Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature

Banded rilla is a great partner to heatran as it can provide grassy terrain for both healing and sponging eqs and it also can threaten fini and other water types trying to switch into heatran

Weavile @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Pressure

Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 164 Def / 92 Spe
Impish Nature
- Defog

EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Future Sight

Offensive heatran usually run 252 spa&speed but ok.
My only piece of advice is to add air balloon on heatran. This team does struggle with physical walls like corvinknight though so you might want to replace some mons or something.
