I agree !
Sawk is really effective in this meta, Mold Breaker + Choice Band is what makes him so useful !
Being able to OHKO every Sturdy user with Close Combat and to damage a lot every Levitate user with Earthquake is so awesome !
Thanks to Mold Breaker things like Weezing or Haunter aren't a problem anymore and, like scorpdestroyer said, he became a really good anti-lead and mind game attacker.

Should be number 1. Best pokemon in the tier imo.

| 17 | Liepard | 9.28501% | 20311 | 7.766% | 16545 | 7.824% |
are you kidding me....

Really surprised at how high this is, because I rarely see this on the ladder. Definitely an effective poke. Please stop using coil dragontail :[.

| 20 | Primeape | 8.80352% | 18719 | 7.158% | 15139 | 7.159% |
Ape :]]]]]. Use this more imo.

| 21 | Roselia | 8.77440% | 10083 | 3.855% | 8626 | 4.079% |
This is really good at patching up a lot of weaknesses on your team. It's a status absorber, tspikes absorber, beats bulky waters, and can spread status.

| 25 | Armaldo | 8.22745% | 29922 | 11.441% | 25230 | 11.931% |
Strong poke, but everyone uses the wrong set for this thing :[.

| 27 | Lickilicky | 7.84102% | 15626 | 5.975% | 12144 | 5.743% |
Tangy and licky side by side... absolutely disgusting.

| 30 | Torkoal | 7.47369% | 17665 | 6.755% | 15188 | 7.183% |
Why is this used at all lol? It can't beat any ghost to spin and is a slow stealth rocker. The only thing it has going for it is its defense and lava plume which is somewhat redundant. Everytime I play against it, I feel like I'm up 6-5. The only
thing that I worry about is the plume burn.

| 31 | Garbodor | 6.87359% | 12573 | 4.808% | 10997 | 5.201% |
This thing is surprisingly low. I understand Scolipede can perform a similar role, but not being stealth rock weak or vulnerable to fire/flying/rock and overall more bulky gives it a niche over scolipede. Its movepool is garbage but its bulk isnt.

| 33 | Kadabra | 6.70068% | 14922 | 5.706% | 10850 | 5.131% |
Kadabra rules! Use it more. It can help you not get swept better than some priority or choice scarf user because of magic guard. Scarf users can actually let something else set up anyway.

| 37 | Tauros | 6.04456% | 11132 | 4.257% | 8308 | 3.929% |
| 38 | Zangoose | 6.01766% | 16156 | 6.178% | 12300 | 5.817% |
Two of the best normals in the tier and they barely cracked top 40. Really surprised at how low they are.

| 68 | Floatzel | 2.23501% | 11926 | 4.560% | 9387 | 4.439% |
This works really well with hazards. I want to make a team with it because momentum with baton pass is amazing. [Full BP teams are lame though ]

I mostly agree with all of your comments but what you said about Torkoal is not entirely true. There are certainly better spinners and SR setters in the tier, but when Torkoal is used with the Shell Smash set it can actually become quite the deadly sweeper. Most effectively against teams that are unprepared and caught off guard.

It's used because it is arguably the best spinner out there for offensive teams that don't like their momentum being utterly ruined by Wartortle. It's practically immune to Liepard, it can Smash past a bunch of ghosts, it's wonderful. I don't always use a spinner, but Torkoal is my favorite when I do.

Don't worry, the better players are starting to shift their attention to Pivot Liepard, which is a fairly recently discovered niche it can pull off effectively. There are still those SubSwag Liepards around, though if you haven't learned how to deal with them that's your issue :P

Pivot Liepard is a great check to jynx and set-up sweepers and fits on a lot of teams so it isn't bad at all.
