferable. Rest of the team serves as a defensive backbone and can easily chip away with Garg, SR and Ghold in the back to wear them down to be broken through and played around with pivot.

CB Tinted SlitherWing + Specs Hadron Pult Balance

1672665337089.png1672665342693.png1672889182679.png 1672889193727.png1672889258288.png1672889270981.png

Focused around the offensive duo of CB Slither and Specs Hadron Pult, both act here as powerful mons on their respective spectrum that can spam pivot into the other mon and force hazard chip. Getting hazards and spamming pivot is ideal however you'll most likely be playing the long game to gain a good position in. Both offensive mons can at time struggle to break through walls at times so may require some aggressive plays to get chip and threaten their walls.

SFLO Chi-Yu + OPulse Ace Balance Teams

1672659119664.png1672659125027.png1672659130508.png1672659144181.png1672659196344.png1672659345870.png

1672661685948.png1672661693481.png1672661696433.png1672661723752.png1672661732482.png1672661738006.png

Balance team where Chi-Yu is the main breaker and Ace/Ghold act as supplementary offensive threats but mainly are used for their pivot and defensive utility respectively and the rest of the team is used to chip and act as a defensive backbone/pivot spam. Chi-Yu was always an offensive mon I've been interested in and under Sun set by OPulse it can be very scary while still threatening the common Fire-Immune mons like Ghold/Corv with its Dark STAB that otherwise wall stuff things like Ace/Iron Moth. Immunity Ghold with a Scarf is an inspiration from Tranquility (stop trying to ban Stakeout btw pls I beg) who baited me and my Dragapult during a tour with Scarf Bulletproof Ghold. Immunity lets it still defensively handle what it needs to and Scarf can be used to handle fast offensive mons like SFLO Pult which can pose a threat or cripple defensive mons. Nasty Plot over Make It Rain is an option or just Non-Scarf Sub. SD/Wisp on Ace and HDB and SR on Great Tusk is also an interesting option, but I haven't tested.

Fat Hazard Stack Teams

1672667191380.png1672667120188.png1672667142467.png 1672667150193.png1672667155012.png1672667183111.png

1672667277479.png1672667300458.png1672667303627.png1672667325017.png1672667352929.png1672667359886.png

Decided to depart from making stock standard Balance teams and decided to try my hand at Hazard Stack. Main idea of the teams is to chip away at the team through spamming Hazards and such while Ghold/Volc can be offensive nuisances and Garg a potential wincon in the right conditions. GaG on the first team is used to ensure hazards stay up but do compromise how I can build defensively while Corrosion Clod is used to bait in and wear down things that would usually be tough to wear down otherwise like Corv. MGLO Ghold is probably better replaced but works well enough and Quiver on Volc is used to actually let me threaten things offensively and be a potential wincon.

Corv Screen HO

1672667374496.png1672667430475.png1672667439609.png1672667447427.png1672667458342.png1672667476106.png

Want to just play braindead? Well here's a team that allows you to! Setup Screens with Corv, try to stop hazards from going up or Defog attempts with Taunt and let your teammates get to work. The Polteageist and Duck do seem quite odd at first but they have both pulled off numerous 6-0's and can be monstrous and hard to kill if you let them setup. Best thing about them is they often force or lure common Ghosts to try to nuke them before they can setup which can get them low or kill them in process while BDrum Triage Hands can cleanup once they're gone.

I may rue this a mistake now that I've unleashed all these teams on ladder, but oh well, I can always just cook something else up. Hopefully someone finds these teams helpful and are perhaps sample-worthy. (Also forgot to optimize EVs on some things like Valiant and Iron Hands so be careful of that)

:iron moth: :great tusk: :dragapult: :garganacl: :corviknight: :gholdengo:

This is kind of a bulky offense team (i asked Lily (uu leader ) on discord since we had a server in common and she called it bulky offense). When faced with offensive threats, pivoting into Garganacl or Corviknight usually works. Scarf Great Tusk may be strange but imo it deals with many threats with a surprise outspeed and potential ko on targets like Dragapult and Gholdengo. Magic guard life orb Dragapult, in the words of Grim_Blazer, You kill things and dont take hazard damage, Beats stuff in the long run. Iron Moth is a really excellent cleaner, and can switch into Iron Bundle due to Desoland removing its water weakness and having a resistance to ice. Gholdengo balances the team, giving a key fire type immunity as well as a decent check to many excellent threats.

Went all the way to BH SSNL finals but then got hit with a rotten bit of luck. Unfortunate, but it happens. Was planning to dump my pre-full dex builder here anyway so here you go.

:hoopa-unbound::flame plate::zacian-crowned::groudon::dondozo::enamorus: - Hoopa-U offense
First team I built that wasn't just a mish-mash of ideas, and it took advantage of people's heavily usage of physdef Dondozo + Arc-Ghost and the relative lack of fairies like base Zacian. Was on a sample but fell off reasonably quickly due to metagame shifts + not really having a good answer into anything with QD.

:muk-alola::scovillain::tauros-paldea-blaze::tatsugiri::bellibolt::kilowattrel: - "BH 500" balance
BH 500 basically is just BH but you can't use anything with over 500 BST. Mons with 500 BST are legal, most namely Gengar, so that's why Muk is the SpDef option. Scovillain broken as shit with no good walls besides opposing Fire Tauros (where Water Tauros / Slowbro were much more preferred), Tatsu could also just win games by itself from time to time.

:ursaluna::zacian-crowned::spooky plate::enamorus::dondozo::dialga-origin: - GT Ursaluna offense
Fairly sure I built this not long before people realized how broken non-offensive Zacian-C was, but I don't remember exactly. This has two main wincons with GT Ursa physically and QD Arc + Headlong Enam specially, all of these enjoy abusing Tera (Tera Normal Ursa can OHKO =Def FC Arc with 10-hit Pop Bomb, Tera Ground Enam can OHKO Dia-O).

:slaking::zacian-crowned::groudon::dialga-origin::chansey::spooky plate: - Guts Slaking + Normceus balance
If I remember correctly I built this when facing quojova in No Tera tour, and it ended up being an Ooze mirror. This is the bad Guts King set (that wouldn't crop up for many months later) but the concept is basically just to beat the other team up to where QD/Jungle Normalize Arc-Ghost can clean up later on.

:groudon::zacian-crowned::corviknight::dialga-origin::slaking::flame plate: - Double Mold Breaker offense
I want to say this was Corv's first appearance in the meta? Countering Toxic Don was a nightmare without using Corv (Jungle FC Dozo didn't catch on until the meta was nearly over) so that's basically just there as bullet sponge that could catch someone lacking with Comeuppance (iirc it was originally Occa Berry to beat V-create Enam). Mold Breaker Zacian-C had zero consistent answers, esp after Tera, with some random Arc-Fire in the back to try and bully past stuff like +Def FC Don).

:zacian-crowned::flame plate::groudon::corviknight::dialga-origin::chansey: - Opportunist Zacian-C offense
Opportunist + Spicy Extract is only used here because it gives you an effective 4x damage amp on your next attack, meaning actually nothing besides a FC resist / Gira-A lives the follow-up Iron Plate Gigaton (+2 252 Atk Iron Plate Zacian-Crowned Gigaton Hammer vs. -2 252 HP / 252+ Def Fur Coat Slaking: 501-591 (99.4 - 117.2%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO). rest of the team's basically just built as a standard-ish balance with the mandatory Amulet FC Arc-Fire as an improof, although Earth Plate Don is noteworthy here as +1 Tera Ground Blades is 37.5% to OHKO =Def Arc.

:spooky plate::miraidon::groudon::enamorus::ting-lu::zacian:- ??? HO
don't even remember building or using this ngl

:koraidon::groudon::chansey::ting-lu::spooky plate::slaking: - Guts Slaking + Koraidon balance
I think I built this slightly after Guts King cropped up but slightly before it was becoming a problem. It plays basically the way it looks; Slaking tears past most physical walls and Koraidon can just Tera Dragon Glaive through the ones King can't get through (like opposing Arc-Ghost). Fairly standard defensive core outside of that, not a ton to say here.

:flame plate::koraidon::giratina-origin::groudoN::dialga-origin::ting-lu: - Growth Arceus-Fire balance
EDrift Arc-Fire was something I came up with to both still snipe Dondozo (like Solar Beam) but also pick off misc stuff like PSea Corviknight. Fire/Electric, especially when V-create is OPulse-boosted, puts you in a really dodgy position where you're sort of forced into a Fur Coat Dragon to reasonably handle Imposter, which ended up with a really janky double FC structure that didn't pan out much in practice.

:slaking::hoopa-unbound::zamazenta-crowned::spooky plate::dialga-origin::groudon: - Guts Slaking + TC Hoopa-U offense
Don't really remember building or using this either. The concept is relatively simple (V-create Slaking means only Arceus-Ghost is a really safe wall, which Hoopa-U naturally beats), but it comes with the regular drawbacks of a Hoopa-U wincon, being that it's priority-weak and removed by U-turn.

:iron bundle::enamorus::toxapex::chansey::groudon::pixie plate: - Explosion Enamorus balance
Idea is pretty simple with Enamorus looking to remove standard special walls with Explosion to allow for relatively easier Bundle cleanup. If they have multiple Bundle checks or you're unable to Explode onto the intended target (like my OMPL game where Enam was forced to boom on Iron Moth instead of the Dialga-O) then it falls pretty flat, especially against Toxic Don.

:rayquaza::flutter mane::zap plate::groudon::corviknight::ting-lu: - Dual Boomburst balance
Improofing Ray is the most annoying thing, which is the whole reason Arceus-Electric has ever made an appearance really; outside of specifically Flying and Electric it has no advantage matchup into any of the big special attackers. Icicle Plate + Thunder Cage lets it trap and remove Imp Ray while also harassing Don and AV Ting. Standard outside of this with two slow pivots to bring the brealers in safely.

:dialga-origin::palafin-hero::mewtwo::rayquaza::kyogre::zacian-crowned: - Protean Mewtwo balance
Did !randpoke 6, bst>600 and got these to build with. Protean Mewtwo is something i'd thought about a bit thanks to Lumina Crash preserving Protean and Prot Dark Knock doing sizeable damage and also clearing the way for Focus Blast to bomb even Regen Chansey. Since it's !randpoke the Pokemon selection is always going to seem a little off; Palafin-H is not a good Fur Coat for example.

:koraidon::dondozo::chansey::zap plate::toxapex::rayquaza: - Mixed Rayquaza + Koraidon balance
Fairly simple breaker-pivot structure with Rayquaza to take advantage of most people hard-switching FC Dozo in on Koraidon.

:koraidon::hoopa-unbound::pixie plate::dialga-origin::dondozo::chansey: - Koraidon + Hoopa-U offense
Don't remember building or using this.

:corviknight::heatran::chansey::flutter mane::groudon::pixie plate: - Magic Guard Heatran balance
I think I built this for Seasonal. MG Heatran is a legitemately annoying presence for most of the SpDef options in this meta, and even though it hits Imp quite hard, it still needs a trapper Chansey to Improof safely. Fairly simple structure outside of this with Modest Flutter to try and take maximum advantage of Heatran threatening Zacian and Arceus-Fairy.

:ting-lu::spooky plate::eternatus::chansey::dondozo::zacian: - Unaware Ting-Lu balance
This team was built with random setup stuff in mind, so Ting's the countermeasure to that. Notable lack of slow pivots but the main offensive tools are bulky enough to help navigate this, and Moldy Sludge Eternatus helps clear the way for Arceus-Ghost a lot faster and more reliably than most other options. Chansey EVs let it outrun parad Imp Etern.

:koraidon::flame plate::dondozo::chansey::dialga-origin::eternatus: - Koraidon + Solar/Shackle Arceus-Fire balance
Built this just before Tera ban but didn't use it before then so just shifted over to Tactics Korai and axed the Tera types after that. Solar/Shacle Arc-Fire excels at forcing in and removing FC Dondozo and Groudon, and unlike the Growth variant it also handles non-Cloak Imposter. These both aid Koraidon in cleaning late-game. Regen Etern's just there because I had no hazards and a free slot I didn't know what to do with.

:regieleki::chansey::zacian::dondozo::dialga-origin::spooky plate:- Specs Regieleki balance
I don't remember when in Seasonal I built this but it was specifically to take advantage of Regieleki's dumb damage output; SNR Arc-Ghost is unusally the support piece here, as it's only really necessary against RegenVesters and Scales Chansey. Tidy Up Dondozo was out of paranoia of bring spinblocked since that's the only removal; it's almost always advised to run Mortal otherwise.

:rayquaza::pixie plate::dondozo::koraidon::dialga-origin::chansey: - Adaptability Rayquaza balance
This was after SSNL had locked and Tera/Imprison/GT action had happened, and I noticed that a ton of people were using the now-free Miraidon as their Ray countermeasure, so decided to use Adapt Draco to destroy it (which is what happened in my game against Panda). Adapt DAscent practically mandates a FC Fairy for an Improof, and Tidy Up with Salt Cure as the only anti-Imp option means Imp Arc-Fairy can get dodgy if you let it boost too much, but this is always going to happen against Cloak Imp unless you go Mean Look.

:basculegion::frosmoth::glimmora::pyroar::sandaconda::zamazenta-crowned: - Same 6 offense
Me and Rofna agreed to using the same 6 for all our Seasonal games. We both realized that SNR Basculegion realistically didn't have a consistent wall, so we both ended up using that. I opted for standard existing sets on Basculegion (Arceus-Ghost) and Sandaconda (Groudon) with a SpDef Zama-C to stave off Frosmoth / probably opposing SNR Basc. Frosmoth + Pyroar form a strong secondary win option for pressuring the possible SpDef answers they'd have, with Unburden Pyroar also giving it the Speed jump on Imp and all the other mons. Glimmora's there to Improof Sandaconda and annoy Pyroar.

:groudon::koraidon::dondozo::chansey::earth plate::dialga-origin: - Double Band balance
Built for PandaDoux in Seasonal. Moldy Band Don attempts to take advantage of FC Dozo teams, which Don can 2HKO, and Koraidon's in the back to clean up whatever Groudon misses / when Dozo's gone. U-turn Dozo was a countermeasure against Arceus-Fire, as i'd seen PD almost exclusively re-using teams and expected them to go with Desland Arc-Fire. The Scales is Arceus-Ground for a reason I don't really remember; it might have been just paranoia over some offensive Eternatus.

:flame plate::dialga-origin::chansey::iron valiant::koraidon::zacian: - Dual Gigaton + Torch Arc-Fire offense
The only one of the teams I built against Clas that I actually got to test / wasn't just an old structure with one or two mon changes. Torch Arc-Fire helps force Toxic on special walls and Imp looking to stop it spiralling with boosts, and Grass Knot poses an immediate threat to Groudon and Dondozo, stopping them from boosting on you / pivoting and shrugging off Toxic respectively. Standard-ish structure outside of this with Gigaton Valiant as an easy way to dispatch Scales Fairies without requiring major chip, and was already Improofed by Arc-Fire. Chansey Speed keeps it slower than full investment but outruns parad =Spe Arceus.

:sv/beedrill-mega::sv/toxapex::sv/gengar::sv/oranguru::sv/chansey::sv/jynx:
i decided to try my hand at building a BH 500 team and uh...it's very unbalanced? anyway, chansey is legal and imposter just might be broken, mega beedrill is also legal, and mini mega gengar exists too. in terms of metagame options, there are actually so many cool walls to chose from, namely mega mawile and oranguru. -ate abusers are limited though, as the only ones i've thought of are kilowattrel (didn't think of this one), jynx, and alcremie.

this is obviously a "fake" ruleset so the extent to which i can rate it is quite limited, but generally stuff like the darmanitans, chansey, and mbee have been banned thanks to their minmaxing. rating as a bh-style team the biggest issue seems to be having two rocks-weak wincons with no removal (or anything to punish regenvest axe users really). a severe concern for a team like this is that mono-spa offense means things like regenvest amuk and opposing oranguru shut gengar down completely and can also slow down jynx to a reasonable extent (to where you can just wait on rocks to limit it).

Something something team dump, something something old so probably of no use.

:Tyranitar::Roaring Moon::Manaphy::Florges::Mandibuzz::Gholdengo:
I wanted to build around something that could absolutely destroy any and utterly every wall, Mixed LO TTar was something I got good success with in gen 8 (though it was double Regen and I used it in tandem with SD Regen Glastrier), figured mono Regen might allow it to break faster even if harder to get in. Also went for MGLO as some mixed utility between emergency switch-in and long term progress maker for TTar especially if it gets to Knock Vest. Manaphy is bog standard, same with Gholdengo. Mandibuzz helps shore up physical match ups a bit more. Florges kinda helps against Wake, Dragon in general and can also pivot against Manaphy with Copycat to grab momentum. Didn't work out that well though since I played pretty carelessly and TTar missed Fire Blast.
:Scream Tail::Chansey::Mandibuzz::Goodra-Hisui::Avalugg::Chesnaught:
Wanted to resurrect Pickpocket Stall I used in gen 8 and won against lydia, but one Regen really doesn't help this archetype. It's also easy to mess up who is holding Sticky Barb and if it ever lands on Scream Tail it's stuck with it forever and I made exactly that mistake. Maybe someone can make it happen if 2AC comes back, but as of now it's hard. Hoodra was originally Goodra but it was so prone to getting chipped I had to accept worse matchup against Sandy Shocks, overall a bit over ambitious and can't really be salvaged.
:Grimmsnarl::Corviknight::Revavroom::Cresselia::Roaring Moon::Ceruledge:
Kinda had my mind on HO. in the hills used this Grimmsnarl in gen 8 and I saw the new meta actually makes this potentially much more splashable with many Fairy resists like Gholdengo and Iron Moth absolutely destroyed by Dark Pulse, while Tinkaton's stock is at an all time low and the most common RegenVest being Manaphy means you outslow it and it can't just pivot into Gholdengo or something else to take an attack, while Corv gets nuked by +2 Dark Pulse so you don't even need to underspeed it. Revavroom is a pretty interesting choice to consider on HO as well, with Tinted Lens doing pretty big damage and it can get a free moveslot to choose, between Taunt to deny recovery, TSpikes or even Magnet Rise and Self-Destruct. Being resistant to common attacks except Ground also helps. Other mons are pretty standard HO stuff.

:Deoxys-Attack::Giratina-Origin::Mewtwo-Mega-X::Celesteela::Audino-Mega::Arceus-Poison:
Unburden Seed is a pretty funny way to improof, but running one user is very likely not enough to break through, therefore you just need to run two to increase the chance. Deoxys-A has Destiny Bond but really you can also use something else but Idk what. The defensive core only needs to stall long enough until you are ready to sweep, that's why Audino-Mega has Ruination to keep mons like FC Yveltal low enough.
:Yveltal::Zekrom::Chansey::Arceus-Poison::Ho-Oh::Kyogre-Primal:
Double Scarf Regen is a good way to offensively deal with MMX and Deoxys-A. To use efficiently, you need to switch Zekrom into MMX first cause only then will Dragon Ascent from Yveltal kill it. Zekrom can also surprise Kartana and KO it with Lava Plume. Against Deoxys well any U-turn OHKOs it. I already talked about Kyogre but all it needs to do is denying all the Strength Sap, eventually you will outlast with double Regen and opposing Strength Sap being useless. Top priority is killing opposing RegenVest to ensure that.

:Clefable::Eternatus::Alomomola::Dragapult::Ting-Lu::Cacturne:
Pulling out Encore + Mean Look is always great, I wanted Rocky Helmet on Clefable but then my team would get destroyed by Hawlucha unless I get Body Slam para but Sticky Barb makes me weak to Maushold so in the end I opted for Sticky Barb and hoped 2 Tera Ghost would be enough in case I face Maushold. Nothing special otherwise.
:Dusclops::Eternatus::Zapdos::Articuno::Corviknight::Vespiquen:
This team speaks for itself. Even if there's something that can potentially destroy everything, chances are they will run out of PP before your team falls.
:Gholdengo::Ogerpon-Wellspring::Volcarona::Zacian-Crowned::Grimmsnarl::Baxcalibur:
Kinda felt like building HO. Gholdengo was originally Flutter Mane but then I would lose to Hawlucha so had to swap. Probably the most boring team I built for OM Champs. Should have gone for Spirit Break on Grimmsnarl though, it was that originally but then I swapped to Taunt to hopefully make Hawlucha matchup better but after deciding to go with Gholdengo anyway I should have swapped it back, would have massively damaged Ting-Lu that Volcarona would have swept.

:Arceus-Fairy::Gastrodon::Hatterene::Quaquaval::Alomomola::Dialga:
The reason you never saw this team is because I built this for Clas before Greybaum just dropped out and I had to change my plan. The reason for the Hatterene was because Clas was a big Moldy hazard user (Clodsire in particular), so cteaming with Hatterene seems pretty appealing. Gastrodon deals with Red Orb users. With how common Red Orb is in DLC1 though I dropped Flip Turn on Alomomola for Body Slam, Quaquaval is also surprisingly very good, both being able to spin and being a potential wincon. In my test game against Ivar, Quaquaval just got critted though and died. Dialga is the main star of the show, when I looked at general meta in gen 8 and tried to find some cool Ubers to use I noticed Sub Bulk Up Dialga could surprisingly 6-0 many teams, with Pressure quickly stalling out PPs of Scald, Espeed and Judgment, among others. I forgot what the Def EVs are for but it's for Sub to always take something. Since it might still drop low though, Alomomola serves as Wish passer, you will likely only need 1 before it runs out of control, especially since its Dragon Tail destroys any attempt to race setup. Well that's theory, in practice I missed 3 Dragon Tail in a row against Ivar and it became sac fodder.
:Zangoose::Gliscor::Magnezone::Blissey::Giratina::Alomomola:
I doubted myself a lot if I should even use this team, but if there was someone I could bring this against, it could only be in the first round. Zangoose is the fastest Flail + Reversal Normal type, well technically there's Slaking but... Anyway to build with it, I couldn't see any other way aside from very fat structure, cause with Lopunnite it still only hits 120 Speed. Ground is almost mandatory to deal with Eleki, vanilla Gliscor struck me as a good option for that role with recovery and Toxic to even wear down Arceus and other mons. Magnezone is necessary to eliminate Sablenite Corvid which can take a +2 200 BP Reversal. Since Corviknight will switch in against Gliscor 100% of the time, all you need to do is U-turn into Giratina and trap Corvid with Magnezone, zero counterplay. After this Giratina also deals with Ceruledge, pretty convenient. Hazards is very annoying for Zangoose but you can use it to your advantage to bring it into 200 BP benchmark with constant switches. The hilarious thing is you will want to Sub then switch out a lot, that's why it can only be a fat team, you can't get away with it otherwise.
:Cinderace::Landorus-Therian::Slowking-Galar::Sandy Shocks::Ditto::Tornadus-Therian:
Building VoltTurn offense was honestly quite out of my league, I used to be pretty good at building and piloting offense comps like this that are neither HO with suicide lead and setup nor Bulky Offense with more defensive leverage. TTTech sadly affected me quite a fair share and I realized my teams trended towards more defensive styles more often. I knew I had to break free before I became a stall player and lost my mind. So uh yeah VoltTurn wants hazards gone without so much momentum loss making Court Change perfect to both clear them while applying pressure at the same time. Lando gives both defensive utility when absolutely has to and surprise Altarianite Body Slam can catch things like Dragonite off guard. Torn-T is even faster than Thundy-T, kinda weird nobody tried it before since despite being very Rock weak it can kinda check Pixilate Dragonite with EQ or Harcanine and even hardwalls Waterceus, Clodsire, etc.
:Great Tusk::Milotic::Tsareena::Corviknight::Arcanine-Hisui::Slowking:
I always advocated for Gyaradosite Tusk before Home, Hearthflame Mask feels like an upgrade in that regard. Resisting Eleki, setting up Rock against common mons and destroying Levitate mons like Galartwin or Skeledirge. Milotic is like Slowking but with STAB Dragon Pulse, can probably fit Haze instead of Flip Turn. Wanted to meddle with Calm Mind Slowking since it seems like a pretty good wincon against Arceus-Ground and Water with Psyshock which also prevents Red Orb from freely switching in. I misplayed a lot but I think the team was good.

:Lampent::Dunsparce::Sneasel::Gligar::Quaxwell::Clefairy:
Realized I hadn't built much with Sneasel so wanted to give a try while also bulding with Lampent cause it's cool and can break pretty well. Ideally you spread para against faster mons so that Lampent could outspeed them and threatens heavy damage every time it comes in. Rock is annoying though, notably against Rock + spinblock but otherwise the team is pretty solid.
:Dunsparce::Pikachu::Koffing::Tinkatuff::Misdreavus::Quaxwell:
This team gets 6-0ed by Naclstack, thankfully I didn't face it but the general idea was status spam galore + Encore, I forgot Naclstack existed so yeah.

:Tauros-Paldea-Aqua::Grimmsnarl::Espathra::Ogerpon-Wellspring::Kingambit::Iron Moth:
The seed for this first started in World Cup when we discussed about HO in STAB. Kaif dismissed HO saying Surging Strikes and Flower Trick are too broken and screens can't do anything against them so HO is too inconsistent and possibly outright bad. I suggested using Anger Point to scare it, Kaif said that was too gimmicky. The idea ended up never seeing use then but why not now, I thought. Nobody remembers Anger Point exists and what it does so that's how it can work. Aside from that I guess others are nothing out of ordinary on HO.
:Great Tusk::Toxapex::Rotom-Wash::Sawsbuck::Scovillain::Torkoal:
This would have been what I used in round 1. In test game it didn't do very well cause I was bad and forgot my Tusk was offensive so I coulda wrecked havoc with it. I had to choose pretty hard between Sawsbuck and Leafeon. Sawsbuck has a stronger Pop Bomb but instantly folds to Corvid and Rocky Helmet while being more reliant on Tera. Leafeon has Knock to combat Helmet, is physically bulkier but lower damage output with Pop Bomb that really misses some important benchmarks. Since Scovillain can break Corvid I went with Sawsbuck anyway.
:Lokix::Landorus-Therian::Poliwrath::Rotom-Wash::Gholdengo::Blissey:
I crafted this team knowing it would beat Career Ended almost 100% of the time. His builds are completely destroyed by Lokix, and he didn't even have a solid Lando-T answer until he used Zapdos. Washtom seems like it never even passed his mind while walling like every physical mons he used and also Volcanion. Gholdengo rounded that up even more, including some more attackers bar setup mons, which Transform Blissey beats effortlessly. He also seemed to be a huge Kingambit and Volcanion enjoyer, so I could bring up Poliwrath tech easily. Bait them to KO something like Lando-T with Sucker Punch or Water Shuriken, then Encore them with Poliwrath and 6-0 with Belly Drum. Tera Steel hardwalls Pex and also helps against Waterpon.

Shoutouts: TTTech for test games in the first round and Ivar57 for Quarter and Semi. Not many shoutouts since I built all my teams with zero help.

Edit: Bonus teams I made to help test in final:

this team is the ultimate monster i created recently, fluffy + vessel to stay bulky and dry skin just gives 12% hp for free every turn, hydration so we dont get cheesed by toxic and also its free rest for us too, archaludon is a beast that benefits from all the bulk, the hp from dry skin and electro shot from infinite rain, the teras are there to deal with dragapult, spinners and fight coverage, and dark for toxicroak both to stay immune to psychic and boost sucker punch, so far ive been obbliterating ppl in the ladder with it so enjoy yall free wins with the team :totodiLUL:

uhhhh okay so I have another shared power team that I feel like is kinda strong so anyways

Basically I was looking at the stat index, and saw that Scizor, Houndstone, and Lycanrock-dusk are all pretty stronk so I figured I'd build it based off those. Usually lead Dusk to set up rocks or to taunt, then send hound to neuter their physical attackers. Hound also give spin blocking which is nice. Zama helps more to make the team bulky with his ability, and adaptability body press is kinda nutty. Craw is here b.c rain + technician + adaptability + tough claws + aqua jet does INSANE damage, and can easily solo in midgame after some chip. I added Kyo too for the rain and b.c I realized I had no special attackers, and he's pretty damn strong. (I use surf b.c I hate innacurate moves lmfao) He also helps to combat the sun based teams and just does solid damage. Id go more in depth but the thingy said don't do that lmfao so I might make another report on RMT and link it back here.

also just ftr, this was my first post so any feedback regarding format and whatnot would be nice

EDIT: I MADE THE RMT THINGY HERE IT IS IF YOU WANT IT
